Bi- and trimetallic platinum–ruthenium and platinum–ruthenium–palladium catalysts with specified atomic ratios Pt: Ru = 1: 1 and Pt: Ru: Pd = 1: 1: 0.1, respectively, were synthesized from the coordination compounds of the metals deposited on highly dispersed carbon black. The catalysts were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, electron dispersive analysis, and transmission electron microscopy. According to voltammetry data, the highest activity in the dimethyl ether (DME) electrooxidation is exhibited by the catalyst Pt0.43Ru0.47Pd0.1/C; hence, it may be considered as a promising anode material for direct DME fuel cells. 相似文献

Room-temperature spin-dependent recombination in a series of GaAs1?xNx solid solutions (x = 2.1, 2.7, 3.4%) has been observed as manifested by a more than threefold decrease in intensity of the edge photoluminescence upon switching from circular to linear polarization of the exciting light or upon the application of a transverse magnetic field (~300 G). The interband absorption of the circularly polarized light is accompanied by the spin polarization of conduction electrons, which reaches 35% with an increase in the pumping level. The observed effects are explained in terms of the dynamic polarization of deep paramagnetic centers and the spin-dependent trapping of conduction electrons on these centers. The electron spin relaxation time, as estimated from the dependence of the edge photoluminescence depolarization in the transverse magnetic field (the Hanle effect) on the pumping intensity, is on the order of 1 ns. According to the adopted theory, the electron spin relaxation time in the presence of spin-dependent recombination is determined by a slow spin relaxation of localized electrons. The sign (positive) of the g factor of localized electrons has been experimentally determined from the direction of the magnetic-field-induced rotation of their average spin observed in the three GaAsN crystals studied. 相似文献

This paper studies three ways to construct a nonhomogeneous jump Markov process: (i) via a compensator of the random measure of a multivariate point process, (ii) as a minimal solution of the backward Kolmogorov equation, and (iii) as a minimal solution of the forward Kolmogorov equation. The main conclusion of this paper is that, for a given measurable transition intensity, commonly called a Q-function, all these constructions define the same transition function. If this transition function is regular, that is, the probability of accumulation of jumps is zero, then this transition function is the unique solution of the backward and forward Kolmogorov equations. For continuous Q-functions, Kolmogorov equations were studied in Feller?s seminal paper. In particular, this paper extends Feller?s results for continuous Q-functions to measurable Q-functions and provides additional results. 相似文献

We consider the elasticity problem in a heterogeneous domain with an ε-periodic micro-structure, ε ≪ 1, including a multiple micro-contact in a simply connected matrix domain with inclusions completely surrounded by cracks, which do not connect the boundary, or a textile-like material. The contact is described by the Signorini and Coulomb-friction contact conditions. In the case of the Coulomb friction, the dissipative functional is state dependent, like in [2]. A time discretization scheme from [2] reduces the contact problem to the Tresca one (with prescribed frictional traction or state independent dissipation) on each time-increment. We further look for the spatial homogenization. The limiting energy and the dissipation term in the stability condition were obtained for the contact with Tresca's friction law in [4] for closed cracks and can be extended to textile-like materials. Using these results and the concept of energetic solutions for evolutional quasi-variational problems from [2], for a uniform time-step partition, the existence can be proved for the solution of the continuous problem and a subsequence of incremental solutions weakly converging to the continuous one uniformly in time. Furthermore, the irreversible frictional displacements at micro-level lead to a kind of an evolutional plastic behavior of the homogenized medium. (© 2013 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. The problem of constructing internal ellipsoidal estimates of the geometric difference between two ellipsoids and applying the estimated results for the attainability sets of linear systems with a disturbance is considered. An addition to the existing method of constructing the difference between two ellipsoids is presented, and the previous constraints are removed. In the process of validating the addition, some relationships between certain properties of constructed ellipsoidal estimations and set convexity are given, being the data for the problem. A method for estimating the attainability sets for linear systems with a disturbance, equivalent to the existing approach to systems without disturbances, are given.
