The hydrosilylation reaction of octa(hydrido)silsesquioxane with ω‐halo‐1‐alkenes and other unsaturated substrates allows attachment of 8 long‐chain functionalized alkyls on the cubic Si8O12 skeleton. Pt/C and H2PtCl6 have been adopted as the catalysts, the yields being 74–98% for compounds 2–9 . For terminal alkenes, the hydrosilylation follows the anti‐Markonikov's rule. The morphological state of 2–9 ranges from viscous liquid to crystalline materials. The pyrolysis results indicate that 7 , a material of hard spherical core and soft flexible shell, may likely act as nanometer‐size ball bearings up to more than 400 °C. The X‐ray structure of 9 reveals that the molecule is required to possess a center of symmetry crystallographically. The linear arms on 9 , except for two of them, are virtually all‐trans in conformation, not counting the ω‐C‐Cl bond.  相似文献

A new asterosaponin named novaeguinoside A, along with a known saponin, asteronyl pentaglycoside sulfate, was isolated from the starfish Culcita novaeguineae. The new compound was identitied to be sodium 6α-O-{β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl}-5α-pregn-9(11)-en-20-one-3β-yl-sulfate by extensive spectral analysis and chemical evidence.  相似文献

CE conditions for monitoring the unsaturated disaccharides of hyaluronic acid (di-HA) and chondroitin sulfate (di-CS) using an alkaline tetraborate buffer, electrokinetic sample injection, and UV absorption detection at 232 nm are reported. Separations were performed in an uncoated fused-silica capillary having reversed polarity and reversed electroosmosis generated with the addition of CTAB to the buffer. The influence of various separation parameters, including the concentration of CTAB, buffer pH, concentration of tetraborate, and applied voltage, on the resolution of the two disaccharides was investigated. Baseline separation was obtained with 25 mM tetraborate at pH 10.0 and having 0.05 mM CTAB. Chloride and phosphate in the sample are beneficial for the stacking of the disaccharides, with di-HA forming a much sharper peak than di-CS. Using samples prepared in 25 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) and electrokinetic injection at the cathode at -10 kV for 40 s, linear relationships between the corrected peak area and the concentration of the disaccharides have been found in the ranges of 1.0-400.0 and 0.1-1.0 microg/mL (0.2-1.0 microg/mL for di-CS), with correlation coefficients being >0.9933 in all cases. The RSDs of detection times and corrected peak areas were between 1.13-1.24 and 1.57-2.13%, respectively. Applied to human serum samples that were prepared by ethanol precipitation and depolymerization of the two polysaccharides with chondroitinase ABC reveals comigration of endogenous compounds with di-HA and a sample-dependent detection time. The di-HA content in the serum sample can be estimated via subtraction of the blank peak that is obtained without enzymatic hydrolysis.  相似文献

用XRD、EXAFS、XPS表征了共沉淀法制备的CuO-ZrO2复合氧化物的分散态结构. 500 ℃焙烧的样品在一定组成范围内形成大体均匀的无定形态固溶体. CuO含量超过其在ZrO2中溶解度时,多余的CuO以CuO晶体形式存在;当ZrO2含量超过其在CuO中溶解度时,多余的ZrO2以四方相ZrO2晶体形式存在.焙烧温度达到800 ℃时,样品由单斜相ZrO2和CuO晶体组成.  相似文献

本实验利用GC-MS分析技术对马齿苋全草及其籽中的脂肪酸(以甲酯的形式)进行了分析,共鉴定出8种脂肪酸。全草中以亚麻酸(47.16%)、亚油酸(22.00%)及棕榈酸(17.4%)为主,籽中以亚油酸(45.86%)及亚麻酸(30.61%)为主。  相似文献

X‐ray reflectivity has been used to determine the mass uptake of probe molecules in porous thin films supported on thick silicon wafers. The adsorption occurs by capillary condensation when the films are exposed to probe vapor at controlled partial vapor pressures. The probe solvent partial pressure was varied by mixing saturated air and dry air at constant temperature or by changing sample temperature at a constant vapor concentration. Pore size distribution in the films can be calculated from the probe uptake with typical porosimetric approaches such as the application of the Kelvin equation to convert partial pressure into pore size. For illustration, the pore size distribution of three different nanoporous thin films, the primary candidate of ultra‐low‐k interlevel dielectrics in the next generation of integrated circuit chips, was determined with this technique. 在0.5 mol/L H2SO4底液中,用碳糊电极阳极伏安法测定盐酸氨溴索,被测的阳极峰电位为1.10V(vs.SCE),另外,在0.46V处还产生一对可逆的氧化还原峰。1.10 V处的峰电流与盐酸氨溴索的浓度在3.98×10~(-7)~6.34 × 10~(-5)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,该方法的检出下限为3.0 × 10~(-8)mol/L。用标准加入法测得回收率范围为92.8%~102%,RSD为2.9%(n=10)。对电极响应机理进行了初步探讨,氨溴索在1.10 V处的氧化为不可逆过程,其氧化产物在0.460V处产生一对2电子2质子受扩散控制的可逆波,用该波也可进行定量测定并且干扰较少,但灵敏度略低。  相似文献

Glutathione (GSH) and glutathione disulfide (GSSG) levels in cells constitute a thiol redox system. They can be used as an indicator of oxidative stress of the cell. In this study, a capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) method is described that enables quantitation of GSH and GSSG from cellular extracts. The CZE buffer used was 20 mM ammonium acetate containing 5% (v/v) acetic acid at pH 3.1 in conjunction with a polybrene coated capillary operated in reverse polarity mode. Effects of different acids used to prepare cell samples were investigated on CZE performance. The acids include meta phosphoric acid (MPA), trichloroacetic acid (TCA), phosphoric acid (PA) and sulfosalicylic acid (SSA) and are used to stabilize GSH and GSSG before performing CZE analysis. The method features a limit of detection of 4 microM and a limit of quantitation of 12 microM for both GSSG and GSH and recoveries of 94% for GSH and 100% for GSSG. Quantitative analysis of GSSG and GSH in HaCaT cell extracts (5% SSA, w/v) was performed with this method and changes in the ratio of GSH to GSSG in N-ethylmaleimide treated cell sample was observed by comparing with control cell samples.  相似文献

六甲基环三硅氧烷(D_3)在为催化剂,二甲亚砜为促进剂的情况下聚合,得到了分子量分布窄且没有大环体的聚二甲基硅氧烷。本文指出了反应溶液中溶解的氧会降低催化剂的活性。在除去了溶液中的氧以后,聚合反应速度大为加快,D_3转化率几乎达100%,而且得到的聚合物是活性高分子,可以继续进行聚合。同时还研究了在除氧以后D_3非平衡聚合反应的特点。  相似文献
