本文提出计算结构动力响应的三参数单步数值积分法,它具有无条件稳定性质,并具有合适的算法阻尼.通过分析及与其他数值积分法比较,说明本文算法的精度有所提高.

Hard X-ray one dimensional nano-focusing at the SSRF using a WSi2 /Si multilayer Laue lens

The multilayer Laue lens (MLL) is a novel diffraction optics which can realize nanometer focusing of hard X-rays with high efficiency. In this paper, a 7.9 μm-thick MLL with the outmost layer thickness of 15 nm is designed based on dynamical diffraction theory. The MLL is fabricated by first depositing the depth-graded multilayer using direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering technology. Then, the multilayer sample is sliced, and both cross-sections are thinned and polished to a depth of 35-41 μm. The focusing property of the MLL is measured at the Shanghai Synchrotron Facility (SSRF). One-dimensional (1D) focusing resolutions of 205 nm and 221 nm are obtained at E=14 keV and 18 keV, respectively. It demonstrates that the fabricated MLL can focus hard X-rays into nanometer scale.     

Analysis of resistive switching behaviors of vanadium oxide thin film

We demonstrated the polarization of resistive switching for Cu/VO_x/Cu memory cell. Switching behaviors of Cu/VO_x/Cu cell were tested by semiconductor device analyzer (Agilent B1500A), and the relative micro-analysis of I-V characteristics of VO_x/Cu was characterized by conductive atomic force microscope (CAFM). The I-V test results indicated that both forming and the reversible resistive switching between low resistance state (LRS) and high resistance state (HRS) can be observed under either positive or negative sweep. The CAFM images for LRS and HRS directly exhibited evidences of the formation and rupture of filaments based on positive or negative voltage. Cu/VO_x/Cu sandwiched structure exhibits a reversible resistive switching behavior and shows potential applications in the next generation nonvolatile memory field.     

基于自相位调制效应的硅基中红外全光二极管

信号单向导通器件是集成光学中一种重要的基本元件,而中红外波段在空间遥感,光谱分析等领域都有极其重要的应用.本文提出了一种由两个硅基微环谐振腔构成,基于自相位调制效应的硅基中红外全光二极管,并利用数值模拟的方法进行了分析.结果表明,在输入光强为0.5 mW到20 mW之间时,其非互易导通率可以大于20 dB,且正向透过时损耗小于10 dB.此外,本文还讨论了环形谐振腔中的线性吸收率,以及双稳态效应对结果的影响.
