The application of blue laser lithography for creating antireflective submicron structures on a crystalline silicon substrate was evaluated. The assembled blue laser lithography system was obtained by modifying a commercial blue laser optical pickup head and consisting of a 405-nm-wavelength blue laser and a 0.85-numerical-aperture objective lens. Si substrates were patterned with submicron column patterns of various periods and aspect ratios by blue laser lithography using a sputtered Ge-Sb-Sn-O layer as a resist. The reflectance of the patterned Si substrate decreased to 3% on average in the 300–1000 nm wavelength range, with a low sensitivity to the angle of incident light. Such patterned substrates showed potential for application in crystalline Si solar cells. 相似文献

We consider a multi-layer compound Poisson surplus process perturbed by diffusion and examine the behaviour of the Gerber–Shiu discounted penalty function. We derive the general solution to a certain second order integro-differential equation. This permits us to provide explicit expressions for the Gerber–Shiu function depending on the current surplus level. The advantage of our proposed approach is that if the diffusion term converges to zero, the above-mentioned explicit expressions converge to those under the classical compound Poisson model, provided that the same initial conditions apply. Di-tert-butyl peroxide (DTBP) is an organic peroxide (OP) which has widespread use in the various chemical industries. In the past,
thermal runaway reactions of OPs have been caused by their general thermal instability or by reactive incompatibility in storage
or operation, which can create potential for thermal decomposition reaction. In this study, differential scanning calorimetry
was applied to measure the heat of decomposition reactions, which can contribute to understand the reaction characteristics
of DTBP. Vent sizing package 2 was also employed to evaluate rates of increase for temperature and pressure in decomposition
reactions, and then the thermokinetic parameters of DTBP were estimated. Finally, hazard characteristics of the gassy system

In this work, the multiple-quantum-well InGaAsN laser structures with indirect-GaAsP and direct-GaAsN barriers are investigated by using LASTIP simulation program. We vary the quantum-well number, from 1 to 5, to find appropriate barrier material for InGaAsN laser structures. The simulation results show that InGaAsN laser structure has higher characteristic temperature regardless of what quantum-well number is if the indirect-GaAsP barrier is utilized. Furthermore, for InGaAsN laser structure, the usage of indirect-GaAsP barrier is beneficial for reducing the threshold current when the quantum-well number is from 1 to 2 and the usage of direct-GaAsN barrier is beneficial for reducing the threshold current when the quantum-well number is from 3 to 5. 相似文献

5/2 two-photon resonance in potassium vapor. It is found that many kinds of mechanisms, including energy pooling, harmonic generation, quadrupole radiation, excitation transfer, and multiwave mixing etc., are involved in producing these lines.
