Experimental data are presented to show the influence of solid particles on demulsification. It was found that the solid particles could effectively resist demulsification. Compared with conventional heating, microwave radiation can enhance the demulsification rate by an order of magnitude and increase the demulsification effectiveness. The demulsification effectiveness of the emulsions stabilized by graphite powder can reach 82%–89% in a very short time under microwave radiation, whilst that of the emulsions stabilized by barium sulfate can attain 100% under similar conditions.  相似文献

Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) was depolymerized by methanol in the presence of a novel catalyst: ionic liquids. It was found that the purification method of the main products in the methanolysis catalyzed by ionic liquids was simpler than that of traditional compounds, such as sulfuric acid. Qualitative analysis indicated that the main product in the methanolysis process was methyl lactate. The influences of experimental parameters, such as the amount of ionic liquids, methanolysis time, reaction temperature, and dosages of methanol on the conversion of PLA, yield of methyl lactate were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, using ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([Bmim][Ac]) as catalyst, results showed that the ionic liquid could be reused up to 6 times without apparent decrease in the conversion of PLA and yield of methyl lactate. The kinetics of the reaction was also investigated. The results indicated that the methanolysis of PLA was a first-order kinetic reaction with activation energy of 38.29 kJ/mol. In addition, a possible catalysis mechanism of the methanolysis of PLA was proposed.  相似文献

Aggregation behavior of didodecyldimethylammonium bromide (DDAB) in aqueous solution was investigated using negative-staining and freeze-fracture transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methods. With the concentration increase, the vesicle size enlarged from the range of 100–200 nm to 500–3000 nm and the structure transform from unilamella to multilamella. Rheological and viscosity measurement results indicated that the system exhibited a gel-like material characteristic and shearing thinning in property, as shown that the apparent viscosity decreased gradually during the shear rate ascended from 1 × 10?4–1 × 104 s?1. Furthermore, the relationship between aggregate conformation and solution rheological properties was discussed.  相似文献

A self-modified film electrode consisting of homogeneous snowflake-shaped nanoparticles on the amorphous carbon substrate (HNAC) was prepared by low temperature carbonization of phenolic resin. Such a unique structure was beneficial to enhance the electroanalysis signal responds. Simultaneous detection of DA and UA was performed on the HNAC using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) at pH 8 phosphate buffer. The well-defined oxidation peak potential separation reached 260 mV between DA and UA. Meanwhile, the detection limit of HNAC were 0.401 μM (DA) and 2.800 μM (UA).  相似文献

A new embedded 5(3) pair of modified Runge–Kutta–Nyström methods for the numerical solution of the Schrödinger equation is developed in this paper. The asymptotic expressions of the principal local truncation errors for large energies are obtained. We apply the new fifth-order method to the resonance problem, and apply the new embedded 5(3) pair to elastic scattering phase-shift problem. The numerical results show good numerical performance of the new embedded pair and the fifth-order method.  相似文献

Protected by the host cells, the hidden intracellular bacteria are typically difficult to kill by common antibiotics and cannot be visualized without complex cellular pretreatments. Herein, we successfully developed a bacteria-metabolizable dual-functional probe TPEPy-d -Ala, which is based on d -alanine and a photosensitizer with aggregation-induced emission for fluorescence turn-on imaging of intracellular bacteria in living host cells and photodynamic ablation in situ. Once metabolically incorporated into bacterial peptidoglycan, the intramolecular motions of TPEPy-d -Ala are inhibited, leading to an enhanced fluorescent signal, which allows the clear visualization of the intracellular bacteria. Moreover, TPEPy-d -Ala can effectively ablate the labeled intracellular bacteria in situ owing to covalent ligation to peptidoglycan, yielding a low intracellular minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 20±0.5 μg mL−1, much more efficient than that of a commonly used antibiotic, vancomycin.  相似文献

A stable nonlinear optical (NLO) film containing “T” type alkoxysilane dye was prepared by sol–gel technology. This crosslinked “T” type alkoxysilane dye was synthesized and fully characterized by FTIR, UV–Vis spectra, and 1H‐NMR. Followed by hydrolysis and copolymerization processes of the alkoxysilane with γ‐glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane (KH560) and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), high quality inorganic–organic hybrid second‐order NLO films were obtained by spin coating. The “T” type structure of the alkoxysilane was found to be effective for improving the temporal stability of the optical nonlinearity due to the reduction in the relaxation of the chromophore in the film materials.
