Poly (ferrocenyl glycidyl ether) was synthesized by polymerization of 2-[(4-ferrocenylbutoxy)methyl]oxirane (FcEpo) using toluene solution of methylaluminoxane as the catalyst. Copolymerization of 2-[(4-ferrocenylbutoxy)methyl]oxirane with epichlorohydrin was used for the synthesis of another ferrocenyl based poly (epichlorohydrin). Ferrocenyl based poly (glycidyl azide), GAP, was synthesized by treatment of sodium azide with this copolymer in DMF as solvent at room temperature. The synthesized ferrocenyl based polymers were characterized by FT-IR, 1HNMR, UV–Vis, TGA, DSC and GPC analysis. The UV–Vis spectra of synthesized polymers show the absorption band of ferrocene moiety at about 450 nm. The TGA and DSC analysis show that poly (ferrocenyl glycidyl ether) has good thermal stability. The TGA analysis shows that the copolymerization of 2-[(4-ferrocenylbutoxy)methyl]oxirane with epichlorohydrin improved the thermal stability of the copolymer. The GPC analysis of poly (ferrocenyl glycidyl ether), ferrocenyl based poly (epichlorohydrin) and Ferrocenyl based poly (glycidyl azide) show the PDI between 1.14–1.17. The electrochemical behavior of synthesized polymers was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurements. The CV curves of synthesized polymers show good electrochemical performance and there is one redox system with the single-electron reversible reaction that associated with ferrocene moiety in polymers structure. The anodic and cathodic peak currents increased with scan rate confirmed redox reactions in the system are kinetically fast diffusion-controlled reactions.  相似文献

To screen one-bead-one-compound (OBOC) combinatorial bead libraries,(1) one generally uses tagged purified protein as the screening probe. Compound beads that interact with the purified protein are then identified, for example, via an enzyme-linked colorimetric assay, and isolated for structure determination. In this report, we demonstrate a rapid and efficient method to screen OBOC combinatorial libraries utilizing two protein mixtures as screening probes, and by comparing optical images of the beads stained by one protein mixture but not the other, ligand beads unique to one of the two protein mixtures can be identified. The significance of this method is that it allows for rapid selection of ligands directed against proteins unique to one mixture while screening out positive beads resulting from proteins common to both mixtures as well as beads that are positive as a result of interactions with chemical and protein components found in the assay itself. The method is fast, efficient, and uses off-the-shelf equipment.  相似文献

A method is presented for the determination of dihydrostreptomycin in milk, muscle and kidney by reversed-phase ion-pair high-performance liquid chromatography and post-column derivatisation with beta-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonate prior to fluorescence detection. The new sample work-up procedures include acid precipitation of proteins and, in the case of muscle and kidney, removal of fats by solvent extraction followed by solid phase extraction on a cation exchanger. The fluorescence response was linear from 25 to 2000 micrograms l-1 of injected analyte. The detection limits were 10 micrograms kg-1 for milk and 15 micrograms kg-1 for muscle and kidney and the analyte recoveries were on average 93% for milk, 70% for kidney and 75% for muscle.  相似文献

The nanocatalyst-assisted sonodegradation of Basic Blue 41 (BB41) dye in aqueous medium was modeled and optimized using response surface method (RSM) based on Box-Behnken design. The studied variables included pH, initial dye concentration, H2O2 concentration and sonolysis time while each factor varied at three levels: Low level (−1), Medium level (0) and High level (+1). The ultrasound -assisted degradation was well described by developing quadratic model with correlation value squared (R2) of 0.9114. Factor effects along with interaction effects were evaluated. The graphical optimization step was conducted to achieve the best experimental condition in dye removal. pH, H2O2 concentration and initial dye concentration of the reaction were investigated. It was recognized that at lower pH values the dye removal rate decreased. However, dye removal rate increased (82.5%) by increasing the concentration of H2O2 and by lowering the initial dye concentration.   相似文献

Fluorene-functionalised nanoporous silica (FL-NH2-SBA-15) was prepared using the post-synthesis grafting method of SBA-15. The material thus obtained was characterised by means of small- and wide-angle X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and elemental analysis. The results showed that the organised structure is preserved after the post-grafting procedure. Surface area and pore-size decreased by attaching functional groups to the pore surface. In addition, the pore volume was reduced with functionalisation. The amount of fluorene grafted onto the surface of SBA-15 was 0.55 mmol with a yield of approximately 46 %. The emission spectra of FL-NH2-SBA-15 in acidic media were studied and are discussed in detail. The structural change between FL-NH2-SBA-15 and the protonated form might be an effective candidate for acid-dependent molecular-sensor models for advanced application in molecular sensors in the future.  相似文献

Utilizing pure amine hydrogen bonding is a novel approach for constructing two‐dimensional (2D) networks. Further, such systems are capable of undergoing structural modifications due to changes in pH. In this study, we designed a 2D network of triaminobenzene (TAB) molecules that by varying the pH from neutral to acidic, form either ordered or disordered structures on Au(111) surface as revealed in scanning tunneling microscopy images. In near‐neutral solution (pH ≈5.5), protonation of TAB generates charged species capable of forming H‐bonds between amine groups of neighboring molecules resulting in the formation of a 2D supramolecular structure on the electrified surface. At lower pH, due to the protonation of the amine groups, intermolecular hydrogen bonding is no longer possible and no ordered structure is observed on the surface. This opens the possibility to employ pH as a chemical trigger to induce a phase transition in the 2D molecular network of triaminobenzene molecules.  相似文献

Synthesis of novel hybrid derivatives of two known scaffolds, pyrrolidine-2-one and piperazine, is described. Initially, the Ugi reaction of phenylglyoxal, aromatic amines, coumarin-3-carboxylic acid and isocyanides in methanol resulted in the formation of dihydrochromeno[3,4-c]pyrrole-3,4-diones. The obtained products were then treated with N-alkylpiperazines in dichloromethane to afford the novel N-substituted pyrrolidine-2-one containing piperazine derivatives in satisfactory yields. The proof of the structures was carried out by means of spectroscopic information and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

In this work, titanomagnetite nanoparticles (Fe3-xTixO4) have been used as a novel suppport for the synthesis of a magnetic acidic catalyst. These nanoparticles were functionalized with sulfonic acid groups to prepare the Fe3-xTixO4@SO3H nanoparticles. The synthesized acidic nanoparticles have been explored as new and efficient recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for a one-pot, three-component synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyrans known as 4H-chromenes and 1,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles. The structure of the catalyst was established by infrared, energy dispersive x-ray (EDX), and scanning electron microscopy analyses. The reactions proceed smoothly to furnish the respective products in excellent yields and short reaction times. The facile reaction conditions, easy isolation of the products, versatility, and easy magnetic separation and reusability of the catalyst with no significant loss of activity are the main merits of the present method.  相似文献
