Facile syntheses of pyrazole, pyridine, pyrimidine and pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives have been achieved by the reaction of β-enamino nitrile 2a with hydrazines, phenyl isothiocyanate, thiourea and active methylene reagents. The β-enamino ketone 2e with the same reagents affords 3,5-dimethyl heterocyclic ring systems.  相似文献

It has been shown by (R.O. Al-Seedy, A.A. El-Sherbiny, S.A. El-Shehawy, S.I. Ammar, Transient solution of the M/M/c queue with balking and reneging, Comput. Math. Appl. 57 (2009) 1280–1285) that a generating function technique can be successfully applied to derive the transient solution for an M/M/c queueing system. In this paper, we further illustrate how this technique can be used to obtain the busy period density function of an M/M/1 queue with balking and reneging. Pyridine‐2(1H)‐thiones were prepared and reacted with several active halogenated reagents to afford novel thieno[2,3‐b]pyridines in excellent yields. Thieno[2,3‐b]pyridine‐2‐carbohydrazide derivative was prepared by the reaction of either ethyl 2‐((3‐cyanopyridin‐2‐yl)thio)acetate derivative or thieno[2,3‐b]pyridine‐2‐carboxylate derivative with hydrazine hydrate. On the other hand, the reaction of either pyridine‐2(1H)‐thione or ethyl 2‐((pyridin‐2‐yl)thio)acetate derivative with hydrazine hydrate afforded the corresponding 1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine derivative. Thieno[2,3‐b]pyridine derivatives reacted with several reagents to afford the corresponding pyrimidine‐4(3H)‐ones and [1,2,3]triazin‐4‐(3H)‐one. Moreover, 2‐carbohydrazide derivative reacted with β‐dicarbonyl reagents to give 2‐((3‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)carbonyl)thienopyridines. The structure of the target molecules is elucidated using elemental analyses and spectral data.  相似文献

Novel bis(hydrazinecarbothioamide) was prepared by the reaction of 1,4‐bis[(3‐formyl‐4‐hydroxyphenyl)methyl]piperazine with thiosemicarbazide. The bis(hydrazinecarbothioamide) was used as a building block for construction of a novel bis(thiazolyl)piperazines via its cyclocondensation with a series of each of α‐halocarbonyl compounds and hydrazonoyl halides in dimethylformamide in the presence of triethylamine as a catalyst under microwave irradiation. The structure of the newly bis(thiazolyl)piperazine derivatives is elucidated via the spectral data as well as elemental analyses.  相似文献

A chromophore based on tricyanofuran (TCF) with a hydrazone (H) recognition moiety was developed. Its molecular‐switching performance is reversible and has differential sensitivity towards aqueous ammonia at comparable concentrations. Nanofibers were fabricated from the TCF–H chromophore by electrospinning. The film fabricated from these nanofibers functions as a solid‐state optical chemosensor for probing ammonia vapor. Recognition of ammonia vapor occurs by proton transfer from the hydrazone fragment of the chromophore to the ammonia nitrogen atom and is facilitated by the strongly electron withdrawing TCF fragment. The TCF–H chromophore was added to a solution of poly(acrylic acid), which was electrospun to obtain a nanofibrous sensor device. The morphology of the nanofibrous sensor was determined by SEM, which showed that nanofibers with a diameter range of 200–450 nm formed a nonwoven mat. The resultant nanofibrous sensor showed very good sensitivity in ammonia‐vapor detection. Furthermore, very good reversibility and short response time were also observed.  相似文献
