Visual observations through a microscope and in situ Raman measurements have been made for single crystalline ethylene hydrate (EH) and binary methane-ethylene hydrate (MEH) at pressures up to 3.7 GPa and room temperature. Both hydrates showed pressure-induced phase transitions at 1.6, 2.0, and 3.0 GPa for EH and at 1.7, 2.1, and 3.3 GPa for MEH. The cubic sI phase of EH and MEH remains stable up to 1.6 and 1.7 GPa, respectively, which are more widely ranging values than the values for the methane hydrate sI phase. In this sI phase of binary MEH, the cage occupancies by methane and ethylene molecules are investigated from Raman spectra. A new pulse sequence is proposed for the determination of scalar coupling correlation in small- and medium-sized organic compounds. The method uses a combination of the double pulsed field gradient spin-echo (DPFGSE) and the selective population transfer (SPT) techniques and is shown to be useful in the analysis of complex spectra with many overlapped signals. Cellulose-based polycaprolactone (CAPCL) sheets were prepared from cellulose acetate (CA) and ϵ-caprolactone (CL). Thermal properties of the obtained CAPCL's were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry (TG) and TG-Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (TG-FTIR). The glass transition temperatures (Tg 's) of CAPCL decreased with increasing CL/OH ratio, until CL/OH ratio reached 15 and then increased above that ratio. Melting of CAPCL was observed when CL/OH ratio was over 10. The thermal degradation temperatures (Td 's) of CAPCL increased from ca. 350 °C to 390 °C with increasing CL/OH ratio. The results obtained by TG-FTIR analysis of CAPCL showed that gases with OH, CH, C=O, C-O-C groups evolved by thermal degradation. 相似文献

A silicon nitride fiber (Si3N4) was synthesized from polycarbosilane (PCS) fiber by radiation application. PCS fibers were cured by electron beam (EB) irradiation in a helium gas atmosphere prior to the pyrolysis. The cured PCS fiber was converted to Si3N4 ceramic fiber with flexibility by nitridation in ammonia gas at a high temperature of 500–1000°C. The obtained Si3N4 fibre showed a high heat resistance up to 1300°C, a high tensile strength of 2 GPa and excellent electrical resistivity of 1013 Ω cm. The ceramic fiber was fabricated to cloth and applied for electric wire insulator. The wire cable is flexible and can be applied at a high temperature atmosphere of around 1000°C. 相似文献
