Typically, the morphologies of the self-assembled nanostructures from block copolymers are limited to spherical micelles, wormlike micelles and vesicles. Now, a new generation of materials with unique shape and structures, cylindrical soft matter particles (tubisomes), are obtained from the hierarchical self-assembly of cyclic peptide-bridged amphiphilic diblock copolymers. The capacity of obtained photo-responsive tubisomes as potential drug carriers is evaluated. The supramolecular tubisomes pave an alternative way for fabricating polymeric tubular structures, and will expand the toolbox for the rational design of functional hierarchical nanostructures. 相似文献

The present study aims to describe and exemplify an integrated strategy of the combination of qualitative and quantitative characterization of a multicomponent mixture for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine injections with the example of Danhong injection (DHI). The standardized chemical profile of DHI has been established based on liquid chromatography with diode array detection. High‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry and high‐performance liquid chromatography with electrospray multistage tandem ion‐trap mass spectrometry have been developed to identify the major constituents in DHI. The structures of 26 compounds including nucleotides, phenolic acids, and flavonoid glycosides were identified or tentatively characterized. Meanwhile, the simultaneous determination of seven marker constituents, including uridine, adenosine, danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, p‐coumaric acid, rosmarinic acid, and salvianolic acid B, in DHI was performed by multiwavelength detection based on high‐performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection. The integrated qualitative and quantitative characterization strategy provided an effective and reliable pattern for the comprehensive and systematic characterization of the complex traditional Chinese medicine system. 相似文献

Organic-inorganic hybrid particles have many potential applications, but almost all of this research was focused on the hybrid particles containing one kind of inorganic nanoparticles. This paper presented a facile preparation method for SiO2/PS/TiO2 multilayer core-shell hybrid microspheres. In this approach, positively charged SiO2/PS core-shell hybrid particles were first synthesized by miniemulsion polymerization using cationic initiator and emulsifier. These positively charged SiO2/PS hybrid particles were mixed with tetra-n-butyl titanate for sol-gel reaction to directly form SiO2/PS/TiO2 multilayer core-shell hybrid microspheres. Some influencing parameters such as surfactant concentration, tetra-n-butyl titanate amount, and glacial acetic acid amount were investigated. Single‐atom catalysts (SACs) have great potential in electrocatalysis. Their performance can be rationally optimized by tailoring the metal atoms, adjacent coordinative dopants, and metal loading. However, doing so is still a great challenge because of the limited synthesis approach and insufficient understanding of the structure–property relationships. Herein, we report a new kind of Mo SAC with a unique O,S coordination and a high metal loading over 10 wt %. The isolation and local environment was identified by high‐angle annular dark‐field scanning transmission electron microscopy and extended X‐ray absorption fine structure. The SACs catalyze the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) via a 2 e? pathway with a high H2O2 selectivity of over 95 % in 0.10 m KOH. The critical role of the Mo single atoms and the coordination structure was revealed by both electrochemical tests and theoretical calculations. 相似文献

Acylated compounds are often present in herbal medicines. In this study, a diagnostic product ion‐based strategy was established to comprehensively characterize acylated compounds in Scrophulariae Radix. After untargeted data acquisition using ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography coupled with Orbitrap mass spectrometry, the data were processed by three‐stage diagnostic product ions. First, diagnostic product ions corresponding to the acyl groups (cinnamoyl, p‐coumaroyl, feruloyl, and caffeoyl) were used to search 90 compounds. Second, these compounds were divided into three categories using diagnostic product ions for phenylethanoid glycosides, iridoid glycosides, and phenylpropanoids, respectively. Last, the linkage position of the acyl group to iridoid glycosides was discriminated via the third‐stage diagnostic product ions. As a result, 90 acylated compounds were characterized, and 37 of them were reported from Scrophulariae Radix for the first time. 相似文献

BN‐embedded oligomers with different pairs of BN units were synthesized by electrophilic borylation. Up to four pairs of BN units were incorporated in the large polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Their geometric, photophysical, electrochemical, and Lewis acidic properties were investigated by X‐ray crystallography, optical spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. The B?N bonds show delocalized double‐bond characteristics and the conjugation can be extended through the trans‐orientated aromatic azaborine units. Calculations reveal the relatively lower aromaticity for the inner azaborine rings in the BN‐embedded PAH oligomers. The frontier orbitals of the longer oligomers are delocalized over the inner aromatic rings. Consequently, the inner moieties of the BN‐embedded PAH oligomers are more active than the outer parts. This is confirmed by a simple oxidation reaction, which has significant effects on the aromaticity and the intramolecular charge‐transfer interactions. 相似文献

An unprecedented Zn(OTf)2‐catalyzed asymmetric Michael addition/cyclization cascade of 3‐nitro‐2H‐chromenes with 3‐isothiocyanato oxindoles has been disclosed. This transformation provides an efficient access to various synthetically important polycyclic spirooxindoles in a highly stereoselective manner under mild conditions (72–99 % yields, up to >95:5 d.r. and >99 % ee). The reaction leads to the formation of three consecutive stereocenters, including 1,3‐nonadjacent tetrasubstituted carbon stereocenters, in a single operation. A bifunctional activation model of the chiral Zn(OTf)2/bis(oxazoline) complex was proposed based on control experiments, wherein the ZnII moiety serves as a Lewis acid and the N atom of the free NH group acts as a Lewis base by a hydrogen‐bonding interaction. 相似文献
