量子信息在光纤中传输时,会受到光纤损耗、色散、非线性效应等多因素的影响,将产生传输态的演化与能量转移.本文以单模光纤传输方程以及电磁场量子化理论为基础,对单模光纤中基模模场进行量子化处理,推导并建立了考虑损耗、色散、非线性效应后的单光子传输方程.基于微扰法对单光子非线性传输方程进行了求解,给出了稳定解存在的必要条件及其所满足的色散方程.深入讨论了广域光功率随微扰频率的变化关系,并且分析了光纤色散、非线性效应对解的影响.为量子光纤传输系统性能的深入研究奠定了理论基础.  相似文献

Beam-based BPM offset calibration was carried out for Injector II at the C-ADS demonstration facility at the Institute of Modern Physics(IMP), Chinese Academy of Science(CAS). By using the steering coils integrated in the quadrupoles, the beam orbit can be effectively adjusted and BPM positions recorded at the Medium Energy Beam Transport of the Injector II Linac. The studies were done with a 2 m A, 2.1 Me V proton beam in pulsed mode.During the studies, the "null comparison method" was applied for the calibration. This method is less sensitive to errors compared with the traditional transmission matrix method. In addition, the quadrupole magnet's center can also be calibrated with this method.  相似文献

Two novel energetic nitrogen‐rich compounds 1,4‐diaminotetrazol‐5‐one ( DATO ) and 1,4‐dinitrotetrazol‐5‐one ( DNTO ) were proposed first and studied by quantum chemistry method with B3LYP/6‐31G* level of theory. The optimized geometry, IR predicted spectrum and thermochemical parameters, frontier molecular orbitals and molecular electrostatic potential were calculated for inspecting the electronic structure, molecular stability and chemical reactivity. The important macroscopic properties including density, enthalpy of formation, detonation parameters and impact sensitivity have been predicted as well. As a result, two designed compounds DATO and DNTO possess positive enthalpy of formation (395.79 and 342.77 kJ/mol), impressive detonation parameters (D = 8.80 km/s, P = 33.69 GPa; D = 8.89 km/s, P = 34.98 GPa) superior to the remarkable explosive RDX, acceptable sensitivities and might be promising candidates of energetic materials. 利用Matlab语言将EFIT程序反演计算过程进行优化整合,简化了程序操作步骤,并增加了对计算结果的分析与存储功能。利用整合后的 EFIT 程序,计算分析了 J-TXET 装置放电过程中等离子体磁场位形和其它参数的演变,绘制了等离子体压强剖面图、等离子体电流密度和安全因子分布等磁面信息的重建结果。此外,还将反演结果与软X射线测算数据进行比对。结果表明,改善后的EFIT程序能够初步满足对实验放电的反演计算分析要求,为J-TXET装置的放电控制和运行提供重要的参考数据。  相似文献

Dispersed-well FePt nanoparticles with particle size ~5 nm have been prepared by hydrazine hydrate reduction of H2PtCl6·6H2O and FeCl2·4H2O in ethanol–water system. By employing as-synthesized FePt nanoparticles, the monolayer can be formed by LB Technique. The structural, magnetic properties and electrochemical properties of FePt monolayer were respectively studied by XRD, TEM, VSM and CHI 820 electrochemical workstation. The as-synthesized particle has a chemically disordered fcc structure and can be transformed into chemically ordered fct structure after annealing treatment above 400°C. The coercivity of ordered fct FePt phase can be up to 2515Oe. CVs of 0.5 M H2SO4/0.5M CH3OH on GCE modified with FePt nanoparticles monolayer films illustrate that the as-synthesized FePt is a kind of active electrochemical catalyst.  相似文献

以开拓反射全息图的景深表达能力为目的,从反射全息图的共轭物像关系出发,利用反射全息图的均匀介质耦合波理论和布拉格条件,对其白光再现像模糊作了具体的分析和讨论,得到色模糊和线模糊的表达式.指出反射全息图上不同各点对任意白光再现像点的色模糊和线迷糊的影响均存在差异,给出反射全息图白光再现像的景深表达式.实验利用二步法制作了一张景深为83 cm的反射全息图,与大景深彩虹全息图再现像相比,其再现像的立体感更加强烈.理论分析和实验结果表明,光源的再现角度和观察距离对反射全息图的再现像景深大小影响显著.在再现光垂直于反射全息图平面照明情况下,反射全息图具有最好的景深表达能力.  相似文献

In this paper we study the semileptonic decays of the Bc meson in the light-cone sum rule (LCSR) approach. The result for each channel depends on the corresponding distribution amplitude (DA) of the final meson. For the case of Bc decaying into a pseudoscalar meson, to twist-3 accuracy only the leading twist distribution amplitude is involved if we start from a chiral current. If we choose a suitable chiral current in the vector meson case, the main twist-3 contributions are also eliminated and we can consider the leading twist contribution only. The leading twist distribution amplitudes of the charmonium and other heavy mesons are given by a model approach in a reasonable way. Employing this charmonium distribution amplitude we find a cross section that is consistent with Belle and BaBar data. Based on this model, we calculate the form factors for various Bc decay modes in the corresponding regions. Extrapolating the form factors to the whole kinetic regions, we get the decay widths and branching ratios for various Bc decay modes including their τ modes when they are kinematically accessible. 利用荧光显微镜研究了极端pH值诱导支撑磷脂双层膜的侧向再组织.结果表明,在强酸/强碱性溶液中,流动性较好的二油酰磷脂酰胆碱支撑膜出现破裂、分离、出芽或生出微管等与细胞内吞和外排相似的现象.基于极性分子与H+/H3O+或OH-的相互作用,以电中性的磷脂首基为核吸附溶液中的H+/H3O+或OH-.当磷脂膜上下叶吸附的电荷量不同时,引起两叶有效面积差,即磷脂膜曲率不对称,从而诱发磷脂膜出现各种结构和动力学的响应.本研究有助于理解极端环境对生物膜的影响,为研究生物膜的形变过程提供了参考.  相似文献

In the photoelectric tracking system, the detection of space multi-target is crucial for target localization and tracking. The difficulties include the interferences from CCD smear and strong noise, the few characteristics of spot-like targets and the challenge of multiple targets. In this paper, we propose a hybrid algorithm of joint decision and Naive Bayes (JD-NB) learning, and present the duty ratio feature to discriminate the target and smear blocks. Firstly, we extract the proper features and train the parameters of the Naive Bayes classifier. Secondly, target blocks are preliminarily estimated with the Naive Bayes. Lastly, the 4-adjacent blocks of the candidate target blocks are jointed to analyze the distribution pattern and the true target blocks are secondarily extracted by the method of pattern matching. Experimental results indicate that the proposed JD-NB algorithm not only possesses a high recognition rate of better than 90% for the target block, but also effectively overcomes the disturbance of the smear block. Moreover, it performs well in the detection of small and faint targets when the SNR of the block is higher than about 0.014.  相似文献

The stabilities of amorphous indium‐zinc‐oxide (IZO) thin film transistors (TFTs) with back‐channel‐etch (BCE) structure are investigated. A molybdenum (Mo) source/drain electrode was deposited on an IZO layer and patterned by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)‐based etchants. Then, after etching the Mo layer, SF6 plasma with direct plasma mode was employed and optimized to improve the bias stress stability. Scanning electron microscopy and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis revealed that the etching residues were removed efficiently by the plasma treatment. The modified BCE‐ TFTs showed only threshold voltage shifts of 0.25 V and –0.20 V under positive/negative bias thermal stress (P/NBTS, VGS = ±30 V, VDS = 0 V and T = 60 °C) after 12 hours, respectively.
