The mineral inclusions of two orange glass tesserae from paleo-Christian mosaics were investigated in order to derive the melting temperature reached during their production (sourced from Padua and Vicenza, Veneto region, Italy). In particular, clinopyroxene crystals were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and electron microprobe WDS analysis. The crystals show C2/c symmetry, typical of disordered Ca/Na and Mg/Al distributions indicating high-temperature of formation (>700°C). The cation site populations were obtained by combining results from the two experimental techniques enabled us to derive the following stoichiometric formula:

The optical phonon spectrum of the semiconductor Cu2SnTe3, that crystallizes in the orthorhombic structure with space group Imm2 (), have been studied by measuring unpolarized Raman scattering between 10 and 300 K. The experimental frequencies of the phonon modes observed were compared to those calculated by using simplified lattice dynamical models reported in the literature. From combined analysis of these results together with the factor group analysis of the zone-center vibrational modes, valuable information about these modes was obtained and their possible symmetry was assigned. A1 modes at 71, 123, 167, 176 and 190 cm−1; A2 modes 115 and 131 cm−1; B1 modes at 76, 142 and 152 cm−1; B2 modes at 89, 100 and 206 cm−1; a overtone at 246 cm−1, and combinations at 218, 270 and 292 cm−1; have been observed in this compound.  相似文献

Under the assumption that the coefficients are regularly varying functions, existence and asymptotic form of strongly decreasing solutions are here studied for a system of two coupled nonlinear second-order equations of Emden–Fowler type, satisfying a subhomogeneity condition. In this work we consider a Transportation Location Routing Problem (TLRP) that can be seen as an extension of the two stage Location Routing Problem, in which the first stage corresponds to a transportation problem with truck capacity. Two objectives are considered in this research, reduction of distribution cost and balance of workloads for drivers in the routing stage. Here, we present a mathematical formulation for the bi-objective TLRP and propose a new representation for the TLRP based on priorities. This representation lets us manage the problem easily and reduces the computational effort, plus, it is suitable to be used with both local search based and evolutionary approaches. In order to demonstrate its efficiency, it was implemented in two metaheuristic solution algorithms based on the Scatter Tabu Search Procedure for Non-Linear Multiobjective Optimization (SSPMO) and on the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II) strategies. Computational experiments showed efficient results in solution quality and computing time.  相似文献

The synthesis of several 3-aryl-5-glycosylisoxazole derivatives has been achieved. By condensation of the protected aldehydo-sugars 2,3-O-isopropylidene-D-glyceraldehyde (1), 2,3:4,5-di-O-isopropylidene-aldehydo-D-arabinose (2) and D-xylose (3), and 2,5-anhydro-3,4,5-tri-O-benzoyl-D-mannose (4) with benzoylmethylenetriphenylphosphorane, enulose derivatives were formed, which were later converted into a,ß-unsaturated ketoximes. These ketoximes were oxidatively cyclized with iodine and, after removal of the hydroxyl protecting groups, 3-phenyl-5-glycosylisoxazoles were formed.  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction of 2,3-O-isopropylidene-D-glyceraldehyde with different dialkyl and diarylthiomethyl sulfoxides occurs with a high selectivity and produces the corresponding 1-alkyl(or l-aryl)-sulfynil-l-alkyl(or 1-aryl) thio-3,4-O-isopropylidene-D-tetroses as pure diastereoisomers. We have determined the absolute configuration of the three chiral centers formed in these reactions.  相似文献

Summary This paper discusses the requirements and scope of application of the H-Point Standard Additions Method (HPSAM) for resolving binary mixtures. Various mixtures of dyes with extensively or completely overlapping spectra were assayed with accurate, precise results. The method thus developed was also applied to the spectrophotometric resolution of binary mixtures of phenol and o-cresol, the absorption bands of which lie in similar positions and feature similar absorptivities.  相似文献

A fast-flow technique suitable for measuring elementary rate constants over a wide range of pressures has been developed. The method operates under turbulent flow conditions, in contrast to laminar flow which characterizes the conventional low pressure technique. Flow visualization, velocity profile measurements, and tracer pulse studies have been carried out in a flow tube reactor to investigate the dynamics of both laminar and turbulent flow for chemical kinetics purposes. Furthermore, the wall collision frequency for the reactants has been determined: at the higher pressures it is greatly reduced in comparison with the frequency characteristic of the conventional low pressure laminar flow technique. Also, to test and validate the technique the bimolecular rate constants for the reactions H+Cl2 and H+O3 have been measured at total pressures in the 3–300 torr range; at pressures below 5 torr, as well as above 50 torr in the turbulent flow regime the agreement with the recommended literature values is excellent. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A new environmentally friendly Au nanoparticles (Au NPs) synthesis in glycerol by using ultraviolet irradiation and without extra‐added stabilizers is described. The synthesis proposed in this work may impact on the non‐polluting production of noble nanoparticles with simple chemicals normally found in standard laboratories. These Au NPs were used to modify a carbon paste electrode (CPE) without having to separate them from the reaction medium. This green electrode was used as an electrochemical sensor for the nitrite detection in water. At the optimum conditions the green sensor presented a linear response in the 2.0×10?7–1.5×10?5 M concentration range, a good detection sensitivity (0.268 A L mol?1), and a low detection limit of 2.0×10?7 M of nitrite. The proposed modified green CPE was used to determine nitrite in tap water samples.  相似文献
