Disperse red 1 (DR1) molecules have been successfully incorporated into the one-dimensional channels of AlPO4-5 single crystals by means of vapor-phase diffusion. Polarizing microscope and SHG results indicate that the DR1 molecules are well aligned in a preferred direction along the crystal channels. The p-polarization (parallel to the c-axis of AlPO4-5 crystal) SH intensity (Ip-ex), and s-polarization (perpendicular to the c-axis of AlPO4-5 crystal) SH intensity (Is-ex) of DR1-loaded AlPO4-5 single crystals can be well fitted as a function of input polarization angle (alpha): Ip-ex = 0.69 cos4 alpha + 0.37 sin4 alpha - 0.17, Is-ex = 0.69 cos2 alpha sin2 alpha + 0.06, respectively. This polarization angle dependence can be well explained by three different SHG processes of Ip (0 degrees), Ip (90 degrees), and Is (45 degrees), originated from different combinations of two polarized photons.  相似文献

In a conventional transmission electron microscope system, the resolution is regarded as an absolute limitation, that is, 0.2 nm in theory and 0.6 nm in sections of biological materials. However, in an oversampled system, this limitation can be broken. In the present study, 60-nm-thick Epon sections from a mouse kidney were used. From these sections tight junctions located in the distal tubule were selected as test objects. Sets of up to 15 electron microscope images of the same target were recorded on negatives at x10,000, x13,000, and x63,000, respectively. The recorded films were digitized using a light microscope equipped with a digital camera. In each set the images were expanded, aligned, and merged into a more highly resolved output image. Each output image revealed details in the tight junction, which were not visible at the original magnifications. Two different sizes of colloidal gold particles (10 nm and 1 nm) conjugated with an immunoglobin G (IgG) served as references. With this improvement of resolution, it becomes possible to inspect some barely visible biologic (virus) particles and structures, such as glycogen and free ribosomes in their native environment.  相似文献

Eight novel 1,4-disubstituted phthalazines (7-14) were designed and synthesized. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR,1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Their in vitro cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines (Bel-7402 and HT- 1080) were evaluated by standard MTT assay. 近年来,研究者对室温离子液体极为关注,因为这些离子液体可以作为潜在的替代试剂用于有机合成、提取与分离、电化学和材料科学等方面。在离子液体中,手性离子液体由于可用在手性识别、不对称合成、消旋体的拆分、立体选择聚合、气相色谱、NMR位移试剂和液晶等方面而受到特别注意。尽管手性离子液体由于合成困难和费用昂贵而限制了其广泛应用,但其在不对称合成中可作为手性诱导物的应用前景促使研究者不断地去开发新型的手性离子液体。手性离子液体的制备既可以使用手性源(如氨基酸、胺、氮基醇以及生物碱类),也可以利用不对称合成的手段,其所具有的手性可位于分子的中心、轴或者平面上。本文综述了手性离子液体合成的最新进展,并按照阴离子或阳离子的种类将其分为咪唑类、吡啶类、铵类和噻唑啉盐类,同时简要介绍了一些新的合成技术。  相似文献

<正>A new sesquiterpene(Z)-7-acetoxy-methyl-11-methyl-3-methylenedodeca-1,6,10-triene(AMDT) was isolnted and identified from the methanol extract of the hairy root culture of Artemisia annua.The structure of AMDT was determined based on the analysis of spectroscopic data,notably of the 2D NMR spectra.This new compound showed cytotoxicity against human tumor cell lines 95-D and HeLa with IC_(50) values of 27.08 and 20.12μmol/L,respectively.  相似文献

Ionic liquid (IL) was used as the microwave absorption medium to extract essential oils from dried Cinnamomum cassia Presl and Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl, and the ionic liquid microwave extraction (ILME) was developed. Some experimental parameters for ILME were examined. The proposed method was compared with other methods, including hydrodistillation (HD), microwave hydrodistillation (MHD), solvent‐free microwave extraction (SFME) and improved solvent‐free microwave extraction (ISFME). Experimental results showed that compared with other extraction methods the ILME had some advantages, such as time‐saving, simplicity and usage of green solvents. The extraction time was less than 18 min at the microwave power of 440 W and 1.5 mL of ionic liquid was required. The constituents of essential oils obtained by the five methods are not obviously different.  相似文献

An ultrasensitive platform is presented for the determination of hydrazine by combining the high specific surface area and higher electrical conductivity of poly(sodium styrenesulfonate) (PSS) graphene nanocomposite film with amperometric detection. The PSS-graphene were synthesized by the Hummers method and used to modify a glassy carbon electrode. The material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and is found to be suitable for sensing hydrazine. The overpotential of hydrazine on the modified electrode is 0.31 V which is lower than in many electrochemical sensors. The calibration curve for hydrazine is linear in the range from 3.0 to 300 µmol L?1, and the detection limit is as low as 1 µmol L?1. This is the first report in which such a high sensitivity and low limit of detection has been achieved. It is concluded that PSS graphene represents an efficient electron mediator for sensing hydrazine.  相似文献

Four new highly oxygenated nortriterpenoids, lancifodilactones O–R ( 1 – 4 ), together with six known ones, i.e., 5 – 10 , were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schisandra lancifolia. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments and mass spectrometry. Compounds 1 – 3 were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against NB4, A549, SHSY5Y, PC‐3, and MCF‐7 cell lines. No compounds exhibited significant cytotoxicity, the IC50 values being above 50 μM .  相似文献
