火焰原子吸收光谱法测定砂金中金,银

本文研究了用王水溶解砂金样品，在１％王水介质中，使银生成氯化银沉淀与金定量分离。滤液控制１％王水介质用以测定金。沉淀用５％热硫有脲溶解，控制为１％硫脲介质用以测定银。利用本方法测定了砂金样品中金和银得到了满意结果。金的回收率为９９．６％－１００．８％，银的回收率为９７．２－９９．２％。     

Synthesis and bioactivity of novel coumarin derivatives containing(E)-methyl 2-(methoxyimino)-2-phenylacetates

Ten coumarin derivatives containing(E)-methyl 2-(methoxyimino)-2-phenylacetate were synthesized and bioassayed.The compounds were identified by IR,~1H NMR and elemental analyses.The test results indicated that compound 5j(R~1 is methyl and R~2 is n-C_6H_(13)) was the optimal structure in this paper with good fungicidal activity against CDM(85%) at 6.25 mg/L concentration.     

空间群O_h~7O~4T~2母分系数的计算

在群链G G_1 G_2中,把两个子群的IR(不可约表示)基相乘,然后把乘积基耦合成IR基,耦合系数我们称之为母分系数。本文把陈金全创立的本征函数法用于计算空间群的群链O_h~7 O~4 T~2的母分系数,计算的结果显示母分系数是满足正交关系,同时也说明此方法是适用的。     

反射式流通池顺序注射光度检测系统的研制

提出一种反射式流通池用于过程分析光度检测系统 ,可以明显地抑制折光指数效应产生的干扰。以发光二极管为光源 ,采用多股光纤分别与流通池 ,光源 ,检测器耦合 ,实现对透射后反射回的光谱检测。以Cl- Hg(SCN) 2 Fe(Ⅲ )反应显色体系为模型对系统的实验参数进行了优化。讨论了试剂注入量、进样量、载流流速、试剂注入次序等参数对检测结果的影响。方法的线性范围为 0～ 10 0mg·L-1(相关系数r =0 998) ;分析精度 (RSD ,n =11)为 1 5 % ;检出限为 1 2mg·L-1;分析速度为 30个样·h-1;对自来水和海水的回收率分别为 95 %和 10 4 %。     

Synthesis,Structure and Properties of Three-dimensional Gd(Ⅲ),Eu(Ⅲ) Coordination Polymers via in situ Decarboxylation

Two three-dimensional lanthanide(Ⅲ) coordination polymers with the formula [Ln(PYDC)(NA)(H2O)]n [Ln=Gd(1), Eu(2), H2PYDC=pyridine-2,5-bicarboxylic acid, HNA=nicotinic acid] have been hydrothermally synthe- sized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The NA came from in situ decarboxylation of the part of PYDC. 金属Zn液态结构变化的研究

利用ＴＢ模型给出的原子间相互作用势详细计算了不同温度下Ｚｎ的双体分布函数ｇ（ｒ），结果发现随着温度的不断降低，液态金属Ｚｎ的ｇ（ｒ）第一峰变得高而尖，第二峰由弱变强，说明了液态金属Ｚｎ的有序度随温度降低而不断增强；利用键对分析技术统计了液态金属Ｚｎ在不同温度下的键取向序参数、键对数。键取向序参数及键对数随温度的变化，进一步证明了低温液态的有序度高于高温液态，从而充分说明液态金属在不同温度下有不同的结构形式，而不像人们想象得那样杂乱无章。     

有机试剂键合硅胶对牛血清白蛋白的吸附行为

介绍几种偶氮，卟啉，三苯甲烷类有机试剂键合硅胶的合成方法，研究其吸附牛血清白蛋白（ＢＳＡ）的行为，研究结果表明：ＴＰＰ．ＳＧ吸附性能最佳，对ＢＳＡ吸附平衡１ｈ即可达到，最大吸附率为９０％，最大吸附容量为１２．２ｍｇ／ｇ。     

计算光度法同时测定人发中的锌铜铁

本文对５－溴－（二乙基氨基－２－（２－哟啶偶氮）苯显色剂，用多元线性回归或卡尔曼滤波法处理多波长测量数据数据，在ｐＨ５．１１的３０％乙醇介质中同时测定了人发中的锌、铜和铁。     

Design, Synthesis, and Hypnotic Activity of Pyrazolo [1,5-a]pyrimidine Derivatives

On the basis of the Zaleplon structure, novel pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines were designed and prepared for studies on their hypnotic activity. This paper reported the synthesis of twelve new 5-methyl-7-substituted-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carbonitrile derivatives by using simple starting materials such as propane dinitrile and triethyl orthoformate. The structures of the derived target compounds were confirmed by their IR and ^1H-NMR spectroscopic data. The preliminary pharmacological evaluations indicated that some compounds showed hypnotic activity, whilc derivative 1c was the most potent one.
