Injectable poly(ethylene glycol) hydrogels for sustained doxorubicin release

Water‐soluble poly(ethylene glycol) derivatives with multiple “clickable” mercapto groups or double bonds were facilely synthesized in a large scale by direct polycondensation of oligo(ethylene glycol) diol with mercaptosuccinic acid or maleic acid catalyzed by scandium trifluoromethanesulfonate under mild conditions. Injectable hydrogels containing doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX · HCl) could be rapidly formed using these poly(ethylene glycol) derivatives as precursors via in situ thiol‐ene “click” reaction under physiological conditions without light, initiator, or metal catalyst. DOX · HCl could be sustained released from the hydrogels as a result of the hindrance of the three dimensional hydrogel network on the drug molecules, which makes this kind of DOX‐loaded hydrogels a promising candidate for localized tumor chemotherapy. Ferric nitrate-catalyzed aerobic oxidation of benzylic sp3 CH bonds of ethers and alkylarenes

A simple catalytic oxidation system was developed for the selective aerobic oxidation of structurally diverse benzylic sp³ CH bonds of ethers and alkylarenes. The reactions were performed with Fe(NO₃)₃·9H₂O as the catalyst, KPF₆ as the additive and molecular oxygen as the terminal oxidant without any ligands. Under the optimal reaction conditions, a number of isochromans, xanthenes and thioxanthenes can be converted to their corresponding esters or ketones in good to excellent yields.     

超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法测定食品中34种非法添加减肥类化合物

建立了超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱测定食品(含保健食品)中34种减肥类非法添加化合物的方法。采用Waters CORTECS T3色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.7μm),以0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液-含0.1%(v/v)甲酸的乙腈溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,在电喷雾离子源、正离子或负离子模式下以多反应监测(MRM)方式检测。西布曲明等29种化合物在0.5~10μg/L范围内、氯噻嗪等5种化合物在2.5~50μg/L范围内均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)均大于0.99;西布曲明等29种化合物在5、10和20μg/kg添加水平下的平均加标回收率为49.2%~136.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.7%~15.0%(n=6),氯噻嗪等5种化合物在25、50和100μg/kg添加水平下的平均加标回收率为51.5%~130.9%,RSD为0.8%~14.0%(n=6);西布曲明等29种化合物的检出限为5μg/kg,定量限为10μg/kg,氯噻嗪等5种化合物的检出限为25μg/kg,定量限为50μg/kg。本方法已应用于实际样品的测定,共检出了12种化合物,有效打击了非法添加行为。     

Fabrication of sulfonated mesoporous carbon by evaporation induced self-assembly/carbonization approach and its supercapacitive properties

Synthesis of functionalized mesoporous carbon by an easy-accessed method is of great importance towards its practical applications.Herein,an evaporation induced self-assembly/carbonization(EISAC) method was developed and applied to the synthesis of sulfonic acid group functionalized mesoporous carbon(SMC).The final mesoporous carbon obtained by EISAC method possesses wormlike mesoporous structure,uniform pore size(3.6 nm),large surface area of 735 m²/g,graphitic pore walls and rich sulfonic acid group.Moreover,the resultant mesoporous carbon achieves a superior electrochemical capacitive performances(216 F/g)to phenolic resin derived mesoporous carbon(OMC,152 F/g)and commercial activated carbon(AC,119 F/g).     

Decoquinate derivatives: A new class of potent antischistosomal agents against Schistosoma japonicum

Decoquinate (1), an old and inexpensive coccidiostat, exhibited potent antimalarial activity, however, its antischistosomal activity against Schistosoma japonicum has not yet been evaluated. Based on decoquinate, a series of decoquinate derivatives was designed, synthesized, evaluated as a new class of antischistosomal agents against S. japonicum adult worms in vitro. Among them, compound 15 killed 100% of adult S. japonicum in 72 h at the concentration of 10 μmol/L in vitro, exhibited stronger wormkilling activity than PZQ in vitro and could serve as a promising lead compound to develop new antischistosomal agents.     

Naphthalimide-modified near-infrared cyanine dye with a large stokes shift and its application in bioimaging

A naphthalimide-modifi ed near-infrared cyanine dye (emission at 785 nm) with a large Stokes shift (up to 165 nm) has been synthesized and had favorable lysosome-targeting property.

偶联剂是一类能在无机填料和聚合物基材之间形成“分子桥”、改善两者之间相容性或提高两者之间相互作用能力的化合物。将经偶联剂改性的无机填料填充到聚合物中可以制得成本低、性能好的复合材料。由于偶联剂用量多少将对复合材料的性能产生较大影响,因此建立一种准确、简便地确定偶联剂最佳用量的方法有着十分重要的理论和实际应用意义。     

电子自旋共振准三维图象的重建方法

根据投影切片原理, 设计了一个简单而有效的ESR图象重建算法和程序, 可利用样品的一集ESR谱, 方便地绘制出样品在某截面的自旋密度立体轮廓图、等值图和散点密度分布图等, 为分析和研究自旋密度的分布及其性质, 提供了直观依据。作为应用, 文中给出了石英杜瓦受紫外光辐照后产生的局部晶格缺陷——F心的空间分布图, 图中清楚表明, F心的浓度与辐照方向和辐照强度的密切关系, 与试验结果完全相符。
