利用等效介质理论和严格耦合波理论研究比较微纳米级高深宽比深沟槽结构的红外反射谱,提出一种对等效折射率加入色散修正项的深沟槽结构反射率快速算法. 通过超越色散方程分析和大量计算发现,加入的等效折射率色散修正项与波长的平方成反比,并且与深沟槽结构的材料、周期和占空比有关. 这种新的计算方法可以非常精确地获得高深宽比深沟槽结构的反射率,而且明显提高了运算速度,在复杂深沟槽结构基于模型的红外反射谱测量中具有重要的应用价值,可以应用于微电子和微机电系统制造过程中高深宽比微纳深沟槽结构刻蚀进度的在线实时监测.

对大功率白光LED发光效率进行了研究,得出温度和电流对LED发光效率的影响:随着温度的升高,势阱中辐射复合几率降低,从而降低了发光效率;电流的升高,使更多的非平衡载流子穿过势垒,降低了发光效率。LED工作时,过高的工作温度或者过大的工作电流都会产生明显的光衰:如果LED工作温度超过芯片的承载温度,这将会使LED的发光效率快速降低,产生明显的光衰,并且对LED造成永久性破坏;如果LED的工作电流超过芯片的饱和电流,也会使LED发光效率快速降低,产生明显的光衰。并且LED所能承载的温度与饱和电流有一定关系,散热良好的装置可以使LED工作温度相对降低些,饱和电流也可以更大,LED也就可以在相对较大的电流下工作。 相似文献

通过溶胶凝胶(sol-gel)法分别在玻璃衬底上制备了ZnO纳米薄膜和ZnO-SiO2纳米复合薄膜,并利用紫外-可见光分光光度计对薄膜的光学性能进行了分析.可见光-紫外透射谱显示,随着ZnO溶胶浓度从0.7mol/L降低到0.006mol/L,制备的ZnO薄膜从只出现一个380nm(对应的光学禁带宽度为3.27eV)左右的吸收边到在380和320nm(对应的光学禁带宽度为3.76eV)左右各出现一个吸收边,并且随着ZnO溶胶浓度的降低,在380—320nm波段内的透过率明显提高.而Z

ABSTRACTUsing transfer matrices up to next-nearest-neighbour interactions, we examine the structural correlations of quasi-one-dimensional systems of hard disks confined by two parallel lines and hard spheres confined in cylinders. Simulations have shown that the non-monotonic and non-smooth growth of the correlation length in these systems accompanies structural crossovers [Fu et al., Soft Matter 13, 3296 (2017)]. Here, we identify the theoretical basis for these behaviours. In particular, we associate kinks in the growth of correlation lengths with eigenvalue crossing and splitting. Understanding the origin of such structural crossovers answers questions raised by earlier studies, and thus bridges the gap between theory and simulations for these reference models. 相似文献

Based on the characteristics of a nitro-group, which can be partially or totally reduced to an amino-group in hypoxic cells,
two series of hypoxic sensors containing 7H-Benzimidazole [2,1-a]benz[de]isoquinolin-7-one cores with nitro groups in different
positions were designed, synthesized and evaluated. The target compounds exhibited significantly different fluorescence characteristics
(fluorescence enhancement or quenching). The strong fluorescences of some partially reduced compounds could be explained through
the examination of their infrared spectra, which showed a restriction of the nitro-group vibration. These compounds exhibited
significant hypoxic–oxic fluorescence differences not only in numerical values but also in their fluorescent imaging properties
as reported for the first time.

InN films grown on sapphire at different substrate temperatures from 550°C to 700°C by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition
were investigated. The low-temperature GaN nucleation layer with high-temperature annealing (1100°C) was used as a buffer
for main InN layer growth. X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering measurements reveal that the quality of InN films can be
improved by increasing the growth temperature to 600°C. Further high substrate temperatures may promote the thermal decomposition
of InN films and result in poor crystallinity and surface morphology. The photoluminescence and Hall measurements were employed
to characterize the optical and electrical properties of InN films, which also indicates strong growth temperature dependence.
The InN films grown at temperature of 600°C show not only a high mobility with low carrier concentration, but also a strong
infrared emission band located around 0.7 eV. For a 600 nm thick InN film grown at 600°C, the Hall mobility achieves up to
938 cm2/Vs with electron concentration of 3.9 × 1018 cm−3.

A lot of work has focused on compensating nonlinear distortions of the microspeaker under large excitation, yet it is unclear at which level the effect of nonlinear distortion is imperceptible or not annoying. In this study virtual listening tests were performed to evaluate the deterioration of sound quality in music signals with different levels of nonlinear distortion by a microspeaker. Binaural recordings of the music played by the microspeaker were made at different voltage levels, adjusted to the same RMS power, and afterwards reproduced by a low distortion reference headphone. The “double-blind triple-stimulus with hidden reference” method was used in the listening tests. Listeners were required to not only discern the distortion, but also rank the severity of the distortion. The effects of several factors including subject, program material and distortion level on the perceived distortion are discussed. 相似文献
