The total (elastic and inelastic) intensity of electrons scattered by CO2 was measured in the s range of 1 to 12 Å?1 and compared with the theoretical intensity calculated from the Hartree-Fock molecular wave function and those calculated for the independent-atom-model (IAM ) molecule. In the range of s ? 4 Å?1 the electron correlation effect on the total scattered intensity was found to be represented by that for the IAM molecule. 相似文献

Let be an -primary ideal in a Gorenstein local ring (, ) with , and assume that contains a parameter ideal in as a reduction. We say that is a good ideal in if is a Gorenstein ring with . The associated graded ring of is a Gorenstein ring with if and only if . Hence good ideals in our sense are good ones next to the parameter ideals in . A basic theory of good ideals is developed in this paper. We have that is a good ideal in if and only if and . First a criterion for finite-dimensional Gorenstein graded algebras over fields to have nonempty sets of good ideals will be given. Second in the case where we will give a correspondence theorem between the set and the set of certain overrings of . A characterization of good ideals in the case where will be given in terms of the goodness in their powers. Thanks to Kato's Riemann-Roch theorem, we are able to classify the good ideals in two-dimensional Gorenstein rational local rings. As a conclusion we will show that the structure of the set of good ideals in heavily depends on . The set may be empty if , while is necessarily infinite if and contains a field. To analyze this phenomenon we shall explore monomial good ideals in the polynomial ring in three variables over a field . Examples are given to illustrate the theorems.
Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring. Let P(R) (respectively,I(R)) be the category of all finite R-modules of finite projective(respectively, injective) dimension. Sharp [9] constructed acategory equivalence between I(R) and P(R) for certain CohenMacaulaylocal rings R. Thus many properties about finite modules offinite projective dimension can be connected with those of finiteinjective dimension through this equivalence. 相似文献
Our main interest in this paper is to translate from “natural language” into “system theoretical language”. This is of course important since a statement in system theory can be analyzed mathematically or computationally. We assume that, in order to obtain a good translation, “system theoretical language” should have great power of expression. Thus we first propose a new frame of system theory, which includes the concepts of “measurement” as well as “state equation”. And we show that a certain statement in usual conversation, i.e., fuzzy modus ponens with the word “very”, can be translated into a statement in the new frame of system theory. Though our result is merely one example of the translation from “natural language” into “system theoretical language”, we believe that our method is fairly general. 相似文献
The association constants, kd, of dichloroacetic acid (DCA) with ethers (tetrahydrofuran, tetrahydropyran, dibutyl ether, 1,4-dioxane) were measured in CCl4 from 20°–40° using near IR spectra. A linear relationship between log10KD and log10Kp was found, where Kp was the association constant of phenol with ethers. On the basis of their relationship the association constants of DCA with propylene oxide (PO) were estimated from those of phenol with PO. Furthermore, the ring-openings of PO with chloroacetic acids (trichloroacetic acid (TCA) or DCA) were studied kinetically in toluene. It was found that the PO-TCA reactions obeyed the second-order kinetics dependent on the first order both in the PO concn and in the TCA concn, and that the PO-DCA reactions obeyed the third-order kinetics on the first order in the PO concn and on the second order in the DCA concn. The elementary reaction rate constants were estimated on the basis of measured rate constants and estimated equilibrium constants and activation enthalpies were obtained from their temp dependence to be 13.5 in the PO-TCA reaction and 19.7 in the PO-DCA reaction. The mechanism was based on the activation enthalpy of elementary reaction and it was concluded that the main factor governing the reaction was the extent of activation of the protonated oxirane (the extent of polarization of the C-O bond in the oxirane ring). 相似文献

In this paper we first give a lower bound on multiplicities for Buchsbaum homogeneous k-algebras A in terms of the dimension d, the codimension c, the initial degree q, and the length of the local cohomology modules of A. Next, we introduce the notion of Buchsbaum k-algebras with minimal multiplicity of degree q, and give several characterizations for those rings. In particular, we will show that those algebras have linear free resolutions. Further, we will give many examples of those algebras. 相似文献
