Rational manipulation of supramolecular structures on surfaces is of great importance and challenging. We show that imidazole-based hydrogen-bonded networks on a metal surface can transform into an isostructural coordination network for facile tuning of the pore size and guest recognition behaviours. Deposition of triangular-shaped benzotrisimidazole (H3btim) molecules on Au(111)/Ag(111) surfaces gives honeycomb networks linked by double N–H⋯N hydrogen bonds. While the H3btim hydrogen-bonded networks on Au(111) evaporate above 453 K, those on Ag(111) transform into isostructural [Ag3(btim)] coordination networks based on double N–Ag–N bonds at 423 K, by virtue of the unconventional metal–acid replacement reaction (Ag reduces H+). The transformation expands the pore diameter of the honeycomb networks from 3.8 Å to 6.9 Å, giving remarkably different host–guest recognition behaviours for fullerene and ferrocene molecules based on the size compatibility mechanism.

Factors (reaction temperature, reaction time, flow rate of oxygen, amount of catalyst, etc.) influencing the catalytic properties of Co3O4/SiO2catalyst in the oxidation octadecan-1-ol to octadecanoic acid were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, FT-IR and N2-adsorption. The experimental results indicate that under the optimal condition the selectivity to octadecanoic acid reached 97.5 % over 5 % Co3O4/SiO2 catalyst.This revised version was published online in December 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Proteomics analysis of plasma membranes from cells exposed to different extracellular environments is potentially a powerful approach for the identification of membrane-associated proteins responding to these environments. Preparation of high concentration plasma membrane fractions with low contamination from cellular organelles is essential for such studies. Here, we describe an affinity enrichment method, which combines cell surface biotinylation with affinity enrichment by immobilized streptavidin beads, for the isolation of plasma membranes. This method results in a 400-fold enrichment of plasma membrane relative to endoplasmic reticulum, a major contaminant in standard plasma membrane preparations, and dramatically reduces contamination from other cellular organelles. The biotinylation reaction did not interfere with ligand-dependent activation of receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors, suggesting cell-surface signal transduction machinery remains functional. Membrane fractions prepared by this method should provide excellent starting materials for membrane proteomics analysis such as studies of dynamic trafficking and regulation of signaling molecules or identification of disease-specific membrane markers.  相似文献

The polycondensation of decafluorobenzophenone with hexafluorobisphenol A was modified by the addition of a molecular sieve dehydrating apparatus to the refluxing reaction system. This modification promoted the polymerization and enabled the reactions to be conducted in milder conditions and completed in a shorter time, thereby depressing side reactions such as branching and crosslinking. The resulting fluorinated poly(arylene ether ketone)s (FPAEK) were free of gel particles and possessed the designed molecular weights. This modified procedure was also suitable for introducing crosslinkable pentafluorostyrene (FSt) moieties into the polymers at the chain ends and/or inside the chain with the vinyl group of FSt being pendant. The resulting FSt containing fluorinated poly(arylene ether ketone)s (FPAEK‐FSt) can then be thermally crosslinked at 100 °C in the presence of 1% benzoyl peroxide (BPO) or at 250 °C without any initiator. The glass‐transition temperatures (Tg's) of FPAEK increased with increasing molecular weight and leveled off at about 147 °C for the polymer with a number‐average molecular weight of 18,600 Da, whereas the values were not apparently affected by the addition of FSt units. However, crosslinking of the FPAEK‐FSt resulted in an approximate 30 °C increase of the Tg. Spin‐coating FPAEK‐FSt onto silicon wafers followed by crosslinking gave films with excellent thermal stability, physical strength, and adhesion to the substrate as well as good reproducibility in terms of film preparation and optical properties. The refractive index and birefringence of the films measured at a wavelength of 1.55 μm were 1.502 and 2.5 × 10?3, respectively. © 2002 Government of Canada. 用X-射线荧光光谱法,测定了387例内蒙古牧区蒙古族、汉族成人和儿童的发中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、锶(St)及钙(Ca)的含量,对同一地区蒙、汉族成人间,成人及儿童间发中五种元素含量进行了比较分析。结果表明:蒙汉族成人发中Cu,Zn、Fe含量不受种族及饮食习惯的影响,其含量无显著性差异;蒙汉族成人发中Sr和Ca含量存在着相平行的显著差异;牧区儿童发Zn含量与牧区成人发Zn含量差异无显著性意义,提示牧区儿童不缺Zn,可能与多动物性食物有关;牧区儿童发中Cu、Fe、Sr、Ca均显著低于牧区成人、可能与儿童发育旺盛和Zn摄入量高对Cu、Fe吸收发生抑制有关。  相似文献

量了Ti1100和Ti1100/01%Y(质量分数)高温钛合金在600℃/100h空气中暴露后的拉伸性能及在600℃/150MPa/100h条件下的蠕变性能,利用透射电镜观察了合金室温及蠕变后的组织。结果表明,Ti1100合金加入01%的Y后,由于原始β晶粒得到细化,明显改善了其热稳定性;固溶在基体中的硅原子阻碍位错滑移和攀移,使蠕变中的回复过程难于实现;稀土还抑制α2相的长大,所形成的氧化物也阻碍位错的运动。这些均有利于提高Ti1100合金的抗蠕变性能。  相似文献

借助定量金相、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜等微观分析手段对钨质量分数为93%的钨合金在15~50GPa冲击压力下微观结构响应性态进行了考察,发现了一些钨合金所特有的现象,即钨颗粒与粘结相交界处出现成分迁移,新相析出;并结合断口分析,探讨了钨合金在冲击作用下发生断裂的微观特征与韧脆转化间的关系及其物理本质。  相似文献
