We analyze Chiodo’s formulas for the Chern classes related to the r-th roots of the suitably twisted integer powers of the canonical class on the moduli space of curves. The intersection numbers of these classes with \(\psi \)-classes are reproduced via the Chekhov–Eynard–Orantin topological recursion. As an application, we prove that the Johnson-Pandharipande-Tseng formula for the orbifold Hurwitz numbers is equivalent to the topological recursion for the orbifold Hurwitz numbers. In particular, this gives a new proof of the topological recursion for the orbifold Hurwitz numbers.  相似文献

Theoretical predictions and experimental observations show that a weak harmonic seed beam can control the process of generating multiple quadratic solitons in periodically poled KTiOPO4 by inputting only a fundamental beam. In order to find the origin of photoemission and increase the low quantum yield (QY) suitable metals such as magnesium and aluminium, a correlation between the QY in the UV-spectrum range and the electron density of states (DOS) near the Fermi level is considered for light metal alloy systems by using the data of UV-photoelectron spectroscopy, volume paramagnetic susceptibility, and HRTEM studies. The spectral responses of the photoyield for the HCP Mg–Ba alloys are proven to be in agreement with Fowler’s law for a near-free-electron model. The Mg16Ba2 bimetallic nanocluster-induced distribution of the DOS, calculated by the ab initio FLAPW method near the Fermi level closely resembles that obtained by the UV-photoelectron spectroscopy in the bulk Mg–2% Ba alloy. It means that a substantial increase in the DOS near the Fermi level is caused by the electron structure of the cluster to be formed. These metallic-like nanoclusters of 8 nm in diameter embedded in the bulk of extended solid solution crystals act as new and much more efficient photoemission centers and insure a drastic increase in the QY of the massive magnesium photocathode by several orders of magnitude. The new approach is applicable to similar metal alloy systems such as the FCC Al–Li, Ba as regards their treatment on the basis of the physical principles of small-scale alloying with emission-active and cluster-forming additives.  相似文献

Dielectric properties, thermal stability and sub-molecular structure of metal-polymer composites on the basis of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) modified by sub-micro sized nickel powder were studied in this work by different methods such as dielectric spectroscopy, resistivity measurement, breakdown strength measurement, differential scanning calorimetry and optical microscopy. It was found that modification of PVDF by nickel particles results in the increase of both the volume resistivity by a factor of 1.24…15 and the melting and decomposition temperature by 5 °C and 48 °C for composite with an optimal nickel content compared with non-modified PVDF.  相似文献

Solid nitrogen was investigated by activation spectroscopy methods – thermally stimulated luminescence and thermally stimulated exoelectron emission (TSL and TSEE) in combination with luminescence analysis. TSEE from solid nitrogen pre-irradiated by an electron beam was measured and investigated for the first time. A set of peaks both in TSL and TSEE were observed. It was found that one of the peaks in the TSEE curve is caused by release of electrons in the course of the α-β phase transition of solid nitrogen. The corresponding activation energy was estimated.  相似文献
