PID环上矩阵模的保秩1映射及应用

设Ｒ为含１主理想整环（简记为ＰＩＤ），本文刻划了矩阵模Ｍｎ（Ｒ）上保秩１线性映射的形式；作为其应用，给出了域上矩阵空间的保线性群及Ｍｎ（Ｒ）上保非零行列线性映射的形式，即它们为：Ｔ（Ｘ）＝ＰＸＱ，Ａ↑Ｘ∈Ｍｎ（Ｒ），或Ｔ（Ｘ）＝ＰＸｔＱ，Ａ↑Ｘ∈Ｍｎ（Ｒ）。其中ｄｅｔ（ＰＱ）≠０。     

Submicrosecond rearrangeable nonblocking silicon-on-insulator thermo-optic 4x4 switch matrix

A rearrangeable nonblocking silicon-on-insulator-based thermo-optic 4x4 switch matrix is designed and fabricated. A spot-size converter is integrated to reduce the insertion loss, and a new driving circuit is designed to improve the response speed. The insertion loss is less than 10 dB, and the response time is 950 ns.     

Systematic considerations for the patterning of photonic crystal devices by electron beam lithography

Photonic crystal devices with feature sizes of a few hundred nanometers are often fabricated by electron beam lithography. The proximity effect, stitching error and resist profiles have significant influence on the pattern quality, and therefore determine the optical properties of the devices. In this paper, detailed analyses and simple solutions to these problems are presented. The proximity effect is corrected by the introduction of a compensating dose. The influence of the stitching error is alleviated by replacing the original access waveguides with taper-added waveguides, and the taper parameters are also discussed to get the optimal choice. It is demonstrated experimentally that patterns exposed with different doses have almost the same edge-profiles in the resist for the same development time, and that optimized etching conditions can improve the wall angle of the holes in the substrate remarkably.     

Soliton Transmission in Twin-Core Fiber

Property of soliton propagation is analyzed by using self-companying operator method in twin-core fiber. The results show : Property of soliton transmission does some thing with the amplitude and relative phase of input solitons, and energy exchange is of periodicity, or non- periodicity.     

Determination of the Activity Coefficients of NaCl in the System NaCl–NH4Cl–H2O

Using ion-selective electrode(s) (ISE) the activity coefficients of NaCl in the system NaCl–NH₄Cl–H₂O at 10, 25, and 40°C were measured by a computer-controlled automatic titration system. The ionic strength fractions of NH₄Cl were 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8, respectively. It was found that the influence of the NH₄⁺ cation on the Na glass ISE was small enough to be neglected up to 3.0 mol-kg^-1. The Pitzer equation was adopted to calculate the activity coefficients of NaCl in this system and compared with the experimental data. Comparison of results indicates that the Pitzer parameters correlated from solubility data are suitable for calculating the activity coefficients for this system within the saturated solutions.     

V型三能级原子系统与双激光场相互作用的量子干涉效应

对Ｖ型三能级原子系统与双激光场相互作用时诱发的量子干涉效应进行了研究，通过在原子能级几率振幅随时间演化的耦合方程中引入一个上两能级交叉耦合干涉项，讨论和分析了在不同条件下交叉耦合干涉项的相消作用以及量子干涉效庆对原子基态几率和原子系统受激吸收特性的影响。
