This work demonstrates a semi-automatic optical frequency counter based on two mode-locked fiber laser combs. The mode number
of the comb line involved in the optical frequency measurement is determined by operating the two laser combs at three different
repetition rates, with two of them similar enough to have the same mode number of the beating comb lines. The determination
of the mode number is independent of the frequency fluctuation of the laser under measurement. The whole measurement process
was automated, except for the frequency stabilization of the laser combs and the optimization of the beat signal–to–noise

Based on the nonlinear polarization rotation technique, we report on a stable passive 23rd harmonic mode-locked erbium-doped fiber soliton laser for the first time to the best of our knowledge. In this laser, 23 solitons are uniformly distributed in the cavity simultaneously, and all solitons have the same energy and duration. The increase of the coupler output enhances the dispersive radiation, and the longer cavity strengthens the interaction between solitons and dispersive waves. The two above factors play the key function to generate the 23rd harmonic mode-locked operation. 相似文献

We achieve a successful novel lift-off of patterning Pt/Ti electrodes on SiO2/Si substrates by employing ZnO sacrificial layer deposition and patterning, successive uniform Pt/Ti deposition and final lift-off. Then we deposit PZT thin films on the electrodes. Compared with the conventional lift-off processes for the electrodes, this novel process does not need post-annealing, which must be performed after conventional lift-off process. It is demonstrated that the electrodes patterned by the novel lift-off process have stronger adhesion. The electrodes and the PZT films on the electrodes are more compact and smoother than those by the conventional lift-off process. 相似文献

C/FeOF/FeF3 nanocomposite was synthesized by a facile in situ partial oxidation method. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) showed a special texture comprised of interpenetrating nanodomains of FeOF and FeF3. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements revealed that the introduction of nanodomain FeOF enhanced both the electronic and ionic conductivity of the composite material. Therefore, the improvement of electron and lithium-ion dynamics resulted in the significant enhancement of the electrochemical performances of the material at ambient temperature. At a current density of 20 mA g?1 within potential range 1.5–4.5 V, the specific capacities of the first ten circles were maintained at about 400 mAh g?1 . This material also exhibited excellent cycling capacity retention capability especially for high C rates. When the current density further increased to 100 and 200 mA g?1, a steady capacity of 80 and 60 mAh g?1 was observed, respectively. Furthermore, nearly no capacity loss was observed for the followed cycles. The discharge platforms based on intercalation and conversion reaction were also heightened by about 0.4 V, which increased the contribution of high voltage capacities. Compared to C/FeF3, C/FeOF/FeF3 is showing more of capacitive behavior, which also contributes to the high specific capacity delivered and is believed to be closely related to the enlarged nanodomain interfaces between two electrochemical active materials. An expansion-cracking-oxidation mechanism was proposed to explain the formation of this interpenetrating nanodomains of FeOF and FeF3. 相似文献

In this paper, semiconductor laser beam collimation lenses system has been optimum simulated and designed. The new design methods for aspheric cylinder lenses collimation system have been discussed in detail and the system parameters are calculated and optimized by using a geometrical ray optics approximation. The optical system has been further simulated by software MATLAB, and the simulation results showed that the emergence angle can be collimated effectively, and the output beam can be expanded to a circular spot in centimeter level beam radius. 相似文献
