We performed the Rupe rearrangement of 1-ethynylcyclohexan-1-ol in near-critical water to study the reaction under high temperature
conditions. The final product thus obtained was primarily 1-cyclohexen-1-ylethanone which was identified by GC-MS. The influences
of reaction time, temperature, and initial reactant-to-water ratio on the yield of 1-cyclohexen-1-ylethanone were examined.
The yield of 1-cyclohexen-1-ylethanone was 49 % in pure water at 260°C for a reaction time of 60 min. However, when additives
such as ZnSO4, FeCl3, and NaHSO4, respectively, were introduced to the water to investigate the effect of salts on the Rupe rearrangement reaction, the yield
increased markedly to as much as 88 % in 5 mole % NaHSO4 aqueous solution under the same conditions. The catalytic ability of the additives decreased in order: NaHSO4, FeCl3, ZnSO4. On the basis of these results, a possible reaction mechanism of the Rupe rearrangement of 1-ethynylcyclohexan-1-ol in near-critical

An anodic stripping voltammetric procedure for the determination of Cu(II) at an in situ-plated stannum film electrode (SnFE)
was described. The results indicated that the SnFE had an attractive electroanalytical performance, with two distinct voltammetric
stripping signals for copper and stannum, and showed the superior advantage for the determination of copper compared with
the bismuth film electrode. Several experimental parameters were optimized. The SnFE exhibited highly linear behavior in the
concentration range from 1.0 to 100.0 μg L−1 of Cu(II) (r = 0.994) with the detection limit of 0.61 μg L−1 (S/N = 3), and the relative standard deviation for a solution containing 40.0 μg L−1 Cu(II) was 2.2% (n = 8). We investigated the halogenation reactivity of copper cluster anions produced via a magnetron-sputter source after introduction into a fast-flow tube reaction apparatus simultaneously with chlorine gas. Interesting cluster products corresponding to [Cu(n)Cl(n+1)](-) (n = 1-6) were observed with notable stability, and the mass distribution of these clusters exhibits an exponential decay with increasing values of n. Reaction kinetics analysis is provided on the gas-phase reactivity of copper cluster anions with chlorine. First-principle calculations suggest a series of cubic-like structures for these species similar to the structure of alkali halide clusters due to their similar electronic configurations. 为了控制热稳定盐(HSS)对天然气净化装置造成的危害,建立了一种同时检测醇胺脱硫溶液中的乙酸根离子、甲酸根离子、氯离子、硫酸根离子、草酸根离子、硫代硫酸根离子和硫氰酸根离子的离子色谱方法。该方法利用膜过滤、反相固相萃取和稀释3个步骤对工业样品进行前处理,采用氢氧化钾梯度淋洗和电导检测的方式,实现了7种离子的分离与检测。方法的线性范围为0.01~0.5 mmol/L,检出限(以信噪比(S/N)为3计)小于0.1 mg/L,回收率为80.0%~100.3%。在5个不同添加浓度下分别测定了上述7个离子,色谱峰面积的重复性良好(相对标准偏差(RSD, n=10)为0.94%~3.99%。通过3个实验室比对试验,表明该方法再现性良好,色谱峰面积的RSD小于5%。应用该方法成功地检测了8家天然气净化厂、3家石油炼厂和1家煤制油工厂的脱硫溶液样品中的HSS,并连续监测某天然气净化装置15 d。该方法具有良好的可靠性和实用性。 相似文献

A series of N-substituted 5-chloro-6-phenylpyridazin-3(2H)-one derivatives were synthesized based on our previous work; all compounds were characterized by spectral data and tested for in vitro insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella. The results showed that the synthesized pyridazin-3(2H)-one compounds possessed good insecticidal activities, especially the compounds 4b, 4d, and 4h which showed > 90% activity at 100 mg/L. A novel naphthalene glucoside, rheumone A (1), with an unprecedented skeleton containing a seven-membered lactone, and two new compounds, 1-O-phloroglucinyl-2-O-galloyl-6-O-cinnamoyl-β-D-glucoside (2) and chrysophanol 1-O-β-D-(6'-O-malonyl)glucoside (3), together with three known compounds (4-6) were isolated from the roots of Rheum palmatum. Their structures were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic analysis. These compounds were evaluated in vitro for their cytotoxicities towards human hepatocellular cancer cell lines Bel-7402 and Bel-7402/5Fu, and human gastric carcinoma cell line BGC-823. New concepts on the design and synthesis of crystalline metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have made them a subject of considerable interest in the growing field of materials science. By creating larger cavity sizes by a nearly infinite combination of metal nodes and organic linkers, many innovative characteristics of microporous MOFs have been revealed. The primary goal of this perspective article is to highlight the frontiers in the development of giant MOFs that are deliberately constructed from metallated or metal-free bulky scaffolds. Incorporating these types of distinct bulky ligands into giant MOFs may lead to MOFs with a large cavity size, intriguing properties and new framework topology. High performance thin-film transistors were fabricated using a new precursor of pentacene through a multiple spin-heat procedure. High quality pentacene thin films can be prepared by this method and hence a FET device can be made in a top-contact configuration.
