The crystal structure of 3b‐acetoxy‐5a‐cholestan‐6‐one‐semicarbazone (C30H51O3N3) has been determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with cell parameters a = 11.641(1), b = 16.552(1) c = 31.181(4) Å and Z = 8. The structure has been refined to an R‐value of 0.050 for 4407 observed reflections. Two molecules in the asymmetric unit have been observed. In both the crystallographically independent molecules, all the three six‐membered rings (A, B and C ) of steroid nucleus exist in chair conformation, while the five‐ membered ring D exists in 13β distorted‐envelope in molecule‐I and 13β, 14α half‐chair conformation in molecule‐II. Three intermolecular N‐H … O hydrogen bonds have been observed.  相似文献

For a primitive stochastic matrix S, upper bounds on the second largest modulus of an eigenvalue of S are very important, because they determine the asymptotic rate of convergence of the sequence of powers of the corresponding matrix. In this paper, we introduce the definition of the scrambling index for a primitive digraph. The scrambling index of a primitive digraph D is the smallest positive integer k such that for every pair of vertices u and v, there is a vertex w such that we can get to w from u and v in D by directed walks of length k; it is denoted by k(D). We investigate the scrambling index for primitive digraphs, and give an upper bound on the scrambling index of a primitive digraph in terms of the order and the girth of the digraph. By doing so we provide an attainable upper bound on the second largest modulus of eigenvalues of a primitive matrix that make use of the scrambling index.  相似文献

A 45 kb DNA sequencing analysis from Streptomyces hygroscopicus 5008 involved in validamycin A (VAL-A) biosynthesis revealed 16 structural genes, 2 regulatory genes, 5 genes related transport, transposition/integration or tellurium resistance; another 4 genes had no obvious identity. The VAL-A biosynthetic pathway was proposed, with assignment of the required genetic functions confined to the sequenced region. A cluster of eight reassembled genes was found to support VAL-A synthesis in a heterologous host, S. lividans 1326. In vivo inactivation of the putative glycosyltransferase gene (valG) abolished the final attachment of glucose for VAL production and resulted in accumulation of the VAL-A precursor, validoxylamine, while the normal production of VAL-A could be restored by complementation with valG. The role of valG in the glycosylation of validoxylamine to VAL-A was demonstrated in vitro by enzymatic assay.  相似文献

The present work aims at the incorporation of control (or servo) constraints into finite–dimensional mechanical systems subject to holonomic constraints. In particular, we focus on underactuated systems, defined as systems in which the number of degrees of freedom exceeds the number of inputs. The corresponding equations of motion can be written in the form of differential–algebraic equations (DAEs) with a mixed set of holonomic and control constraints. Apart from closed–loop multibody systems, the present formulation accommodates the so–called rotationless formulation of multibody dynamics. To this end, we apply a specific projection method to the DAEs in terms of redundant coordinates. Miniaturization of electronic package leads to high heat density and heat accumulation in electronics device, resulting in short life time and premature failure of the device. Junction temperature and thermal resistance are the critical parameters that determine the thermal management and reliability in electronics cooling. Metal oxide field effect transistor (MOSFET) is an important semiconductor device for light emitting diode-integrated circuit (LED IC) driver application, and thermal management in MOSFET is a major challenge. In this study, investigations on thermal performance of MOSFET are performed for evaluating the junction temperature and thermal resistance. Suitable modifications in FR4 substrates are proposed by introducing thermal vias and copper layer coating to improve the thermal performance of MOSFET. Experiments are conducted using thermal transient tester (T3ster) at 2.0 A input current and ambient temperature varying from 25 ℃to 75 °C. The thermal parameters are measured for three proposed designs: FR4 with circular thermal vias, FR4 with single strip of copper layer and embedded vias, and FR4 with I-shaped copper layer, and compared with that of plain FR4 substrate. From the experimental results, FR4I-shaped shows promising results by 33.71% reduction in junction temperature and 54.19% reduction in thermal resistance. For elevated temperature, the relative increases in junction temperature and thermal resistance are lower for FR4I-shaped than those for other substrates considered. The introduction of thermal vias and copper layer plays a significant role in thermal performance.  相似文献

Sedoheptulose 7-phosphate cyclases are enzymes that utilize the pentose phosphate pathway intermediate, sedoheptulose 7-phosphate, to generate cyclic precursors of many bioactive natural products, such as the antidiabetic drug acarbose, the crop protectant validamycin, and the natural sunscreens mycosporine-like amino acids. These proteins are phylogenetically related to the dehydroquinate (DHQ) synthases from the shikimate pathway and are part of the more recently recognized superfamily of sugar phosphate cyclases, which includes DHQ synthases, aminoDHQ synthases, and 2-deoxy-scyllo-inosose synthases. Through genome mining and biochemical studies, we identified yet another subset of DHQS-like proteins in the actinomycete Actinosynnema mirum and the myxobacterium Stigmatella aurantiaca DW4/3-1. These enzymes catalyze the conversion of sedoheptulose 7-phosphate to 2-epi-valiolone, which is predicted to be an alternative precursor for aminocyclitol biosynthesis. Comparative bioinformatics and biochemical analyses of these proteins with 2-epi-5-epi-valiolone synthases (EEVS) and desmethyl-4-deoxygadusol synthases (DDGS) provided further insights into their genetic diversity, conserved amino acid sequences, and plausible catalytic mechanisms. The results further highlight the uniquely diverse DHQS-like sugar phosphate cyclases, which may provide new tools for chemoenzymatic, stereospecific synthesis of various cyclic molecules.  相似文献

Electrical conductivity and optical properties of polypyrrole-chitosan(PPy-CHI) conducting polymer composites have been investigated to determine the optical transition characteristics and energy band gap of composite films.The two electrode method and I-V characteristic technique were used to measure the conductivity of the PPy-CHI thin films,and the optical band gap was obtained from their ultraviolet absorption edges.Depending upon experimental parameter,the optical band gap(Eg) was found within 1.30-2.32 eV as estimated from optical absorption data.The band gap of the composite films decreased as the CHI content increased.The room temperature electrical conductivity of PPy-CHI thin films was found in the range of 5.84×10-7-15.25×10-7 S·cm-1 depending on the chitosan content.The thermogravimetry analysis(TGA) showed that the CHI can improve the thermal stability of PPy-CHI composite films.  相似文献

A mixedness-reactedness flamelet combustion model coupled with a comprehensive radiation heat transfer model based on the discrete transfer method of solution of the radiative transport equation is applied for the simulation of a 3 MW non-swirling turbulent non-premixed natural gas flame in the experimental furnace at the International Flame Research Foundation. In the calculation, turbulence is represented by the standard k − ε and a differential Reynolds-stress model. Predictions are compared with measurements of mean gas velocity, temperature, major species concentrations and incident radiation wall flux. The radiative mixedness-reactedness flamelet combustion model, irrespective of the model for turbulence, is able to reproduce the basic structure of the experimental flame, which is stabilised downstream of the burner nozzle. In the near burner region, encompassing the non-reacting lift-off zone, good quality predictions are obtained using both the turbulence models, whereas further downstream, within the combusting zone of the jet, the Reynolds-stress turbulence model generates better predictions at and about the furnace axis. The nitric oxide (NO) formation via the thermal- and prompt-NO routes was also calculated and compared with in-flame and flue-gas NO data. The measured NO level at the furnace exit is well reproduced in the calculation, however discrepancies exist near the burner where NO concentrations around the furnace axis are overpredicted.  相似文献

The embedding in SU(4)×SU(3)×SU(3) of the well studied gauge groups SU(4)×SU(2)×SU(2) and SU(3)×SU(3)×SU(3) naturally leads to family unification as opposed to simple family replication. An inescapable consequence is the predicted existence of (exotic) color singlet states that carry fractional electric charge. The corresponding magnetic monopoles carry multiple Dirac magnetic charge, can be relatively light (107–1013 GeV), and may be present in the galaxy not far below the Parker bound.  相似文献
