[reaction: see text] Ethyl 1-thio-2,3,4,6-tetrakis-O-triisopropylsilyl-beta-d-glucopyranoside, ethyl 6-O-benzyl-1-thio-2,3,4-tris-O-triisopropylsilyl-beta-d-glucopyranoside, and ethyl 6-O-pivaloyl-1-thio-2,3,4-tris-O-triisopropylsilyl-beta-d-glucopyranoside induced highly beta-selective O-glucosidations. Among them, the 6-O-pivaloylated substrate provided the best selectivity up to alpha/beta = 3:97 with cyclohexylmethanol, and the substrate was used for glucosidations with secondary and tertiary alcohols in a highly beta-selective manner. The selectivity would be caused by the twist-boat conformation of the pyranose; this is the first beta-selective O-glucosidation based on conformational control of the pyranose ring.  相似文献

We have recorded vapor-phase photoacoustic spectra of cyclopropane, ethylene oxide, and ethylene sulfide in the third, fourth, and fifth CH-stretching overtone regions. We have used a harmonically coupled anharmonic oscillator local mode model to facilitate analysis of the spectra. Fermi resonance between the CH-stretching and HCH-bending vibrations is essential to explain the observed wide and multistructured CH-stretching overtone bands. A number of weak combination bands can account for the remaining experimental features observed to the blue of the CH-stretching regions. We have reassigned the fundamental spectra of these three-membered rings.  相似文献

A novel series of benzoic acid derivatives as VLA-4 antagonists were synthesized. Optimization, focusing on activity and lipophilicity needed for cell permeability, resulted in the identification of 15b and 15e with good activity (IC50 = 1.6 nM each) and moderate lipophilicity (Log D = 2.0, 1.8). Furthermore, 15e demonstrated efficacy in murine asthma model by an oral dose of 30 mg/kg.  相似文献

The syntheses of two isoprostanyl phospholipids are described. A newly established route to 15-F(2t)-isoprostane and ent-15-epi-F(2t)-isoprostane has allowed for the selective preparation of 15-F(2t)-isoprostanyl phosphatidylethanolamine and ent-15-epi-F(2t)-isoprostanyl phosphatidylcholine. The nature of the headgroups dictates the coupling strategy used to attach the appropriately protected isoprostanes to the corresponding lysophospholipids. Preliminary 1H NMR and 31P NMR studies indicate that these isoprostanyl phospholipids aggregate in apolar solvents.  相似文献

We conduct kinetic Monte Carlo simulations for the conservative climb motion of a cluster of self-interstitial atoms (SIAs) towards another SIA cluster in BCC–Fe; the conservative climb velocity is inversely proportional to the fourth power of the distance between them, as per the prediction based on Einstein’s equation. The size of the climbing cluster significantly affects its conservative climb velocity, while the size of the cluster that originates the stress field does not. The activation energy for the conservative climb is considerably greater than that derived in previous studies and strongly dependent on the climbing cluster size. The results presented in this study are the atomistic evaluation of the behaviour of SIA clusters through three-dimensional motion, which cannot be achieved using molecular dynamics techniques alone.  相似文献

The stability properties of two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) compressible flows over a rectangular cavity with length-to-depth ratio of \(L/D=6\) are analyzed at a free-stream Mach number of \(M_\infty =0.6\) and depth-based Reynolds number of \(Re_D=502\). In this study, we closely examine the influence of three-dimensionality on the wake mode that has been reported to exhibit high-amplitude fluctuations from the formation and ejection of large-scale spanwise vortices. Direct numerical simulation (DNS) and bi-global stability analysis are utilized to study the stability characteristics of the wake mode. Using the bi-global stability analysis with the time-averaged flow as the base state, we capture the global stability properties of the wake mode at a spanwise wavenumber of \(\beta =0\). To uncover spanwise effects on the 2D wake mode, 3D DNS are performed with cavity width-to-depth ratio of \(W/D=1\) and 2. We find that the 2D wake mode is not present in the 3D cavity flow with \(W/D=2\), in which spanwise structures are observed near the rear region of the cavity. These 3D instabilities are further investigated via bi-global stability analysis for spanwise wavelengths of \(\lambda /D=0.5{-}2.0\) to reveal the eigenspectra of the 3D eigenmodes. Based on the findings of 2D and 3D global stability analysis, we conclude that the absence of the wake mode in 3D rectangular cavity flows is due to the release of kinetic energy from the spanwise vortices to the streamwise vortical structures that develops from the spanwise instabilities.  相似文献

This paper details the first use of a self-folding deep cavitand on a gold surface. A sulfide-footed deep, self-folding cavitand has been synthesized, and its attachment to a cleaned gold surface studied by electrochemical and SPR methods. Complete monolayer formation is possible if the cavitand folding is templated by noncovalent binding of choline or by addition of space-filling thiols to cover any gaps in the cavitand adsorption layer. The cavitand is capable of binding trimethylammonium-tagged guests from an aqueous medium and can be deposited in 2 × 2 microarrays on the surface for characterization by SPR imaging techniques. When biotin-labeled guests are used, the cavitand:guest construct can recognize and immobilize streptavidin proteins from aqueous solution, acting as an effective supramolecular biosensor for monitoring protein recognition.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the functional analytic approach to the problem of construction of Feller semigroups with sticky boundary condition on various spaces of continuous functions, generalizing the previous work.
