Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO) has emerged as a viable treatment in severe cases of acute respiratory distress syndrome, acute respiratory failure, and adult respiratory distress syndrome. However, thromboembolic events stemming from the use of ECMO devices results in significant morbidity and mortality rates; the inner surface of the ECMO tubing comes into contact with the blood and can readily initiate coagulation. In addition, the tubing needs to be continually replaced due to thromboses on the inner tube wall, which not only increases the risk of infection but also the economic burden. Despite considerable effort, a surface modification strategy that effectively addresses these challenges has not yet been realized. In this study, we developed an integrated hollow core-shell-shell hydrogel tube of gelatin/alginate/acrylamide-bacterial nanocellulose(GAA) that meets the anticoagulant requirements for the inner tubing layer as well as the highly elastic soft material needed for the outer layer. Using static blood from healthy volunteers, we confirmed that the platelets or coagulation is not stimulated by the GAA tubing. Importantly, experiments with dynamic blood also demonstrated that the inner layer of the tubing does not elicit blood clotting. The one-pot-synthesized process may provide guidance for the design of anticoagulation tubes used clinically.  相似文献

Two polythiophene derivatives using fluorine atoms and hexyl or hexyloxy group as electron-withdrawing and donating substituents have been synthesized. The introduction of fluorine atoms to the polythiophene backbones simultaneously lowers the HOMO and narrows the bandgap, and the stronger electron-donating ability of hexyloxy side chain further reduces the bandgap. As a result, poly[3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl-alt-3,4-difluorothiophene] (PHTDFT) shows HOMO and bandgap of -5.31/1.83 eV and poly[3,4-dihexyloxythiophene-2,5-diyl-alt-3,4-di- fluorothiophene] (PDHOTDFT) shows HOMO and bandgap of -5.14/1.68 eV, both are lower than --4.76/2.02 eV of P3HT. Benefiting from the lower HOMO, PHTDFT:PC61BM (1 " 1) polymer solar cells obtain a power conversion efficiency of 1.11% and an impressed open-circuit voltage of 0.79 V under solar illumination AM1.5 (100 mW/cm2).  相似文献

利用变角衰减全反射傅立叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)法和接触角,分析了聚醚硅油在聚苯乙烯共混物薄膜表面的选择性富集行为及对其表面结构和表面极性的影响,认为接触介质的表面性质是影响共混物中各组分产生选择性迁移扩散的重要影响因素.强极性介质的诱导作用可以在共混物表面层中产生剧烈变化的浓度梯度,而弱极性介质所产生的表面浓度梯度比较缓和.  相似文献

β-Amyloid(Aβ) plaques and intracellular neurofibrillary lesions in the brain are markers of Alzheimer's disease(AD). The ability to safely decrease Aβ concentrations is potentially important as a preventive strategy for AD. The interactions between vanillin and Aβ polypeptide were investigated via fluorescence spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy(AFM). The results of fluorescence and synchronous spectroscopies illustrate that the intrinsic fluorescence of tyrosine(Tyr) residues in Aβ1-42 aggregates can be quenched strongly upon the formation of vanillin-Aβ1-42 complex. Thioflavine T(ThT)-induced fluorescence changes indicated that Aβ1-42 aggregates could be disaggregated by vanillin, and the AFM images of Aβ1-42 enunciated the depolymerization of Aβ1-42 aggregates by vanillin in a dose-dependent manner. Vanillin may be a potential pharmacological agent for the treatment of AD.  相似文献

A series of O,O-diphenyl [substituted (2-selenomorpholin-4-yl-acetyl amino)] alkyl phosphonates were synthesized by the reactions of selenomorpholine with O,O-diphenyl 2-chloro- acetylamino alkyl phosphonates. 通过在介孔氧化硅材料中原位聚合的方法制备了三苯基膦功能化的有机聚合物@介孔氧化硅复合材料PPh3polymer@FDU-12.采用X射线衍射、氮气吸附脱附、透射电镜和热重等手段对其结构和组成进行了表征.该复合材料与金属前驱体Rh(acac)(CO)2配位后得到的固体催化剂,在长链烯烃1-辛烯的氢甲酰化反应中,醛选择性可达92%–96%,并表现出高于聚合物的活性(99%转化率).这主要归因于介孔氧化硅材料的高比表面积和有序的孔结构更有利于反应物和催化活性中心的接触.研究发现,调变复合材料中聚合物的含量或使用不同孔道结构的氧化硅载体(SBA-15,MCM-41和FDU-12)都会影响固体催化剂的反应活性和选择性.该方法得到的多相催化剂具有较好的循环使用性能,在循环使用15次后仍能保持较好的反应活性,但醛选择性有所降低.  相似文献

This paper discusses the synthesis of privileged structures 4H-benzo[1,4]thiazin-3-one and 1,1-dioxo-1,4-dihydro-2H-1lambda6-benzo[1,4]thiazin-3-one derivatives in a parallel solution-phase manner using 1,5-difluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene. Each scaffold possesses four diversity points. A cheap and efficient oxidant, urea-hydrogen peroxide (UHP), was applied for the introduction of the sulfone group. The intramolecular cyclization to 1,1-dioxo-1,4-dihydro-2H-1lambda6-benzo[1,4]thiazin-3-one was achieved by microwave assistance or the use of an inorganic base.  相似文献
