We theoretically study a possible topological superconductivity in the interacting two layers of Rashba systems, which can be fabricated by the heterostructures of semiconductors and oxides. The hybridization, which induces the gap in the single particle dispersion, and the electron-electron interaction between the two layers leads to the novel phase diagram of the superconductivity. It is found that the topological superconductivity without breaking time-reversal symmetry is realized when (i) the Fermi energy is within the hybridization gap, and (ii) the interlayer interaction is repulsive, both of which can be satisfied in realistic systems. Edge channels are studied in a tight-binding model numerically, and the several predictions on experiments are also given.  相似文献

Effects of deposition conditions on the structure of microcrystalline silicon carbide (μc-SiC) films prepared by hot-wire chemical vapor deposition (hot-wire CVD) method have been investigated. It is found from X-ray diffraction patterns of the film that a diffraction peak from crystallites from hexagonal polytypes of SiC is observed in addition to those of 3 C-SiC crystallites. This result is obtained in the film under a narrow deposition conditions of SiH3CH3 gas pressure of 8 Pa, the H2 gas pressure of 80–300 Pa and the total gas pressure of 40–300 Pa under fixed substrate and filament temperatures employed in this study. Furthermore, the grain size of hexagonal crystallites (about 20 nm) on c-Si substrates becomes larger than that of 3 C-SiC crystallites (about 10 nm) for the films deposited under the total gas pressure of 36–88 Pa. The fact that microcrystalline hexagonal SiC can be deposited under limited deposition conditions could be interpreted in the context of a result for c-SiC polytypes prepared by thermal CVD method.  相似文献

A novel synthetic route to 4‐pyridazineacetic acids 10 – 12 has been achieved by the ring‐expansion reaction of N‐cyanomethylated 3‐pyrazoline‐4‐acetic acids 7 – 9 . 1H‐Pyrazole‐4‐acetic acids 1 – 3 were reacted with iodoacetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine in refluxing acetonitrile to give the corresponding C‐cyanomethylated 1H‐pyrazole‐4‐acetic acids 4 – 6 as major products together with N‐cyanomethylated 3‐pyrazoline‐4‐acetic acids 7 and 8 as minor products. On the other hand, reactions of 1 and 3 with chloroacetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine in refluxing chloroform afforded the corresponding N‐cyanomethylated 3‐pyrazoline‐4‐acetic acids 7 and 9 as major products. Thermal treatment of 7 – 9 with sodium hydride in N,N‐dimethylformamide caused ring expansion to yield the corresponding 4‐pyridazineacetic acids 10 – 12 .  相似文献

 Amino and other functional groups were introduced to a polyethylene substrate starting from the unsaturated pendant and bridge groups (collectively called side chains) of polyethylene, which had been prepared by γ-ray irradiation under an atmosphere of 1,3-butadiene of the polyethylene substrate (the drawn film of ultra-high- molecular-weight polyethylene, Mˉv: 5 × 106). 2-Aminoethylamino groups were introduced to the side chains through treatment either with bromine or with peracetic acid vapor followed by immersion in ethylenediamine. Introduction of amino groups were confirmed by Fourier transform IR spectrometry, ninhydrin test, and acid–base titration. Starting from 2-aminoethylaminated polyethylene, modification cycles to grow a dendrimer on the film were applied; these consisted of 2-methoxycarbonylethylation and 2-aminoethylamidation. This technique resulted in hyperbranched modification of the polymer. The product is a kind of dendrimer grown on the surface of polyethylene film with amplified amino ends and has anion-exchange capacity and absorbs acid dye. In retronasal aroma, the targeted aroma compounds are released from food during chewing. The changes in the food structures during chewing strongly influence the release of the compounds, therefore affecting the perception of food. Here, the relationship between retronasal aroma and food deliciousness based on the physicochemical properties of aroma compounds was examined. We considered the consumption of solid foods and the effect of oral parameters in elderly people. Beef pate was used as a model food sample to study the effect of the release of aroma compounds under controlled in vitro mastication and salivation conditions using a chewing simulator. We identified the effects of coexisting ingredients such as beef fat on the time course behavior of the release of aroma compounds. In particular, the release of the middle types of aromas was significantly faster with stronger chewing force, and higher with a high fat content of the sample. In addition, a larger release intensity was observed when soy proteins were partially substituted for beef proteins. Using an appropriate model saliva, a change in the salting-out effect from the saliva composition was found to be a factor, which could explain the lowering of aroma sensation in an elderly person.  相似文献

Garlic (Allium sativum) is the second most important Allium crop that has been used as a vegetable and condiment from ancient times due to its characteristic flavor and taste. Although garlic is a sterile plant that reproduces vegetatively through cloves, garlic shows high biodiversity, as well as phenotypic plasticity and environmental adaptation capacity. To determine the possible mechanism underlying this phenomenon and to provide new genetic materials for the development of a novel garlic cultivar with useful agronomic traits, the metabolic profiles in the leaf tissue of 30 garlic accessions collected from different geographical regions, with a special focus on the Asian region, were investigated using LC/MS. In addition, the total saponin and fructan contents in the roots and cloves of the investigated garlic accessions were also evaluated. Total saponin and fructan contents did not separate the garlic accessions based on their geographical origin, implying that saponin and fructan contents were clone-specific and agroclimatic changes have affected the quantitative and qualitative levels of saponins in garlic over a long history of cultivation. Principal component analysis (PCA) and dendrogram clustering of the LC/MS-based metabolite profiling showed two major clusters. Specifically, many Japanese and Central Asia accessions were grouped in cluster I and showed high accumulations of flavonol glucosides, alliin, and methiin. On the other hand, garlic accessions grouped in cluster II exhibited a high accumulation of anthocyanin glucosides and amino acids. Although most of the accessions were not separated based on country of origin, the Central Asia accessions were clustered in one group, implying that these accessions exhibited distinct metabolic profiles. The present study provides useful information that can be used for germplasm selection and the development of new garlic varieties with beneficial biotic and abiotic stress-adaptive traits.  相似文献

2,2’-Bipyridine ligands (dsbpys) with dumbbell-like shapes and differently substituted triarylmethyl groups at the C5 and C5’ positions showed high ligand performance in the Ni-catalyzed cross-electrophile coupling and the Ni/photoredox-synergistically catalyzed decarboxylative coupling reactions. The superior ligand effects of dsbpys compared to the conventional bpy ligands were attributed to the monochelating nature of dsbpys.  相似文献
