金伯利岩中微量元素的X-射线荧光光谱测试方法研究

本文对X-射线荧光光谱仪的工作条件进行改进,经试验选择了最佳分析条件,制定出准确测定金伯利岩样品中Sc,Cr,Ni,Y,Nb,La等微量元素的方法。这项研究降低了方法的检出限(如Sc从9.54μg·g~(-1)下降到2.83μg·g~(-1);La从21.68μg·g~(-1)下降到9.18μg·g~(-1))和分析成本。Sc,Cr,Ni,Y,Nb,La各元素的检出限分别为:2.83,2.15,2.20,1.17,1.05,9.18μg·g~(-1),并改善了精密度(RSD,n=20,2.10％～7.09％)和准确度,提高了分析测试效率。将该法与ICP光谱法进行对比试验,取得了令人满意的结果。     

2-(2′-咪唑偶氮)苯酚-4-磺酸吸光光度法测定钴的研究

研究了咪唑偶氮苯酚-4-磺酸(IAP-4S)与Co(Ⅱ)显色反应的适宜条件,应用拟定方法测定了钴镍混合试样中两组分的含量和标准合金样品中的钴含量,结果令人满意。     

Synthesis of Boswellic Acid Derivatives and Primary Research on their Activities

Synthesis and in vitro cytotoxic evaluation of 2-hydrazinylpyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-3(4H)-one derivatives

A series of novel 2-hydrazinylpyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-3（4H）-one derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against A549,MDA-MB-231 and HT-29 cell lines in vitro.Pharmacological data indicated that compounds 5b,5c,10a and 10g possessed marked cytotoxicity,especially 10a(with IC₅₀ values of 0.81,2.56 and 1.63μmol/L against A549,MDA-MB- 23 1 and HT29 cell lines,respectively),which had emerged as a lead compound.     

Synthesis and Anti-influenza Virus Activity of Ethyl 6-Bromo-5-hydroxyindole-3-carboxylate Derivatives

A series of ethyl 6-bromo-5-hydroxyindole-3-carboxylate derivatives were synthesized and their in vitro anti-influenza virus activity was evaluated. All the compounds were characterized by ^1H NMR and MS.

A new superoxide-generation inhibitor from rhizome of Anemone raddeana Regel

A new triterpenoid saponins, raddeanoside R19 (1) was isolated from the rhizome of Anemone raddeana Regel. The effects of raddeanoside R19 on superoxide generation in human neutrophil were evaluated. The compound suppressed the superoxide generation induced by N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP), phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) and araehidonic acid (AA) in a different concentration-dependent manner.     

应用ICP-AES技术测定胆管胆色素结石粉及其难溶部分中的元素组分

用ICP-AES技术研究了胆石粉的处理过程,选择了合适的实验条件,并做了精密及回收率实验。为21例结石粉及其难溶部分进行了元素测定。计算了残留元素百分比,为医学研究提供了有用数据。
