The inverse search algorithm starts with estimated ranges of material property parameters and progressively updates them to finally approach the respective true values. The measured saturation current density J0e of heavily phosphorus‐doped emitters of crystalline Si solar cells is analysed by means of sophisticated numerical device modelling. It is concluded that Shockley–Read–Hall (SRH) recombination exceeds Auger recombination significantly; it is caused by inactive phosphorus. This explains the large discrepancies between measured and simulated J0e values, observed persist‐ently over the last two decades in industrially fabricated Si solar cells. As a consequence, the heavily phosphorus‐diffused emitters still bear a significant potential to contribute to higher Si solar cell efficiency levels, if the amount of inactive phosphorus can be reduced. Keggin‐type heteropolyacid, H5BW12O40 (BWA) with a higher negative charge and stronger Brønsted acidity comparing to Si and P derivatives was used as an efficient, green, and reusable catalyst in a three‐component reaction involving the cyclocondensation of various β‐dicarbonyl compounds, differently substituted aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile in EtOH/H2O for the facile, clean, and high yielding synthesis of 4H‐pyrans. All reactions were completed in short times and the products were obtained in good to excellent yields. ZSM‐5 zeolite crystal with different Si/Al molar ratios in the range of 10‐50 was synthesized using sodium silicate, aluminum sulfate and tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPA‐Br) as the organic template. The produced samples were characterized using XRD, FT‐IR, SEM and EDX techniques. All synthesized samples were found to be ZSM‐5 zeolite as confirmed by XRD and supported by FT‐IR. SEM results showed that ZSM‐5 synthesized with different Si/Al molar ratios had different morphologies and particle sizes. It was found that the average ZSM‐5 crystal size increased as Si/Al molar ratio increased. Thermogravimetric‐difference thermal analysis (TG‐DTA) technique was also used to measure the amount of template occluded inside the crystal pore. The synthesized Na‐ZSM‐5 was transformed into its acidic form, i.e., H‐ZSM‐5 using ion exchange method with ammonium nitrate solution. The H‐ZSM‐5 acidity was determined by NH3‐TPD. These results showed that different Si/Al molar ratios have effect on surface acidity of samples. The surface areas of the H‐ZSM‐5 were measured using BET method and the results showed that, decrease in Si/Al ratio, decreased the surface area. (© 2008 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. The generation of a multiple wavelength source using a bismuth-based erbium-doped fiber (Bi-EDF) in a linear cavity configuration is demonstrated. The configuration uses a pair of optical circulators at the input and output ends of the cavity to form a resonator for multi-wavelength generation in conjunction with optical couplers to inject the Brillouin pump (BP) and to tap the output at the two ends. The Brillouin erbium fiber laser (BEFL) comb with a 2.15 m of Bi-EDF has a wavelength spacing of 0.09 nm and operates in long-wavelength (L-) band region. A stable output laser comb of 50 lines is obtained at a BP of 1568.2 nm and 5 dBm and two 1480 nm pumps at 120 mW. The injected BP wavelength and power as well as the 1480 nm pump powers have a great effect on the number of lines and output power of the BEFL. This configuration is compact due to the use of the significantly shorter Bi-EDF as the linear gain medium, and can be made more compact by replacing the single-mode fiber with highly non-linear fibers such as holey fibers. 相似文献

Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn is a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory flavonolignans with great potential for use in pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Its biotechnological production using in vitro culture system has been proposed. Chitosan is a well-known elicitor that strongly affects both secondary metabolites and biomass production by plants. The effect of chitosan on S. marianum cell suspension is not known yet. In the present study, suspension cultures of S. marianum were exploited for their in vitro potential to produce bioactive flavonolignans in the presence of chitosan. Established cell suspension cultures were maintained on the same hormonal media supplemented with 0.5 mg/L BAP (6-benzylaminopurine) and 1.0 mg/L NAA (α-naphthalene acetic acid) under photoperiod 16/8 h (light/dark) and exposed to various treatments of chitosan (ranging from 0.5 to 50.0 mg/L). The highest biomass production was observed for cell suspension treated with 5.0 mg/L chitosan, resulting in 123.3 ± 1.7 g/L fresh weight (FW) and 17.7 ± 0.5 g/L dry weight (DW) productions. All chitosan treatments resulted in an overall increase in the accumulation of total flavonoids (5.0 ± 0.1 mg/g DW for 5.0 mg/L chitosan), total phenolic compounds (11.0 ± 0.2 mg/g DW for 0.5 mg/L chitosan) and silymarin (9.9 ± 0.5 mg/g DW for 0.5 mg/L chitosan). In particular, higher accumulation levels of silybin B (6.3 ± 0.2 mg/g DW), silybin A (1.2 ± 0.1 mg/g DW) and silydianin (1.0 ± 0.0 mg/g DW) were recorded for 0.5 mg/L chitosan. The corresponding extracts displayed enhanced antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacities: in particular, high ABTS antioxidant activity (741.5 ± 4.4 μM Trolox C equivalent antioxidant capacity) was recorded in extracts obtained in presence of 0.5 mg/L of chitosan, whereas highest inhibitions of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2, 30.5 ± 1.3 %), secretory phospholipase A2 (sPLA2, 33.9 ± 1.3 %) and 15-lipoxygenase (15-LOX-2, 31.6 ± 1.2 %) enzymes involved in inflammation process were measured in extracts obtained in the presence of 5.0 mg/L of chitosan. Taken together, these results highlight the high potential of the chitosan elicitation in the S. marianum cell suspension for enhanced production of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory silymarin-rich extracts. 相似文献

Ab initio quantum calculations are used to analyze the binding of complexes pairing OOH with HOOCHO. Six minima are located on the potential energy surface, all of cyclic geometry. Of particular interest are the OH...O and CH...O H-bonds that arise in the complexes and the manner in which these interactions influence the internal properties of the subunits. The analysis is complicated by the presence of an intramolecular H-bond in the unperturbed HOOCHO molecule, which must be broken in order to form the pair of intermolecular H-bonds that are responsible for the binding in the most stable complex. The CH bond of HOOCHO is contracted, and its stretching frequency undergoes a blue shift, when this group participates in a H-bond. 相似文献
