A heterogeneous magnetic copper catalyst was prepared via anchoring of copper sulfate onto multi‐layered poly(2‐dimethylaminoethyl acrylamide)‐coated magnetic nanoparticles and was characterized using various techniques. The catalyst was found to be active, effective and selective for one‐pot three‐component reaction of alkyl halide, sodium azide and alkyne, known as copper‐catalyzed click synthesis of 1,2,3‐triazoles. As little as 0.3 mol% of catalyst was found to be effective under the optimum conditions. The catalyst could also be recycled and reused up to seven times without significant loss of activity. Thermal stability, high loading level of copper on catalyst, broad diversity of alkyl/benzyl/allyl bromide/chloride and alkyl/aryl terminal alkynes without isolation of azide intermediate, and good to excellent yields of products make this procedure highly economical. An investigation employing the ab initio molecular orbital (MO) and density functional theory (DFT) methods to calculate structural optimization and conformational interconversion pathways for the two diastereoisomeric forms, (±) and meso configurations of 1,3,7,9-tetraphospha-cyclododeca-1,2,7,8-tetraene (1) was undertaken. Two axial symmetrical conformations are found for (±)-1 configuration. (±)-1-TB axial symmetrical form is found to be about 0.35 and 0.99 kcal mol?1 more stable than (±)-1-Crown axial symmetrical conformation, as calculated by HF/6-31G*//HF/6-31G* and B3LYP/6-31G*//HF/6-31G* levels of theory, respectively. The unsymmetrical meso-1-TBCC form is found to be the most stable geometry, among the various conformations of meso-1 configuration. HF/6-31G*//HF/6-31G* and B3LYP/6-31G*//HF/6-31G* results showed that between the two most stable conformations of (±) and meso configurations, (±)-1-TB is more stable than meso-1-TBCC by about 3.35 and 2.43 kcal mol?1, respectively. In addition, MP2/6-31G* and B3LYP/6-311+G** results showed that the (±)-1-TB form is about 1.10 and 2.36 kcal mol?1 more stable than the meso-1-TBCC form. Further, NBO results revealed that in the most stable form of meso configuration (meso-1-TBCC), the sum of the π* allenic antibonding orbital occupancies (Σ π *occupancy) is greater than dl configuration ((±)-1-TB). Also, NBO results indicated that in the (±)-1-TB conformer, the sum of σ and π allenic moieties bonding orbital deviations (Σ σ dev+Σ π dev) from their normal values, is lower than in the meso-1-TBCC form. 相似文献

A simple coprecipitation method was used for preparation of monoclinic nanostructured NiWO4 from an aqueous solution at a fixed pH and temperature of 7.0 and 80 °C, respectively. The prepared material was characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy, and electrochemical measurements. Nano-NiWO4 was incorporated into a carbon paste electrode and by means of cyclic voltammetry; the electrochemical behavior of methylene blue on the surface of nano-NiWO4 was investigated. A mechanism on terms of obtained cyclic voltammograms showing one reduction peak and two sequential oxidation peaks was suggested by emphasizing on the stabilizing role of nano-NiWO4 for semi-methylene blue. In this study, a method of dispersive liquid phase microextraction combined with the flame atomic absorption spectrometry was proposed for the determination of trace Hg using diphenylthiocarbazone as chelating reagent. Several factors which have effect on the microextraction efficiency of Hg, such as pH, extraction and dispersive solvent type and their volume, concentration of the chelating agent, extraction time were investigated, and the optimized experimental conditions were established. After extraction, the enrichment factor was 68. The detection limit of the method was 45 ng mL?1, and the relative standard deviation for eight determinations of 2 μg mL?1 Hg was 1.7%. The results for the determination of Hg in environmental water samples (tap water, well water, mineral water and Caspian sea water) have demonstrated the applicability of the proposed method. 相似文献

This work proposes a new, rapid and simple homogeneous liquid–liquid microextraction via flotation assistance technique for the analysis of six organochlorine pesticides in water samples. A special extraction cell was used to facilitate collection of the low-density solvent extract. No centrifugation was required in this procedure. Determination was carried using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. The water sample solution was then added into the extraction cell containing appropriate mixture of extract and homogeneous solvents. In the first step, a homogeneous solution and then with the continuation of water sample injection, a cloudy solution was formed. Using air flotation, the organic solution was collected at the conical part of the designed cell. The optimized levels of effective parameters were found based on response surface methodology approach. Applying the optimized conditions to the system understudy, the limits of detection of all target analytes were obtained in the range of 1.4–7 ng mL?1, while the precisions were found to be in the range of 11.08–14.87 (RSD, n = 3). The linearity of the method lay in the range of 10–150 ng mL?1 with the coefficients of correlation (r 2 ) ranging from 0.998 to 0.999. 相似文献

Lipases are one of the highest value commercial enzymes as they have broad applications in detergent, food, pharmaceutical, and dairy industries. To provide chimeric Bacillus thermocatenulatus lipase (BTL2), the completely conserved pentapeptide (112Ala-His-Ser-Gln-Gly116) was replaced with similar sequences (207Gly-Glu-Ser-Ala-Gly211) of Candida rugosa lipase (CLR) at the nucleophilic elbow region. For this purpose, three mutations including A112G, H113E, and Q115A were inserted in the conserved pentapeptide sequence of btl2 gene. Based on the crystal structures of 2W22, the best structure of opened form of the chimeric lipases were garnered using the MODELLER v9.10 software. The native and chimeric lipases were docked to a set of ligands, and a trial version of Molegro Virtual Docker (MVD) software was used to obtain the energy values. Docking results confirmed chimeric lipase to be better than the native lipase. Following the in silico study, cloning experiments were conducted and expression of native and chimeric btl2 gene in Pichia pastoris was performed. The native and chimeric lipases were purified, and the effect of these mutations on characteristics of chimeric lipase studied and then compared with those of native lipase. Chimeric lipase exhibited 1.6-fold higher activity than the native lipase at 55 °C. The highest percentage of both lipases activity was observed at 60 °C and pH of 8.0. The ion Ca2+ slightly inhibited the activity of both lipases, whereas the organic solvent enhanced the lipase stability of chimeric lipase as compared with the native lipase. According to the results, the presence of two glycine residues at the conserved pentapeptide region of this chimeric lipase (112 Gly-Glu-Ser-Ala-Gly 116) may increase the flexibility of the nucleophilic elbow region and affect the enzyme activity level. 相似文献

Polymer light-emitting devices were fabricated utilizing plasma polymerized thin films as emissive layers. These conjugated polymer films were prepared by RF plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition using naphthalene as monomer. The effect of different applied powers on the chemical structure and optical properties of the conjugated polymers was investigated. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopies confirmed that a conjugated polymer film with a 3-D cross-linked network was developed. By increasing the power, products tended to form as highly cross-linked polymer films. The fabricated devices showed broadband Electroluminescence (EL) emission peaks with center at 535–550 nm. Photoluminescence (PL) spectra of plasma polymers showed different excimeric emissions, resulted from crosslinked architecture. As the plasma power increased, the optical properties showed two different domains; up to 200 W, EL, PL and UV–Vis spectra red-shifted and broadened significantly. At higher powers, a reverse behavior was observed. Also, the relation between the film structure and plasma species was investigated using optical emission spectroscopy. 相似文献
