Highly enantioselective epoxidation of alpha,beta-unsaturated esters by chiral dioxirane

This paper describes a highly enantioselective epoxidation of alpha,beta-unsaturated esters using the fructose-derived ketone 2 as catalyst and Oxone as oxidant. High ee's have been obtained for a number of trans and trisubstituted substrates (82-98% ee). The results described show that it is feasible for dioxiranes to effectively epoxidize electron-deficient olefins with high ee's.     

一种利用质谱信息进行结构特征鉴定的模式识别方法

本文提出了分段式离子系列谱编码方法,实验证明具有很好的结构表征能力。本程序主要是以模式识别技术为基础,实现了对未知物谱图的KNN分类,进而得到未知物的主要结构特征。这个程序应用于有机化合物的分类,取得了满意的结果。     

Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue on Fe3+-doped TiO2 nanoparticles under visible light irradiation

Fe³⁺-doped TiO₂ composite nanoparticles with different doping amounts were successfully synthesized using sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and ultravioletvisible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was used as a model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of Fe³⁺/TiO₂ nanoparticles under visible light irradiation. The influence of doping amount of Fe³⁺ (ω: 0.00%–3.00%) on photocatalytic activities of TiO₂ was investigated. Results show that the size of Fe³⁺/TiO₂ particles decreases with the increase of the amount of Fe³⁺ and their absorption spectra are broaden and absorption intensities are also increased. Doping Fe³⁺ can control the conversion of TiO₂ from anatase to rutile. The doping amount of Fe³⁺ remarkably affects the activity of the catalyst, and the optimum efficiency occurs at about the doping amount of 0.3%. A new isoprenyl phenyl ether compound from mangrove fungus

A new isoprenyl phenyl ether, 3-hydroxy-4-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy)benzoic acid methyl ester (1), together with 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), 2-hydroxy-6-methylbenzoic acid (3), and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (4) were isolated from Mangrove fungus (No. B60) from the South China Sea. The structures of the compounds were established on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. In the preliminary bioassay, compound 1 exhibited antibacterial and antifungal activities. Compound 1 also inhibited cytotoxicity to the hepG2 cell line with an IC₅₀ value of 10.0 μg/mL. 31P and 1h NMR as probes of domain alignment in a rigid crystalline surfactant mesophase

A viscous reverse hexagonal surfactant mesophase containing bis(2-ethylhexyl) sodium sulfosuccinate (AOT) and alpha-phosphatidylcholine (lecithin), with comparable volume fractions of isooctane and water, was characterized by Fourier transform (31)P and (1)H NMR spectroscopy. Shear alignment was reflected through both (31)P NMR and (1)H NMR spectra. A complicated (31)P spectrum was observed as a result of superposition of chemical shifts according to the distribution of crystalline domains prior to shear. The initially disordered samples with polydomain structures become macroscopically aligned after Couette shear. (31)P NMR chemical shift anisotropy characteristics are used to elucidate orientation of the hexagonal phase. Interestingly, (1)H NMR spectra exhibit spectral changes upon shear alignment closely corresponding with that of (31)P NMR spectra. These observations complement the findings of mesophase alignment obtained using SANS and imply that (31)P and (1)H NMR spectroscopy can be used as probes to define microstructure and monitor orientation changes in this binary surfactant system. This is especially beneficial if these mesophases are used as templates for materials synthesis.     

Synthesis and Insulin—sensitizing Activity of a Series of 2—Benzyl—1,3—dicarbonyl Derivatives

A series of 2-benzyl-1,3-dicabonyl derivatives was synthesized.Their insulin-sensitizing activity was evaluated in 3T3-L1 preadipocyte cells.Compounds3,26 and 27 were found to possess strong insulin-sensitizing activity in vitro and were selected for further hypoglycemic evaluation in vivo.     

镓改性ZSM-5沸石中镓活性中心的形成与表征

采用脉冲微反体系研究了经不同程度还原和不同镓含量的GaZSM-5沸石的芳构化性能与吡啶吸附红外光谱特征谱带吸收度的关联，证实了1458 cm~(-1)吸收带的用于表征与Ga物种有关的活性中心，并研究了沸石的硅铝比对Ga中心形成和Ga的价态对芳构化性能的影响。结果表明，对Ga含量相同的样品来说，硅铝比愈低，起始Ga中心生成量愈多，高价态与低价态的Ga中心对丙烷芳构化反应都有促进作用。     

2,5—双（4—羟基苯亚甲基）环戊酮中双电荷离子存在的串联质谱证据

应用串联质谱的碰撞诱导解离和联动扫描技术，研究了２，５－双（４－羟基苯亚甲基）环戊酮的质谱解离特征，提供了双电荷离子存在的实验证据。进一步对双电荷离子（ｍ／ｚ１４６）的碰撞诱导解离碎裂进行了讨论。     

猪肝酯酶在不对称合成中的应用

猪肝酯酸PLE(Pig Liver Esterase)对双酯具有特殊的不对称水解性,而且可获得高产率和高光学纯的不对称水解产物。本文简要介绍PLE作为一种有效的酶催化剂,在温和的条件下,对双酯的不对称水解反应和在不对称合成中应用的近况。     

聚乙撑二氧噻吩膜在氧化态的充电过程及电容研究

In this paper, the chronoamperometry was used to study the charging processes of polyethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT) modified electrodes in the potential range where PEDOT was in the oxidized state. The results show that the charging behaviors of the PEDOT films are well agreed with the exhausted finite diffusion model. The dependence of the capacitance values of the films on potential and concentration of solution was also studied in this potential range.
