The authors describe an ultrasonic-assisted headspace method for solid phase micro-extraction (UA-HS-SPME) of 7 polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) with codes PCB28, PCB52, PCB101, PCB118, PCB138, PCB153 and PCB180. The coating is based on a poly-dopamine metal-organic framework [PDA-MIL-53(Fe)] on a stainless steel wire. The coating can be prepared and evenly deposited on the stainless fiber by dipping the PDA fiber into a solution of MIL-53(Fe). The assay is also environmentally friendly because water is used as the solvent. The effects of extraction time, addition of salts, pH value and power of ultrasonic power were optimized. The coating is found to possess a high selectivity and adsorption capacity for PCBs compared to commercial SPME fibers such as the divinylbenzene/carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane fibers. Following desorption, the PCBs were quantified by GC-MS. The detection limits are between 50 and 90 pg?g?1 of PCBs in soil. The fibers can be easily prepared, and the batch-to-batch reproducibility (RDS) is <10% (for n = 6). The fibers are inexpensive, re-usable and can be easily manipulated, and particularly well suited for screening polychlorinated biphenyls in soil. 相似文献

A nitrogen (N)-doped mesoporous carbon material exhibiting ultra-high surface area was successfully synthesized from sheep bones via a facile and low-cost method. The obtained carbon material had an ultra-high specific surface area of 1961 m2 g?1 and provided rich active sites for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), which in turn resulted in high electrocatalytic activity. It was found that the pore size distribution for the newly prepared carbonaceous material fell in the range of 1–4 nm. Benefiting from its high surface area and the presence of pyridine-N and quaternary-N species, the as-prepared carbon material exhibited excellent ORR activity in an oxygen-saturated 0.1 M KOH solution, compared to commercial Pt/C (10 wt%). Due to its high ORR catalytic activity, stability and low-cost, using sheep bone as C and N precursors to produce N-doped carbon provides an encouraging step toward the goal of replacing commercial Pt/C as fuel cell cathode electrocatalyst. 相似文献

A simple and sensitive high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with hybrid triple quadrupole–linear ion trap mass spectrometry (Q‐trap‐MS) method was developed and validated for the determination of veratramine, the major bioactive and neurotoxic component in Veratrum nigrum L. Veratramine and the internal standard (IS) were separated with a Waters Symmetry C18 column and eluted with a gradient mobile phase system containing acetonitrile and 0.1% aqueous formic acid. The analysis was performed by using positive electrospray ionization mode with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Transition ions of m/z 410.2 → 295.2 for veratramine and m/z 426.1 → 113.8 for the IS were monitored. The method was validated with a good linearity in the range of 1–1000 ng/mL and lower limit of quantification of 1 ng/mL. The precision (CV) of intra‐ and inter‐day ranged from 3.92 to 7.29%, while the accuracy (bias) intra‐ and inter‐day were between ?4.78 and 1.65%. The recovery, stability and matrix effect were within the acceptable ranges. Five metabolites of veratramine, including four hydroxylated and one sulfated metabolites, were tentatively identified using predictive MRM–information dependent acquisition–enhanced product ion mode (predictive MRM‐IDA‐EPI). Paeoniflorin is a well‐known monoterpene glucoside in the herbal drug that exhibits a number of biological activities. The pharmacokinetic characteristics of paeoniflorin from total glucosides of paeony in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) are still unclear. It is essential to investigate the in vivo and in vitro pharmacokinetic differences of paeoniflorin from total glucosides of paeony in Sprague–Dawley (SD) and SHR. The in vivo pharmacokinetic data were analyzed using DAS 2.0 software and the in vitro metabolic characteristics were measured using rat hepatic microsomes. The concentration of paeoniflorin in biological samples was determined using high‐performance liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry method, which showed good precision and stability. The plasma concentration–time profiles of paeoniflorin following oral administration of total glucosides of paeony showed a single peak and there were significant differences in the mean values of AUC(0–t), AUC(0–∞), CLz/F and Tmax between SD and SHR (p < 0.05). The metabolic rate of paeoniflorin from total glucosides of paeony was slower in SHR than in SD rats (p < 0.05). A series of bis‐pentamethylcyclopentadienyl‐supported Dy complexes containing different ancillary ligands were synthesized and characterized. Magnetic studies showed that 1 Dy [Cp*2DyCl(THF)], 1 Dy’ [Cp*2DyCl2K(THF)]n, 2 Dy [Cp*2DyBr(THF)], 3 Dy [Cp*2DyI(THF)] and 4 Dy [Cp*2DyTp] (Tp=hydrotris(1‐pyrazolyl)borate) were single‐ion magnets (SIMs). The 1D dysprosium chain 1 Dy’ exhibited a hysteresis at up to 5 K. Furthermore, 3 Dy featured the highest energy barrier (419 cm?1) among the complexes. The effects of ancillary ligands on single‐ion magnetic properties were studied by experimental, ab initio calculations and electrostatic analysis methods in detail. These results demonstrated that the QTM rate was strongly dependent on the ancillary ligands and that a weak equatorial ligand field could be beneficial for constructing Dy‐SIMs. 相似文献
