The objective of the tandem hydroformylation-hydrogenation of alkenes to corresponding alcohols was to design an efficient and stable heterogeneous catalyst. To this end, a series of novel heterogeneous graphitic carbon nitride (g-CN) supported bimetallic Rh−Co nanoparticle catalysts (Rh−Co/g-CN) were prepared and subsequently studied for this one-pot two-step reaction. The lamellar structure makes Rh and Co nanoparticles with diameters of <1 nm and 20 nm, respectively, homogeneously deposited on the surface of g-CN layers, exhibit remarkable conversion of styrene (99.9 %) and chemoselectivity for alcohol (87.8 %). More importantly, Co nanoparticles are found to play an important role in the improvement of the chemoselectivity for alcohol due to the formation of catalytic active species [HCo(CO)y]. Besides the detailed investigation of the catalytic properties of Rh−Co/g-CN under different reaction conditions, the reuse of Rh−Co/g-CN was conducted for five times and no evident decrease in the activity and chemoselectivity was observed. Therefore, we expect that this work could offer an initial insight into g-CN-based heterogeneous catalyst on the tandem hydroformylation-hydrogenation reaction.  相似文献

Primary arylsulfonamide functional groups feature prominently in diverse pharmaceuticals. However, natural arylsulfonamides are relatively infrequent. In this work, two novel arylsulfonamide natural products were first synthesized, and then a series of novel molecules derived from natural arylsulfonamides were designed and synthesized, and their in vitro cytotoxic activities against A875, HepG2, and MARC145 cell lines were systematically evaluated. The results indicate that some of these arylsulfonamide derivatives exhibit significantly good cytotoxic activity against the tested cell lines compared with the control 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), such as compounds 10l, 10p, 10q, and 10r. In particular, the potential molecule 10q, containing a carbazole moiety, exhibited the highest inhibitory activity against all tested cell lines, with IC50 values of 4.19 ± 0.78, 3.55 ± 0.63, and 2.95 ± 0.78 μg/mL, respectively. This will offer the potential to discover novel drug-like compounds from the sparsely populated area of natural products that can lead to effective anticancer agents.  相似文献

A series of new thiophene-containing triaryl pyrazoline derivatives, 3a–3t, were synthesized and evaluated regarding PI3K inhibition activity and anti-tumor potency based on a trial of introducing significant moieties, including pyrazoline and thiophene, and simplifying the parallel ring structures. Most of the tested compounds indicated potent PI3K inhibitory potency, with this series of compounds showing more potency for PI3Kγ than PI3Kα. The top hit 3s seemed more potent than the positive control LY294002 on inhibiting PI3Kγ (IC50 values: 0.066 μM versus 0.777 μM) and more selective from PI3Kα (Index values: 645 versus 1.74). It could be inferred that the combination of para- and meta-, as well as the modification of the electron-donating moieties, led to the improvement in potency. The anti-proliferation inhibitory activity and the enzymatic inhibition potency indicated consistent tendencies. The top hit 3s could inhibit the phosphorylation of Akt by inhibiting PI3K through the PI3K-Akt-mTOR pathway. The molecular docking simulation indicated that the binding pattern of 3s into PI3Kγ was preferable than that of PI3Kα, with more hydrogen bond, more π-involved interactions, and fewer π-sulfur interactions. The information in this work is referable for the further development of selective inhibitors for specific isoforms of PI3K.  相似文献

In this study, we demonstrate the structural evolution of a two-dimensional (2D) supramolecular assembly system, which is steered by the thermally activated deprotonation of the primary organic building blocks on a Ag(111) surface. Scanning tunneling microscopy revealed that a variety of structures, featuring distinct structural, chiral, and intermolecular bonding characters, emerged with the gradual thermal treatments. According to our structural analysis, in combination with density function theory calculations, the structural evolution can be attributed to the successive deprotonation of the organic building blocks due to the inductive effect. Our finding offers a facile strategy towards controlling the supramolecular assembly pathways and provides a comprehensive understanding of the 2D crystal engineering on surfaces.  相似文献

文报道了四种新的双核钴(Ⅱ)配合物,即[Co2(4Br-TPHA)(L)4](ClO4)(4Br-TPHA=四溴代对苯二甲酸根阴离子,L=1,10-菲咯啉(phen)(1),5-硝基-1,10-菲咯啉(NO2-phen)(2),2,2′-联吡啶(bpy)(3)和4,4′-二甲基-2,2′-联吡啶(Me2bpy)(4))的合成和表征,基于IR光谱、元素分析、电导测量等方法推定配合物具有四溴代对苯二甲酸根桥联结构和Co(Ⅱ)离子具有畸变的八面体配位环境,配合物的变温磁化率(75-300K)已测,其数据已用从自旋哈密顿算符H=-2JS1·S2导出的磁方程拟合,求得交换参数为J=-0.88cm-1(1),J=-0.86cm-1(2),J=-0.89cm-1(3),J=-0.90cm-1(4),表明金属离子间有弱的反铁磁性自旋变换相互作用。  相似文献

分别在以甲醇、乙腈、异丙醇和四氢呋喃为有机改性剂的4种二元流动相体系中对中性溶质在反相毛细管电色谱中的保留行为进行了研究。不仅考察了有机改性剂的种类和浓度对电渗淌度的影响,而且建立了溶质容量因子与有机改性剂在流动相中体积分数间的定量关系,此外还对样品在反相毛细管电色谱和反相毛细管高效液相色谱中的保留行为进行了比较,发现中性溶质在这两种分离模式中的容量因子基本相同。  相似文献
