Controllable doping is an effective way of tuning the properties of semiconductor nanocrystals (NCs). In this work, a simple strategy of fast doping Cu ions into ZnSe NCs under ambient conditions was proposed. The principle of doping is based on hydrazine (N2H4) promoted cation exchange reaction. By direct addition of Cu ion stock solution into the preformed ZnSe NCs, Cu doped ZnSe NCs can be obtained. Furthermore, the emission of doped NCs can be tuned by changing the amount of impurity ion addition. The cation exchange reaction is facilitated by three factors: 1) N2H4 addition, 2) fast impurity ions, and 3) partial stabilizer removal. The proposed cation exchange reaction in aqueous solution could be an alternate route for NC doping as well as synthesis of ionic NCs. 相似文献

A Cu-TiC alloy, with nanoscale TiC particles highly dispersed in the submicron-grained Cu matrix, was manufactured by a self-developed two-step ball-milling process on Cu, Ti and C powders. The thermostability of the composite was evaluated by high-temperature isothermal annealing treatments, with temperatures ranging from 727 to 1273 K. The semicoherent nanoscale TiC particles with Cu matrix, mainly located along the grain boundaries, were found to exhibit the promising trait of blocking grain boundary migrations, which leads to a super-stabilized microstructures up to approximately the melting point of copper (1223 K). Furthermore, the Cu-TiC alloys after annealing at 1323 K showed a slight decrease in Vickers hardness as well as the duplex microstructure due to selective grain growth, which were discussed in terms of hardness contributions from various mechanisms. 相似文献

Since the proof-of-principle demonstration of optical parametric amplification to efficiently amplify chirped laser pulses in 1992,optical parametric chirped pulse amplification(OPCPA)became the most promising method for the amplification of broadband optical pulses.In the meantime,we are witnessing an exciting progress in the development of powerful and ultrashort pulse laser systems that employ chirped pulse parametric amplifiers.The output power and pulse duration of these systems have ranged from a few gigawatts to hundreds of terawatts with a potential of tens of petawatts power level.Meanwhile,the output pulse duration based on optical parametric amplification has entered the range of fewoptical-cycle field.In this paper,we overview the basic principles,trends in development,and current state of the ultrashort and laser systems based on OPCPA,respectively. 相似文献

The electrochemical properties of various commercial carbon materials (activated carbon (AC), graphite (GP) and hard carbon (HC)) have been investigated for use as negative electrode for lithium ion capacitors. The rate capabilities and cycle durabilities are tested up to 20 C and 1000 cycles using full cell configurations. It is found that the lithium ion could not efficiently intercalate into the activated carbon materials. The symmetrical AC/AC capacitor shows good cycle durabilities at 10 C with capacity of 17 mA h g?1. The asymmetrical capacitors AC/GP and AC/HC with intercalated negative electrodes show higher capacities than that of AC/AC capacitor. Synthesis of α-Fe2O3 compound with regular hexahedron shape is firstly reported. X-ray diffraction and scan electron microscope are used to characterize the structure and morphology of the prepared sample, respectively. The average edge length of hexahedron is about 0.9 μm. A reaction mechanism has been proposed. The pH value is a crucial factor for the formation and shape of α-Fe2O3. Moreover, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and charge-discharge test of α-Fe2O3 as anode material in lithium ion batteries are evaluated. Electrochemical performance of the pre-lithiated graphite and the as-assembled lithium-ion capacitors (LICs) were investigated within the Li/graphite two-electrode cell and activated carbon (AC)/graphite two-electrode cell, respectively. The morphologies of the electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The Li intercalation of Li/graphite two-electrode cell was performed using short circuiting and galvanostatic charging techniques. The Li pre-doping process was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The cycle performance of the LICs were investigated at the rates of 1–20 C between the cut-off voltage at 2 to 4 V. The results demonstrated that the LIC cells with 8 h pre-doping time have the best cycle performance at the high rate of 10 C. Li pre-doping methodology plays a crucial role in the electrochemical performance of the graphite electrode and the as-assembled LICs. 相似文献
