Recent research advances on interactive machine learning

Interactive machine learning (IML) is an iterative learning process that tightly couples a human with a machine learner, which is widely used by researchers and practitioners to effectively solve a wide variety of real-world application problems. Although recent years have witnessed the proliferation of IML in the field of visual analytics, most recent surveys either focus on a specific area of IML or aim to summarize a visualization field that is too generic for IML. In this paper, we systematically review the recent literature on IML and classify them into a task-oriented taxonomy built by us. We conclude the survey with a discussion of open challenges and research opportunities that we believe are inspiring for future work in IML.

Trace 1300气相色谱仪故障排查与期间核查

使用赛默飞Trace 1300气相色谱仪进行环境样品分析过程中,出现了FID信号变弱、点火困难的现象,严重影响检测数据的准确性,干扰正常分析工作。从样品性质、仪器方法的设置、气路系统以及检测系统进行故障排查,确定故障原因为FID喷嘴堵塞,点火线圈锈蚀严重。对维修好后的气相色谱仪进行期间核查,核查结果:基线噪声为0.066 pA,基线漂移(30 min)为0.321 pA,FID检测限为0.094 1 ng/s,定性重复性为0.062%,定量重复性为1.41%,均满足技术指标要求。     

Critical points theorems concerning strongly indefinite functionals and infinite many periodic solutions for a class of Hamiltonian systems

Based on new deformation theorems concerning strongly indefinite functionals, we give some new min-max theorems which are useful in looking for critical points of functionals which are strongly indefinite and satisfy Cerami condition instead of Palais-Smale condition. As one application of abstract results, we study existence of multiple periodic solutions for a class of non-autonomous first order Hamiltonian system

Crystal structures of the complexes of rare earth picrates with N, N, N'''', N''''-tetraphenyl-3, 6-dioxaoctanediamide

The complexes of rare earth picrate with N,N,N',N'-tetraphenyl-3,6-dioxaoctanediamide(TDD),Eu(picc(TDD)] 2CH3CN and [ Y(pic)3(TDD)],have been synthesized.The crystal structures reveal that TDD at is as n tetradentate ligand,forming a ring-like coordination structure with its oxygen atoms together with one oxygen atom of the bidentate pterate In the Eu(Ⅲ) complex,the europium ion with a larger ionic radius lies out of the ring,while in the Y(Ⅲ) complex,the yttrium ion with a smaller ionic radius enters the cavity of the ligand.The structures of the complexes are greatly affected by the ionic radii due to participation of the picrates in coordination.

Passively Q-switched laser operation in a composite Nd:YVO4/Nd:YVO4/Nd:YVO4 crystal with a GaAs saturable absorber

By using a piece of GaAs wafer as the saturable absorber, the performance of the passively Q-switched composite Nd:YVO₄ laser with different output couplers has been demonstrated for the first time as far as we know. The largest continuous wave output power of 1.52 W is obtained at the incident pump power of 5.31 W, giving an optical conversion efficiency of 28.7% and a slope efficiency of 30.2%. The shortest pulse width of 11 ns, the largest single-pulse energy of 2.49 μJ and the highest peak power of 190 W are also obtained.     

THE ASYMPTOTIC PROPERTIES OF SUPERCRITICAL BISEXUAL GALTON-WATSON BRANCHING PROCESSES WITH IMMIGRATION OF MATING UNITS

In this article the supercritical bisexual Galton-Watson branching processes with the immigration of mating units is considered. A necessary condition for the almost sure convergence, and a sufficient condition for the L1 convergence are given for the process with the suitably normed condition.
