Hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) is an attractive route for the upgrading of bio‐oils produced from lignocellulose. Current catalysts require harsh conditions to effect HDO, decreasing the process efficiency in terms of energy and carbon balance. Herein we report a novel and facile method for synthesizing bimetallic PtCo nanoparticle catalysts (ca. 1.5 nm) highly dispersed in the framework of nitrogen‐doped ordered mesoporous carbon (NOMC) for this reaction. We demonstrate that NOMC with either 2D hexagonal (p6m) or 3D cubic (Im m) structure can be easily synthesized by simply adjusting the polymerization temperature. We also demonstrate that PtCo/NOMC (metal loading: Pt 9.90 wt %; Co 3.31 wt %) is a highly effective catalyst for HDO of phenolic compounds and “real‐world” biomass‐derived phenolic streams. In the presence of PtCo/NOMC, full deoxygenation of phenolic compounds and a biomass‐derived phenolic stream is achieved under conditions of low severity.  相似文献

New polyoxamides, poly(m-xylylene oxamide) (PMXD2) and its copolymer with 2-methyl-1,5- pentanediamine (P(MXD2/M52)) with relative viscosity up to 4.6 were synthesized via spray/solid state polymerization. The obtained polyoxamides were characterized by FTIR, NMR, WAXD, DSC and TGA. The Tm of the copolymers decreased with increasing percentage of poly(2-methyl-1,5- pentaneoxamide) (PM52) in the copolymer from 346°C for 100% poly(meta-xylyleneoxamide) (PMXD2) to 277°C for copolymers of PMXD/PM52 (60/40). TGA analysis revealed that the thermal stability of the copolymers compared well with commercial PA6 and XRD studies suggested the copolymers possessed high crystallinity. DMA profile of the PMXD/PM52 (70/30) copolymer showed better mechanical performance with a storage modulus of about 7.2 GPa as compared to 1.8 GPa of PA6 at 25°C.  相似文献

This study examined the pharmacokinetic disposition, oral absorption and hepatic extraction of itraconazole and its active metabolite, hydroxyitraconazole, in rats. After i.v. injection, serum itraconazole concentrations decreased biexponentially, with an average terminal elimination half-life, volume of distribution and systemic clearance of 4.9 h, 6.0 l/kg and 14.2 ml/min/kg, respectively. When given orally, its absorption was low, with a mean absolute bioavailability of 16.6%. The metabolite to parent drug area under the curve (AUC) ratio was higher after oral administration compared with i.v. injection (mean ratio, 2.7 vs. 0.9). The hepatic drug extraction ratio determined after femoral and portal vein administration averaged 18.5%. When hydroxyitraconazole was injected i.v., the elimination half-life, volume of distribution and systemic clearance of itraconazole averaged 10.0 h, 2.4 l/kg and 3.4 ml/min/kg, respectively. The fraction of the systemically available itraconazole that was metabolized to hydroxyitraconazole was 21.0% and 76.0% after i.v. and oral administration, respectively. In summary, this study is the first reporting the hepatic extraction of itraconazole and the i.v. disposition characteristics of hydroxyitraconazole in rats. Itraconazole is a drug with a low hepatic extraction ratio and its systemic clearance appears to be largely accounted for by hepatic metabolism.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the new chiral complex (1R,2R)‐1,2‐di­phenyl‐1,2‐bis(8‐quinoline­sulfonyl­amino)‐ ethyl­enedi­amine–acetone (1/1), C32H26N4O4S2.C3H6O, is reported. The conformation of the C32H26N4O4S2 (BQSDA) mol­ecule is determined by a bifurcated N—H?N hydrogen‐bond system. Two new coumarin biosides, tert-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-byakangelicin (1) and 2′-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-peucedanol (2), were isolated from the fresh roots of Angelica dahurica. Elevated heart rate has been proposed as an independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, but their interrelationships are not well understood. In this study, we performed a genome-wide linkage scan in 1,026 individuals (mean age 30.6 years, 54.5% women) from 73 extended families of Mongolia and determined quantitative trait loci that influence heart rate. The DNA samples were genotyped using deCODE 1,039 microsatellite markers for 3 cM density genome-wide linkage scan. Correlation analysis was carried out to evaluate the correlation of the covariates and the heart rate. T-tests of the heart rate were also performed on sex, smoking and alcohol intake. Consequently, this model was used in a nonparametric genome-wide linkage analysis using variance component model to create a multipoint logarithm of odds (LOD) score and a corresponding P value. In the adjusted model, the heritability of heart rate was estimated as 0.32 (P<.0001) and a maximum multipoint LOD score of 2.03 was observed in 77 cM region at chromosome 18. The second largest LOD score of 1.52 was seen on chromosome 5 at 216 cM. Genes located on the specified locations in chromosomes 5 and 18 may be involved in the regulation of heart rate.  相似文献

A novel phosphorus–nitrogen thermotropic liquid crystalline poly(ester‐imide) (PN‐TLCP) derived from p‐acetoxybenzoic acid (ABA), terephthalic acid (TPA), acetylated 2‐(6‐oxide‐6H‐dibenz<c,e><1,2>oxa phosphorin‐ 6‐yl)‐1,4‐dihydroxy phenylene (DOPO‐AHQ) and N,N'‐hexane‐1,6‐diylbis(trimellitimide) was prepared by melt transesterification. The chemical structure, the mesophase behavior, and the thermal properties of the copolymer were investigated with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR), elemental analysis, wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD), hot‐stage polarized light microscopy (PLM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). PN‐TLCP exhibited a nematic mesophase with a strong birefringence at a low and broad mesomorphic temperature ranging from 220 to 350°C, an initial flow temperature as low as about 190°C and a glass transition temperature of about 160°C. PN‐TLCP has also good thermal stability, high char residues and excellent flame retardancy (limiting oxygen index, LOI = 71 and UL‐94 V‐0 rating). Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Three inorganic‐organic hybrid frameworks [Mn(HIMDC)(4,4′‐bipyo)0.5(H2O)]n (1) , [Cd(H2IMDC)2(2,2′‐bipyo)] (2) and [Ca(HIMDC)(H2O)2·H2O]n (3) (H3IMDC = 4,5‐imidazoledicarboxylate; 4,4′‐bipyo = 4,4′‐bipyridine‐N,N′‐dioxide; 2,2′‐bipyo= 2,2′‐bipyridine‐N,N′‐dioxide) have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by the elemental analyses, IR spectra, TG analysis and the single crystal diffraction. Both compounds 1 and 3 exhibit 2D layers while 2 is a monomer. It is noteworthy that compound 2 exhibits strong fluorescent emission in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Single-atom nanozymes (SAzymes) are promising in next-generation nanozymes, nevertheless, how to rationally modulate the microenvironment of SAzymes with controllable multi-enzyme properties is still challenging. Herein, we systematically investigate the relationship between atomic configuration and multi-enzymatic performances. The constructed MnSA−N3-coordinated SAzymes (MnSA−N3−C) exhibits much more remarkable oxidase-, peroxidase-, and glutathione oxidase-like activities than that of MnSA−N4−C. Based on experimental and theoretical results, these multi-enzyme-like behaviors are highly dependent on the coordination number of single atomic Mn sites by local charge polarization. As a consequence, a series of colorimetric biosensing platforms based on MnSA−N3−C SAzymes is successfully built for specific recognition of biological molecules. These findings provide atomic-level insight into the microenvironment of nanozymes, promoting rational design of other demanding biocatalysts.  相似文献
