Mono- and polynuclear complexes containing 3-(1,10-phenanthrolin-2-yl)-1-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)imidazolylidene (L), [NiL(2)](PF(6))(2) (2), [CoL(2)](PF(6))(3) (3), [PtLCl](PF(6)) (4), [PdAgL(2)](PF(6))(3) (5), [PdCuL(2)](PF(6))(3) (6), [Pd(2)L(2)Cl(2)](PF(6))(2) (7), and [Pd(3)L(2)Cl(4)](PF(6))(2) (8) have been prepared and fully characterized by NMR, ESI-MS spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. In complexes 2-4, the ligand binds to metals in a pincer NNC fashion with the pyridine group uncoordinated. Complexes 5 and 6 are isostructural to each other in which the palladium ions are surrounded by two pyridines and two imidazolylidenes and Ag(I) or Cu(I) is coordinated by two 1,10-phenanthroline moieties. In the trinuclear palladium complex 8, one palladium ion has an identical coordination mode as in 5 and 6, and the other two palladium ions are bonded to the 1,10-phenanthroline. Complex 6 exhibits excellent catalytic activity for the tandem click/Sonogashira reaction of 1-(bromomethyl)-4-iodobenzene, NaN(3), and ethynylbenzene in which three C-N bonds and one C-C bond are formed in a single flask. 相似文献

Mononuclear ruthenium complexes [RuCl(L1)(CH(3)CN)(2)](PF(6)) (2a), [RuCl(L2)(CH(3)CN)(2)](PF(6)) (2b), [Ru(L1)(CH(3)CN)(3)](PF(6))(2) (4a), [Ru(L2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](PF(6))(2) (4b), [Ru(L2)(2)](PF(6))(2) (5), [RuCl(L1)(CH(3)CN)(PPh(3))](PF(6)) (6), [RuCl(L1)(CO)(2)](PF(6)) (7), and [RuCl(L1)(CO)(PPh(3))](PF(6)) (8), and a tetranuclear complex [Ru(2)Ag(2)Cl(2)(L1)(2)(CH(3)CN)(6)](PF(6))(4) (3) containing 3-(1,10-phenanthrolin-2-yl)-1-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)imidazolylidene (L1) and 3-butyl-1-(1,10-phenanthrolin-2-yl)imidazolylidene (L2) have been prepared and fully characterized by NMR, ESI-MS, UV-vis spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. Both L1 and L2 act as pincer NNC donors coordinated to ruthenium (II) ion. In 3, the Ru(II) and Ag(I) ions are linked by two bridging Cl(-) through a rhomboid Ag(2)Cl(2) ring with two Ru(II) extending to above and down the plane. Complexes 2-8 show absorption maximum over the 354-428 nm blueshifted compared to Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) due to strong σ-donating and weak π-acceptor properties of NHC ligands. Electrochemical studies show Ru(II)/Ru(III) couples over 0.578-1.274 V. 相似文献

Ultrathin nanostructures are attractive for diverse applications owing to their unique properties compared to their bulk materials. Transition‐metal chalcogenides are promising electrocatalysts, yet it remains difficult to make ultrathin structures (sub‐2 nm), and the realization of their chemical doping is even more challenging. Herein we describe a soft‐template mediated colloidal synthesis of Fe‐doped NiSe2 ultrathin nanowires (UNWs) with diameter down to 1.7 nm. The synergistic interplay between oleylamine and 1‐dodecanethiol is crucial to yield these UNWs. The in situ formed amorphous hydroxide layers that is confined to the surface of the ultrathin scaffolds enable efficient oxygen evolution electrocatalysis. The UNWs exhibit a very low overpotential of 268 mV at 10 mA cm?2 in 0.1 m KOH, as well as remarkable long‐term stability, representing one of the most efficient noble‐metal‐free catalysts. 相似文献

Polylactic acid (PLA) and silk fibroin (SF) have been widely used in biomedical applications because of their excellent biocompatibility and degradability. In this study, PLA and SF were used as raw materials to prepare hollow fibers with a skin-core structure by wet spinning technology. Scanning electron microscopy observations revealed that the structure of hollow fibers became increasingly uniform with increasing silk fibroin mass fraction. Tensile test results showed that with the increase of silk fibroin content, the elastic modulus of hollow fibers decreased and their tensile properties improved. The results of hollow fibers degradation experiments revealed that increasing the content of silk fibroin can effectively shorten the degradation time of hollow fibers. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to measure the absorbance of tetracycline hydrochloride in phosphate buffer saline and calculate its release rate in hollow fibers with different silk fibroin contents, the result is HFs-9 > HFs-7 > HFs-0 > HFs-5 > HFs-3. The PLA/SF controlled drug release system has precise controlled release of the drug, realizes the separation of the drug from the controlled release system, and solves the problem of sudden drug release. Cytosolic pH changes in single thymocytes in the early stages of apoptosis were examined with spectral-crosstalk-improved three-channel real-time fluorescence imaging. Spectral crosstalk was greatly reduced by this improved image processing method. Compared with normal thymocytes, the improved image processing method showed that the cytosolic pH value of thymocytes undergoing apoptosis was lower. A slight diversity in the intracellular pH values of samples subjected to different drug treatments was also observed. This new image processing method is beneficial to the application of the three-channel real-time fluorescence imaging to biological processes. 相似文献

We demonstrate the existence of nonlocal topological (string) order in half-integer-spin antiferromagnetic Heisenberg chains on macroscopic scale on the basis of analytical scaling analysis and density matrix renormalization group calculations. Strong numerical evidence leads to a conjecture that chains with S = (2m-1)/2 and m (m = integers) belong to the same topological class defined by the topological angle theta/pi = 1/m that plays a role similar to the fictitious gauge field in the fractional quantum Hall effect. 相似文献

A series of novel polyurethanes (PUs) containing zwitterionic sulfobetaine groups were synthesized from polycarbonatediol with alkyne groups and 3-((2-azidoethyl)dimethylammonio)propane-1-sulfonate using the copper-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition (click) reaction. All the polyurethanes were fully characterized by 1H NMR, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, gel permeation chromatography, and elemental analysis; the thermal properties were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. It has been proved that the thermal stability of zwitterionic sulfobetaine functionalized polyurethanes were greater than the starting alkyne-containing polyurethane. Protein adsorption was measured and it was indicated that PUs with zwitterionic sulfobetain structure are a kind of biocompatible materials with a better anti-protein fouling property compared to the corresponding alkyne-containing polyurethanes. 相似文献
