In this paper, an integer programming model for the hierarchical workforce problem under the compressed workweeks is developed. The model is based on the integer programming formulation developed by Billionnet [A. Billionnet, Integer programming to schedule a hierarchical workforce with variable demands, European Journal of Operational Research 114 (1999) 105–114] for the hierarchical workforce problem. In our model, workers can be assigned to alternative shifts in a day during the course of a week, whereas all workers are assigned to one shift type in Billionnet’s model. The main idea of this paper is to use compressed workweeks in order to save worker costs. This case is also suitable for the practice. The proposed model is illustrated on the Billionnet’s example problem and the obtained results are compared with the Billionnet’s model results. 相似文献

The aim of this study is to prepare radiolabeled guanine with 99mTc(CO)3+ core. For this purpose, guanine has been radiolabeled with 99mTc(CO)3+ core. Quality control study of radiolabeled guanine molecule with 99mTc(CO)3+ core was performed by thin layer radio chromatography (TLRC) and high performance liquid radio chromatography (HPLRC). The
results showed that the radiolabeling yield was quite high (94 ± 3%). Beside that 99mTc(CO)3–Gua complex has showed good in vitro stability during the 24 h period. Radiopharmaceutical potential of this complex was
evaluated in Wistar Albino Rats. It was concluded that 99mTc(CO)3–Gua could be used as a nucleotide radiopharmaceutical for in vivo applications. 相似文献

The degradation of crystal violet in aqueous solution was investigated using kaolin-supported zero-valent iron nanoparticles (K-nZVI). It was found that K-nZVI with a ratio of kaolin:zero-valent iron nanoparticles (nZVI) at 1:1 was most effective in removing crystal violet. Batch experiments show that more than 97.29?% crystal violet was degraded using K-nZVI, while only 24.36?% was removed using nZVI after reacting for 7?min, where the solution contained 100?mg?L?1 crystal violet at pH 6.5. This is due to a decrease in aggregation of Fe0 nanoparticles and enhanced their reactivity in the presence of kaolin, which was confirmed by the characterization using scanning electron microscopy. X-ray diffraction shows the formation of iron oxide and hydroxide, while UV?CVis spectral shows that the absorption peak of crystal violet was reduced, as well as Fourier transform infrared shows that new bands were formed after K-nZVI reacting with crystal violet. These suggest that degradation of crystal violet by K-nZVI include the oxidation of iron, the adsorption of crystal violet onto the K-nZVI, the transformation of crystal violet to leuko-crystal violet, and finally the cleavage of C=C bond. 相似文献

The effect of aromatic hydrocarbon (benzene, C6H6) addition on lattice parameters, microstructure, critical temperature (Tc), critical current density (Jc) of bulk MgB2 has been studied. In this work only 2 mol% C6H6 addition was found to be very effective in increasing the Jc values, while resulting in slight reduction of the Tc. Jc values of 2 mol% C6H6 added MgB2 bulks reached to 1.83×106 A/cm2 at 15 K and 0 T. Microstructural analyses suggest that Jc enhancement is associated with the substitution of carbon with boron and which also results in the smaller MgB2 grain size. The change in the lattice parameters or the lattice disorder is claimed as a cause of the slight reduction in the Tc by carbon addition. We note that our results show the advantages of C6H6 addition include homogeneous mixing of precursor powders, avoidance of expansive nanoadditives, production of highly reactive C, and significant enhancement in Jc of MgB2, compared to un-doped samples. 相似文献
