新高考方案下浙江省化学分类走班教学的研究

新高考方案给予学生更多学科选择权,同时也给化学学科带来了新的挑战。以化学教学为视角,在2014级学生实施分类走班教学的基础上,通过调查影响学生化学学考/选考的因素,探究新高考方案对化学教学的影响以及实践相应的教学策略。重点研究教学组织形式的改变、教学内容的重组融合、教学手段的多元互补、教学方式的选择优化、教学观念的更新发展。     

基于Ugi反应的新型鱼尼丁受体杀虫剂的设计、合成及生物活性

利用Ugi 反应设计合成了一系列未见文献报道的α-苯基-α-酰胺基-酰胺类化合物, 所有化合物均通过 ¹H NMR谱、元素分析和高分辨质谱表征确定. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 在浓度为200 mg/L时, 化合物7h对粘虫有一定抑制活性; 在浓度为50 mg/L时, 化合物7q对苹果轮纹病菌、化合物7e对小麦赤霉菌有一定的抑菌活性.     

Structure of aqueous sodium metaborate solutions: X-ray diffraction study

A structural analysis of aqueous sodium metaborate solutions (NaBo₂ · nH₂O, n = 10, 15, 20) at 298 ± 0.5 K by a rapid liquid ??-?? X-ray diffractometry with a highly effective X??celerator detector is reported in present paper. The radial distribution functions (RDF) and theoretical partial radial distribution functions for B-O, O-O, Na-O, Na-B, and Na-Na atom pairs were obtained from precisely diffraction data processing. Structure of aqueous sodium metaborate solutions was given through model calculation and described in three different items: hydrated sodium ion, hydrated metaborate ion and ion association. Effects of concentration on the structure of the solutions were discussed in detail. The mechanisms of ion aggregation and the formation of crystal nuclei in the solution are proposed. The results show that a clear picture of the structure of aqueous sodium metaborate solution has been acquired.     

正丁烷和异丁烷在改性纳米HZSM-5上的芳构化反应

用脉冲微反装置评价了正丁烷和异丁烷在氢型和锌改性的纳米ZSM-5催化剂上的反应活性和芳构化选择性.结果表明,在550℃下,异丁烷在氢型和不同锌负载量的纳米ZSM-5催化剂上的转化率都远高于正丁烷,但其芳构化选择性低于正丁烷.脱甲基活化是异丁烷和正丁烷的重要活化方式,也是影响其芳构化选择性的主要因素.锌改性在提高异丁烷和正丁烷转化率的同时,也促进了正丁烷和异丁烷的脱甲基活化.在混合丁烷进料反应的情况下,正丁烷和异丁烷的转化率与其单独进料时十分接近,这说明正丁烷和异丁烷共存时不会发生明显的竞争吸附和反应.纳米ZSM-5因晶粒度小,孔道短和微孔扩散阻力低而有利于异丁烷转化.     

A DNA crystal designed to contain two molecules per asymmetric unit

We describe the self-assembly of a DNA crystal that contains two tensegrity triangle molecules per asymmetric unit. We have used X-ray crystallography to determine its crystal structure. In addition, we have demonstrated control over the colors of the crystals by attaching either Cy3 dye (pink) or Cy5 dye (blue-green) to the components of the crystal, yielding crystals of corresponding colors. Attaching the pair of dyes to the pair of molecules yields a purple crystal.     

Surface modification of PDMS by surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization of water-soluble dendronized PEG methacrylate

The current paper reports the synthesis of a highly hydrophilic, antifouling dendronized poly(3,4,5-tris(2-(2-(2-hydroxylethoxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)benzyl methacrylate) (PolyPEG) brush using surface initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-ATRP) on PDMS substrates. The PDMS substrates were first oxidized in H₂SO₄/H₂O₂ solution to transform the Si-CH₃ groups on their surfaces into Si-OH groups. Subsequently, a surface initiator for ATRP was immobilized onto the PDMS surface, and PolyPEG was finally grafted onto the PDMS surface via copper-mediated ATRP. Various characterization techniques, including contact angle measurements, attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, were used to ascertain the successful grafting of the PolyPEG brush onto the PDMS surface. Furthermore, the wettability and stability of the PDMS-PolyPEG surface were examined by contact angle measurements. Anti-adhesion properties were investigated via protein adsorption, as well as bacterial and cell adhesion studies. The results suggest that the PDMS-PolyPEG surface exhibited durable wettability and stability, as well as significantly anti-adhesion properties, compared with native PDMS surfaces. Additionally, our results present possible uses for the PDMS-PolyPEG surface as adhesion barriers and anti-fouling or functional surfaces in biomedical applications.     

A new ent-labdane eiterpenoid lactone from Andrographis paniculata

A new ent-labdane diterpenoid lactone with a new natural product was isolated from Andrographis paniculata. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral evidences including 2D NMR.     

硅溶胶-硅微粉对层状托贝莫来石物化性质的影响

以硅溶胶和硅微粉为混合硅源,采用动态水热合成法成功制备了层状托贝莫来石催化剂,借助XRD、BET和NH3/CO2-TPD等手段对托贝莫来石进行分析表征,研究了不同硅源比例对托贝莫来石晶相结构、比表面积、孔结构性质及表面酸碱性质的影响.结果 表明:随非晶态硅溶胶占比增大,托贝莫来石比表面积和孔容呈逐渐增大趋势,但结晶度和表面酸碱量及弱酸弱碱强度逐渐下降.硅溶胶占比增至20;,托贝莫来石结晶度由81.65;下降至73.66;,总酸量由0.18 mmol·g-1降至0.14 mmol·g-1,总碱量由0.47 mmol·g-1降至0.40 mmol·g-1,比表面积由65 m2·g-1增至174 m2·g-1,孔容由0.15cm3·g-1增至0.60 cm3·g-1,出现介孔-大孔特征;硅溶胶占比增至30;,制得托贝莫来石产物出现少量SiO2晶相.     

夏季东亚副热带反气旋进退活动的非线性机理讨论

采用三维强迫耗散非线性动力学模式,结合夏季东亚副热带地区实际的环流结构和天气特征,对东亚上空副热带反气旋的活动进行了研究和探讨,导出了系统稳定性的位涡拟能判据并据此进行了分析和讨论·所得判据可为分析和预报夏季东亚上空副热带高压的进退变化及相应的东亚天气提供参考依据·     

一种易于硬件实现的图像有损压缩算法

原始图像数据经过小波变换后,根据子带系数之间在空间上和方向上所呈现出的带间相似性,将像素集合重新定义为集合树。通过对直流系数量化编码和交流系数比特深度编码中的参数K和熵编码中长度分别为3bit码字（choicel）和4bit码字（choice2）的编码方式的选择实现数据的渐进性编码,使产生的码流具有内嵌特性,可以对任意码流进行截取和译码,实现对码率的有效控制。提出了一种具有复杂度低、易于硬件实现的图像有损压缩算法。经过系统仿真证明此算法有利于提高重建图像的质量。
