The structure of the title compound, [Ni(ths)(bbip)(dmf)]·­H2O [ths is thio­sulfate, S2O3; bbip is 2,6‐bis(1H‐benz­imidazol‐2‐yl)­pyridine, C21H13N5; and dmf is di­methyl­form­amide, C3H7NO], is monomeric, with the nickel ion octahe­drally surrounded by an N,N′,N′′‐tridentate bbip mol­ecule, an S,O‐bidentate ths mol­ecule and an O‐monodentate dmf mol­ecule. The H atoms of the hydration water mol­ecule and the amino groups of bbip are involved in hydrogen bonding and determine a spatial organization of broad layers parallel to (001), which are connected by weak interactions.  相似文献

Electrokinetic chromatography (EKC) allows the separation of closely related substances by the detection of fine effects in analyte-separation system interactions. With the goal of understanding the fine effects involved in separation using a dual cyclodextrin-microemulsion EKC system, an integrated study of NMR and molecular modeling was carried out. The above dual cyclodextrin-microemulsion system was previously used in the separation of clemastine and its related substances and was prepared by the addition of methyl-β-cyclodextrin (MβCD) and heptakis(2,6-di-O-methyl)-β-cyclodextrin (DMβCD) to an oil-in-water microemulsion. The use of DMβCD was shown to be essential in the separation of clemastine from one of its related substance (I(B) ). A molecular modeling study allowed the different affinities of clemastine and I(B) for the two cyclodextrins to be explained. Furthermore, rotating-frame Overhauser effect spectroscopy NMR experiments clearly indicated that besides the primary pseudostationary phase, namely the ionic microemulsion, cyclodextrins acted as a secondary pseudostationary phase. In addition, it was shown that inclusion complexation of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) monomers into the cyclodextrins cavity occurs; differently, the oil (n-heptane) used in the preparation of microemulsion system resulted to be not included into the macrocycle cavity. These experimental results were supported by molecular modeling, which highlighted the preferential inclusion of SDS into DMβCD. On the basis of these results, it was confirmed that, besides its primary role as the ionic carrier in EKC, SDS is involved in inclusion equilibria toward CDs, which can be effective in increasing the system selectivity.  相似文献

A fast liquid chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-TOFMS) method has been developed for simultaneous quantitative multiclass determination of residues of selected antibiotics and other veterinary drugs (benzalkonium chloride, ethoxyquin, leucomalachite green (LMG), malachite green (MG), mebendazole, sulfadiazine, sulfadimethoxine, sulfamethazine, sulfamethizole, sulfanilamide, sulfapyridine, sulfathiazole and trimethoprim) in shrimps. Different sample treatment methodologies were tested for the extraction of the targeted species based on either liquid partitioning with different solvents, solid-phase extraction or and matrix solid-phase dispersion. The final selected extraction method consisted of solid-liquid extraction protocol using acetonitrile as solvent followed by a clean-up step with primary secondary amine (QuEChERS). Recovery rates for the extraction of the selected multiclass chemicals were in the range 58-133%. Subsequent identification, confirmation and quantitation were carried out by LC-TOFMS analysis using a reverse-phase C18 column with 1.8 μm particle size. The confirmation of the target species was based on accurate mass measurements of the protonated molecules ([M+H]+) and their fragment ions, obtaining routine accuracy errors lower than 2 ppm in most cases. The optimized LC-TOFMS method displayed excellent sensitivity for the studied analytes, with limits of detection (LODs) in the range 0.06-7 μg kg−1. Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of 12 shrimp samples collected from different supermarkets, showing the potential applicability of the method for ultratrace detection of these chemicals in such complex matrix.  相似文献

Acetaminophen (paracetamol) is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic drug that is safe at therapeutic doses. However, acetaminophen overdose can be fatal. Currently, the only treatment available is the N-acetyl cysteine. The diterpene kaurenoic acid (ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid, KA) is the major constituent of Sphagneticola trilobata (L.) Pruski. KA presents anti-inflammatory, anti-nociceptive and antioxidant properties. In this study, we evaluated the efficacy of KA in a model of acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity. KA increased, in a dose-dependent manner, the survival rate after acetaminophen overdose. KA reduced acetaminophen-induced hepatic necrosis and ALT and AST levels. KA decreased acetaminophen-induced neutrophil and macrophage recruitment, oxidative stress and the production of IL-33, TNF-α and IL-1β, alongside with normalisation of IL-10 levels in the liver. Therefore, KA showed preclinical efficacy in acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity and lethality.  相似文献

Prolonged (weeks) UV/Vis irradiation under Ar of UiO‐66(Zr), UiO66 Zr‐NO2, MIL101 Fe, MIL125 Ti‐NH2, MIL101 Cr and MIL101 Cr(Pt) shows that these MOFs undergo photodecarboxylation of benzenedicarboxylate (BDC) linker in a significant percentage depending on the structure and composition of the material. Routine characterization techniques such as XRD, UV/Vis spectroscopy and TGA fail to detect changes in the material, although porosity and surface area change upon irradiation of powders. In contrast to BCD‐containing MOFs, zeolitic imidazolate ZIF‐8 does not evolve CO2 or any other gas upon irradiation.  相似文献

Time‐resolved pump–probe gas‐phase X‐ray scattering signals, extrapolated to zero momentum transfer, provide a measure of the number of electrons in a system, an effect that arises from the coherent addition of elastic scattering from the electrons. This allows to identify reactive transients and determine the chemical reaction kinetics without the need for extensive scattering simulations or complicated inversion of scattering data. We examine the photodissociation reaction of trimethylamine and identify two reaction paths upon excitation to the 3p state at 200 nm: a fast dissociation path out of the 3p state to the dimethyl amine radical (16.6±1.2 %) and a slower dissociation via internal conversion to the 3s state (83.4±1.2 %). The time constants for the two reactions are 640±130 fs and 74±6 ps, respectively. Additionally, it is found that the transient dimethyl amine radical has a N?C bond length of 1.45±0.02 Å and a C?N?C bond angle of 118°±4°.  相似文献

Fluorescence spectroscopy was used to characterize inclusion compounds between 4-amino-1,8-naphthalimides (ANI) derivatives and different cyclodextrins (CDs). The ANI derivatives employed were N-(12-aminododecyl)-4-amino-1,8-naphthalimide (mono-C12ANI) and N,N′-(1,12-dodecanediyl)bis-4-amino-1,8-naphthalimide (bis-C12ANI). The CDs used here were α-CD, β-CD, γ-CD, HP-α-CD, HP-β-CD and HP-γ-CD. The presence of CDs resulted in pronounced blue-shifts in the emission spectra of the ANI derivatives, with increases in emission intensity. This behavior was parallel to that observed for the dyes in apolar solvents, indicating that inclusion complexes were formed between the ANI and the CDs. Mono-C12ANI formed inclusion complexes of 1:1 stoichiometry with all the CDs studied. Complexes with the larger CDs (HP-β-CD, HP-γ-CD and γ-CD) were formed by inclusion of the chromophoric ANI ring system, whereas the smaller CDs (α-CD, HP-α-CD and β-CD) formed complexes with mono-C12ANI by inclusion of the dodecyl chain. Bis-C12ANI formed inclusion complexes of 1:2 stoichiometry with HP-β-CD, HP-γ-CD and γ-CD, but did not form inclusion complexes with α-CD, HP-α-CD and β-CD. The data were treated in the case of the large CDs using a Benesi-Hildebrand like equation, giving the following equilibrium constants: mono-C12ANI:HP-β-CD (K 11 = 50 M?1), mono-C12ANI:HP-γ-CD (K 11 = 180 M?1), bis-C12ANI:HP-β-CD (K 12 = 146 M?2), bis-C12ANI:HP-γ-CD (K 12 = 280 M?2).  相似文献

1H and 13C nmr spectra of several N‐ and C‐substituted carbazoles (Series 1, 2, 3 and 4) were measured. Correlations between chemical shifts and substituent constants show that these parameters describe properly the substituent effect on the nmr phenomena. Atomic charge densities for carbazoles of Series 1, 2, 3 and 4 were calculated by using the semi empirical PM3 method. These values also show a linear correlation with the 13C chemical shifts. The synthesis of several carbazole derivatives 1a – 1g, 2a – 2g, 3a – 3j and 4a – 4g have been carried out according to literature procedures. The carbazoles 3i, 3j and 4c have been synthesized and fully characterized for the first time.  相似文献

In the title complex of zinc(II) with 3,4,7,8‐tetra­methyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (tmph), viz. [Zn(C16H16N2)(H2O)4](S2O3), the metal atom has a monomeric octahedral ZnN2O4 complex environment comprising two N‐atom donors from the tmph group and four aqua O‐atom donors. The complex cation is connected to four thio­sulfate anions through a compact hydrogen‐bonding network involving all coordinated aqua H‐atom donors and all the outer acceptors (O and S) of the anion.  相似文献

Catalysis of the beta-elimination reaction of N-[2-(4-pyridyl)ethyl]quinuclidinium (1) and N-[2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl]quinuclidinium (2) by Zn(2+) and Cd(2+) in OH(-)/H(2)O (pH = 5.20-6.35, 50 degrees C, and mu = 1 M KCl) has been studied. In the presence of Zn(2+), the elimination reactions of both isomers occur from the Zn(2+)-complexed substrates (C). The equilibrium constants for the dissociation of the Zn(2+)-complexes are as follows: K(d) = 0.012 +/- 0.003 M (isomer 1) and K(d) = 0.065 +/- 0.020 M (isomer 2). The value of k(C)(H2O) for isomer 1 is 4.81 x 10(-6) s(-1). For isomer 2 both the rate constants for the "water" and OH(-)-induced reaction of the Zn(2+)-complexed substrate could be measured, despite the low concentration of OH(-) in the investigated reaction mixture [k(C)H2O)= 1.97 x 10(-6) s(-1) and k(C)(OH-)= 21.9 M(-1) s(-1), respectively]. The measured metal activating factor (MetAF), i.e., the reactivity ratio between the complexed and the uncomplexed substrate, is 8.1 x 10(4) for the OH(-)-induced elimination of 2. This high MetAF can be compared with the corresponding proton activating factor (Alunni, S.; Conti, A.; Palmizio Errico, R. J. Chem. Soc., Perkin Trans. 2 2000, 453), PAF = 1.5 x 10(6) and is in agreement with an E1cb irreversible mechanism (A(xh)D(E)* + D(N)) (Guthrie, R. D.; Jencks, W. P. Acc. Chem. Res. 1989, 22, 343). A value of k(C)(H2O)>or= 23 x 10(-7) s(-1) is estimated for the Cd(2+)-complexed isomer 2, while catalysis by Cd(2+) has not been observed for isomer 1.  相似文献
