A novel phosphorus–nitrogen thermotropic liquid crystalline poly(ester‐imide) (PN‐TLCP) derived from p‐acetoxybenzoic acid (ABA), terephthalic acid (TPA), acetylated 2‐(6‐oxide‐6H‐dibenz<c,e><1,2>oxa phosphorin‐ 6‐yl)‐1,4‐dihydroxy phenylene (DOPO‐AHQ) and N,N'‐hexane‐1,6‐diylbis(trimellitimide) was prepared by melt transesterification. The chemical structure, the mesophase behavior, and the thermal properties of the copolymer were investigated with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR), elemental analysis, wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD), hot‐stage polarized light microscopy (PLM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). PN‐TLCP exhibited a nematic mesophase with a strong birefringence at a low and broad mesomorphic temperature ranging from 220 to 350°C, an initial flow temperature as low as about 190°C and a glass transition temperature of about 160°C. PN‐TLCP has also good thermal stability, high char residues and excellent flame retardancy (limiting oxygen index, LOI = 71 and UL‐94 V‐0 rating). Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

New hydrophobic poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) hollow fiber composite membranes coated with silicone rubber and with sol–gel polytrifluoropropylsiloxane were obtained by surface-coated modification method. The effects of coating time, coating temperature and the concentration of silicone rubber solution on the vacuum membrane distillation (VMD) properties of silicone rubber coated membranes were investigated. It was found that high water permeate flux could be gotten in low temperature and low concentration of silicone rubber solution. When the coating temperature is 60 °C, the coating time is 9 h and the concentration of silicone rubber solution is 5 g L−1 the water permeate flux of the silicone rubber coated membrane is 3.5 L m−2 h−1. The prepolymerization time influence the performance of polytrifluoropropylsiloxane coated membranes, and higher prepolymerization time decrease the water permeate flux of the membrane. The water permeate flux and the salt rejection was 3.7 L m−2 h−1 and 94.6%, respectively in 30 min prepolymerization period. The VMD performances of two composite membranes during long-term operation were studied, and the results indicated that the VMD performances of two composite membranes are quite stable. The salt rejection of silicone rubber coated membrane decreased from 99 to 95% and the water permeate flux fluctuated between 2.0 and 2.5 L m−2 h−1. The salt rejection of polytrifluoropropylsiloxane coated membrane decreased from 98 to 94% and the water permeate flux fluctuated in 1 L m−2 h−1 range.  相似文献

<正>A novel polyamide containing xanthene structure and trifluoromethylphenoxy pendent was prepared from 9,9-bis[4-(4- aminophenoxy)phenyl]xanthene,a novel diamine with 2-(4-trifluoromethylphenoxy)terephthaloyl chloride,by the low temperature polycondensation.This new polyamide with the inherent viscosity of 0.95 dL/g was amorphous and readily soluble in polar solvents such as DMAc,m-cresol,etc.This polyamide showed the glass transition temperature(T_g) of 236℃,decomposition temperature (Td) at 5%weight loss of 455℃and char yield of 56%at 800℃in N_2.Transparent,flexible,and tough film of the polymer cast from DMAc solution exhibited tensile strength of 93 MPa,elongation at break of 14%,initial moduli of 2.2 GPa.The electric properties such as the dielectric constant of 3.03(1 MHz) and surface resistance(2.78×10~(14)Ω),and the moisture uptake of 1.36% were also described.  相似文献

Several new methyl substituted poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing sulfone linkage with inherent viscosities of 0.62–0.84 dL/g have been prepared from 4,4′‐bis(2‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone and 4,4′‐bis(3‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone with terephthaloyl chloride and isophthaloyl chloride by electrophilic Friedel‐Crafts acylation in the presence of DMF with anhydrous AlCl3 as a catalyst in 1,2‐dichloroethane, respectively. These polymers having weight‐average molecular weight in the range of 71,000–49,000 are all amorphous and show high glass transition temperatures ranging from 167 °C to 191 °C, excellent thermal stability at temperatures over 400 °C in air or nitrogen, high char yields of 51–58% in nitrogen and good solubility in CHCl3 and polar solvents such as DMF, DMSO and NMP at room temperature.  相似文献

A highly efficient cobalt(II)‐catalyzed alkynylation/annulation of terminal alkynes assisted by an N,O‐bidentate directing group is described. This protocol is characterized by wide substrate scope utilizing cheap cobalt catalysts, and offers a new approach to 3‐methyleneisoindolin‐1‐one, which can be converted into an oxadiazine salt in one step. A two-step sintering method was used to prepare Al8.31Si1.91Mg3.78O20 (corundum solid solution)/Al4.8Si1.2O9.6 (mullite solid solution)/Mg2.0Al4.02Si4.98O18 (cordierite solid solution) multiphase material, for the purposes of making these three crystal structures have point defects which could help the particles diffuse and transfer at high temperature, accelerate the sintering efficiently and enhance the material strength as well as the bulk density. The impacts of different formulas on the structure and properties of the multiphase material were investigated. With XRD and SEM analyses, for each sample, the crystal structure and microstructure were characterized, the crystalline phase content and cell parameters were determined with Rietveld Quantification software, and the properties were tested. The comparative optimal formula determined was calcinated chamotte of 80wt% and calcinated sludge of 20wt%; and its corresponding bending strength and retention rate of bending strength after a thermal shock were 29.74 MPa and 80.15%, respectively.  相似文献

Two cyclopropyl allenylidene complexes [Ru]=CCC(R)(C3H5) ([Ru]=[RuCp(PPh3)2], Cp=Cyclopentadienyl; R=thiophene ( 2a ) and R=Ph ( 2b )) are prepared from the reactions of [Ru]Cl with the corresponding 1‐cyclopropyl‐2‐propyn‐1‐ol in the presence of KPF6. Thermal treatment, halide‐anion addition, and palladium‐catalyzed reactions of 2a and 2b all lead to a ring expansion of the cyclopropyl group, giving the vinylidene complexes 4a and 4b , respectively, each with a five‐membered ring. This ring expansion proceeds by C C bond formation between Cβ of the cumulative double bond and a methylene group of the cyclopropyl ring. In the reaction of 2a with pyrrole, consecutive formation of two C C bonds, one between C‐2 of pyrrole and Cγ of 2a and the other between C‐3 of pyrrole and Cα, results in the formation of 6a . The reaction proceeds by addition of pyrrole and 1,3‐proton shifts. The hydrogenation of 2a by NaBH4 is carried out in different solvents. The cumulative double bonds are reduced regioselectively to give a mixture of 7a and 8a . Interestingly, use of different solvents leads to different ratios of 7a and 8a . Presence of a protic solvent like methanol in dichloromethane or chloroform solution increases the yield of 8a , thus revealing that both the rates of hydroboration and deboronation increase. The structures of two new complexes 4a and 6a have been firmly established by X‐ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

αB‐crystalin, a small heat shock protein and a component of α‐crystalin, is a molecular chaperone playing an important role in preventing the formation of cataracts. It has been reported that His18 is an important site for Cu2+ to bind with to form a stable metal complex and thus to enhance this chaperone‐like activity of human αB‐crystalin. In this work, we used site‐directed mutagenesis to clone and express H18G rat lens αB‐crystalin in order to investigate the role of His18 in chaperoning activity. We found that 1 mM of Cu2+, or Zn2+, rather than Mg2+, significantly enhanced the chaperone‐like activity of wild type αB‐crystalin. Whereas, it is Zn2+ and Mg2+, not Cu2+, that significantly reduced this activity of H18G αB‐crystalin. In the absence of cation, H18G showed better activity compared to the wild type αB‐crystalin. ANS fluorescence measurement showed there was no linear relationship between chaperone‐like activity and surface hydrophobicity, indicating that surface hydrophobicity is not a prerequisite for chaperone‐like activity. An HPLC size‐exclusion chromatography study showed that in the presence of metal ions, wild type αB‐crystalin tended to aggregate via dissociation and re‐association into a high molecular aggregate with a molecular weight higher than 1400 kDa and then precipitated, suggesting that the presence of metal ions is a factor leading to the formation of cataracts. Both the near and far UV‐CD spectra suggested that the wild type αB‐crystalin reflected more β‐sheet structural characteristics; whereas the H18G reflected more random coil characteristics. The H18G induced structural alterations as to develop more random coil characteristics and more micro‐environmental changes around the tryptophan residues. This work suggested that His18 may not be a crucial binding site for Cu2+, but rather that it may be an important binding site for Zn2+ in terms of chaperone‐like activity and the process of metal induced self‐aggregation is prerequisite for chaperone‐like activity to occur.  相似文献

In the study, sludge from the aluminum profile factory and kaolin were used as the raw materials. Through adding ZrO2 mineralizer in different contents, Al2-xZrx+yTi1-yO5 and Al4.54Si1.46O9.73 solid solution multiphase material was prepared to effectively inhibit the decomposition of aluminum titanate solid solution and optimize high temperature property of the multiphase material. With XRD and SEM means, crystalline structure and microstructure of each sample were characterized, and properties of each sample were tested. According to experimental results, the optimal addition amount of ZrO2 mineralizer was determined to be 1.5%. Correspondingly, contents for aluminum titanate solid solution, mullite solid solution and α-Al2O3 were 70.3%, 26.8% and 2.9% respectively, bulk density was 3.20 g/cm3, degree of porosity was 5.57%, water absorption rate was 1.74%, and the once thermal shock rupture strength retention rate was 90.52%.  相似文献

A novel fluorescent probe was developed by integrating chlorinated coumarin and benzothiazolylacetonitrile and exploited for simultaneous detection of cysteine (Cys), homocysteine (Hcy), and glutathione (GSH). Featuring four binding sites and different reaction mechanisms for different biothiols, this probe exhibited rapid fluorescence turn‐on for distinguishing Cys, Hcy, and GSH with 108‐, 128‐, 30‐fold fluorescence increases at 457, 559, 529 nm, respectively, across different excitation wavelengths. Furthermore, the probe was successfully applied to the fluorescence imaging of endogenous Cys and GSH and exogenous Cys, Hcy, and GSH in living cells.  相似文献
