Carbene transfer to appropriate substrates is a highly versatile tool for the construction of carbon frameworks with increased functional and structural complexity. In this study, some novel cyclopropane derivatives were synthesized via carbenoid reactions and their further reactivities were investigated. (1E)‐Buta‐1,3‐dien‐1‐yl acetate was reacted with four different diazocarbonyl compounds, ethyl diazoacetate, dimethyl diazomalonate, 1‐diazo‐1‐phenylpropan‐2‐one, and methyl (3E)‐2‐diazo‐4‐phenylbut‐3‐enoate, in the presence of two catalysts. All synthesized substituted cyclopropanes were obtained chemoselectively with respect to less‐hindered C?C bonds. Under the applied conditions, while cyclopropanes 7a and 7d underwent further reactions, cyclopropanes 7b and 7c were stable enough. Cyclopropanes 7a and an additional equivalent of ethyl diazoacetate yielded polyfunctionalized cyclohexenes. Cyclopropanes from methyl (3E)‐2‐diazo‐4‐phenylbut‐3‐enoate yielded polyfunctionalyzed cycloheptadiene isomers by Cope rearrangement.  相似文献

In this work, we demonstrate an integrated sensor combining a grating-coupled plasmon resonance surface with a planar photodiode. Plasmon enhanced transmission is employed as a sensitive refractive index (RI) sensing mechanism. Enhanced transmission of light is monitored via the integrated photodiode by tuning the angle of incidence of a collimated beam near the sharp plasmon resonance condition. Slight changes of the effective refractive index (RI) shift the resonance angle, resulting in a change in the photocurrent. Owing to the planar sensing mechanism, the design permits a high areal density of sensing spots. In the design, absence of holes that facilitate resonant transmission of light, allows an easy-to-implement fabrication procedure and relative insensitivity to fabrication errors. Theoretical and experimental results agree well. An equivalent long-term RI noise of 6.3 × 10(-6) RIU/√Hz is obtained by using an 8 mW He-Ne laser, compared to a shot-noise limited theoretical sensitivity of 5.61 × 10(-9) RIU/√Hz. The device features full benefits of grating-coupled plasmon resonance, such as enhancement of sensitivity for non-zero azimuthal angle of incidence. Further sensitivity enhancement using balanced detection and optimal plasmon coupling conditions are discussed.  相似文献

Poly(2-(2,5-di(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl) (SNS) acetic acid) was electrochemically deposited on graphite electrodes and functionalized with lysine (Lys) amino acid and poly(amidoamine) derivatives (PAMAM?G2 and PAMAM?G4) to investigate their matrix properties for biosensor applications. Glucose oxidase (GOx) was immobilized onto the modified surface as the model enzyme. X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used to report the surface properties of the matrices in each step of the biosensor construction. The biosensors were characterized in terms of their operational and storage stabilities and the kinetic parameters (K and I(max)). Three new glucose biosensors revealed good stability, featuring low detection limits (19.0 μM, 3.47 μM and 2.93 μM for lysine-, PAMAM?G2- and PAMAM?G4-functionalized electrodes, respectively) and prolonged the shelf lives (4, 5, and 6 weeks for Lys-, PAMAM?G2- and PAMAM?G4-modified electrodes, respectively). The proposed biosensors were tested for glucose detection on real human blood serum samples.  相似文献

The mixed spin-1/2 and spin-1 Ising model on the Bethe lattice with both uniaxial as well as biaxial single-ion anisotropy terms is solved exactly by combining star-triangle and triangle-star mapping transformations with exact recursion relations. Magnetic properties (magnetization, phase diagrams, and compensation phenomenon) are investigated in detail. Particular attention is focused on the effect of uniaxial and biaxial single-ion anisotropies that basically influence the magnetic behavior of the spin-1 atoms.   相似文献

Surface functionalization plays a crucial role in the design of biosensors. For this purpose, a novel functional monomer, 6‐(4,7‐bis(2,3‐dihydrothieno[3,4‐b][1,4]dioxin‐5‐yl)‐2H‐benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol‐2‐yl)hexan‐1‐amine (BEDOA‐6), was designed and synthesized. Poly(BEDOA‐6) was utilized as an immobilization matrix for glucose oxidase biosensor construction. Moreover, polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) layered silicate nanocomposites were prepared by in situ suspension polymerization. Conducting polymer surface was modified with PMMA/clay nanocomposite material and a glucose biosensor was developed. In addition, XPS and SEM were utilized to characterize the surface properties. The biosensor shows a wide linear range between 2.8 µM and 1.2 mM to glucose with a low detection limit of 1.99 µM. Finally, the biosensor was tested on serum samples containing actual human blood. The results were in well‐agreement with a reference method.  相似文献

In this article, we derive a solution for a linear stochastic model on a complex time domain. In this type of models, the time domain can be any collection of points along the real number line, so these models are suitable for problems where events do not occur at evenly-spaced time intervals. We present examples based on well-known results from economics and finance to illustrate how our model generalizes and extends conventional dynamic models.  相似文献
