We present the synthesis of highly crystalline metallic rhenium trioxide (ReO3) nanowires via a simple physical vapor transport at 300 °C for the first time. Based on HRTEM, the ReO3 nanowires exhibit a core of perfect cubic perovskite‐type single crystal structure with a shell of thin amorphous and disordered structures of less than 2 nm in the near surface layers. Possibly this is due to proton intercalation induced by the surface reaction of single crystal ReO3 with water.

We study 10D super Yang–Mills theory with the gauge groups E 6, E 7 and E 8. We consider the torus/orbifold compactification with magnetic fluxes and Wilson lines. Design and scaling of the NEMory cell have been discussed. Based on analytical simulation using a simple parallel-plate approximation, scaling guideline is derived in terms of pull-in, release voltage, pull-in time and release time. It has been proved that beam length is the most dominant factor which increases operating voltage with scaling-down. Using a sample of 152 x 10(6) BB pairs accumulated with the Belle detector at the KEKB e+e- collider, we study the decay mechanism of three-body charmed decay B- --> Lambdac+ ppi-. The intermediate two-body decay B--->Sigmac (2455)0 p is observed for the first time with a branching fraction of (3.7 +/- 0.7 +/- 0.4 +/- 1.0) x 10(-5) and a statistical significance of 8.4sigma. We also observe a low-mass enhancement in the (Lambdac+p) system, which can be parametrized as a Breit-Wigner function with a mass of (3.35(-0.02)(+0.01) +/-0.02) GeV/c2 and a width of (0.07(-0.03)(+0.04) +/-0.04) GeV/c2. We measure its branching fraction to be (3.9(-0.7)(+0.8) +/- 0.4 +/- 1.0) x 10(-5) with a statistical significance of 6.2sigma. The errors are statistical, systematic, and that of the Lambdac+-->pK- pi+ decay branching fraction. 相似文献

Two cyclic diarylheptanoids, garugamblin-3 (1) and acerogenin L (2), isolated from the MeOH extract of the fruits of Alnus japonica Steud., inhibited human low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation in the thiobarbituric acid-reactive substance assay with IC50 values of 2.9 and 1.7 microM, respectively, and they also inhibited cell-mediated LDL oxidation more than five times more strongly than that of a well-known antioxidant, probucol, at a concentration of 10 microM. 1 had no effect on the anti-atherogenesis in low-density lipoprotein receptor- deficient mice. 相似文献

The near-infrared photoluminescence of monolayer-protected Au38 and Au140 clusters (MPCs) is intensified with exchange of nonpolar ligands by more polar thiolate ligands. The effect is general and includes as more polar in-coming ligands: thiophenolates with a variety of p-substituents; alkanethiolates omega-terminated by alcohol, acid, or quaternary ammonium groups; and thio-amino acids. Remarkably, place exchanges of the initial phenylethanethiolates on Au38 MPCs by p-substituted thiophenolates and thio-amino acids and of hexanethiolates on Au140 MPCs by omega-quaternary ammonium terminated undecylthiolates result in increases in the near-infrared (NIR) luminescence intensities that are linear with the number of new polar ligands. The increased intensities are systematically larger for thiophenolate ligands having more electron-withdrawing substituents. Analogous effects on intensities are observed in the NIR emission of Au140 MPCs upon place exchange of alkanethiolates with thiolates having short connecting alkanethiolate chains to quaternary ammonium and to omega-carboxylic acid termini, and with oxidative charging of the Au cores. The observations are consistent with sensitivity of the luminescence mechanism to any factor that enhances the electronic polarization of the bonds between the Au core atoms and their thiolate ligands. The luminescence is discussed in terms of a surface electronic excitation, as opposed to a core volume excitation. 相似文献

We develop a structure theory for decoherence-free subspaces and noiseless subsystems that applies to arbitrary (not necessarily unital) quantum operations. The theory can be alternatively phrased in terms of the superoperator perspective, or the algebraic noise commutant formalism. As an application, we propose a method for finding all such subspaces and subsystems for arbitrary quantum operations. We suggest that this work brings the fundamental passive technique for error correction in quantum computing an important step closer to practical realization. 相似文献

The radio frequency characteristics of Permalloy nanorods’ array have been examined by coplanar waveguide (CPW) cell. The Permalloy nanorods’ array was grown in anodic aluminum oxide porous templates with a diameter of 20 nm. As the Permalloy nanorods’ array was placed on CPW, the characteristic impedances of the CPW were changed from 50 to at 1 GHz. The magnitude of inductance was decreased from 3 GHz and the capacitance was increased up to twice in comparison with that of CPW. The signal attenuations were abruptly increased over 1 GHz. The propagation wavelengths due to the insertion of Permalloy nanorods’ array were decreased about 30% at 1 GHz in comparison with that of CPW without magnetic materials. 相似文献
