The structure of P3HT in P3HT:PCBM films is examined on a poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) substrate subjected to cryo‐cooling to low temperature (−143 °C) followed by gradual heating to 50 °C. The behavior of these systems is examined in the absence and presence of an Al electrode on top of the P3HT:PCBM film. At temperatures below −10 °C, only the type‐I phase of P3HT is observed. However, the type‐II phase of P3HT starts to form near −10 °C, in both the presence and absence of the Al layer. In the system without an Al layer, the type‐II phase disappears at 30 °C, but this phase persists to 50 °C in the presence of the Al layer. Concomitant with the formation of the type‐II phase, a 1:3 ordered P3HT type‐II (1/3,0,0) superlattice peak emerged. The type‐II domains tend to form near the Al electrode layer and show a higher degree of alignment than the type‐I crystals.

With the overarching aim to develop a simple and reliable method for the quantitative analysis of polypeptide antibiotics in various livestock products, the content of bacitracin, and polymyxin B in pork, beef, chicken, milk, and eggs was analyzed using colistin sulfate as an internal standard. The extracted samples were eluted via solid‐phase extraction using 2% formic acid in acetonitrile/methanol (1:1, v/v). The two polypeptides were identified and quantified based on the intensities of mass fragments from the respective triply charged precursor ions (bacitracin: 474.97 amu and polymyxin B: 402 amu) at the defined retention time windows using liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry in time‐scheduled multiple reaction monitoring mode. The calibration curves showed good linearity over the concentration range 50–2500 ng/mL with determination coefficients ≥ 0.991. The mean recoveries were in the range 80.3–88.8% with relative standard deviations <13% for all samples. The limits of quantitation ranged from 30–250 ng/g. The developed method was applied to market samples, but the target analytes were not detected in any of the samples. The developed method is reliable for the simultaneous detection of bacitracin and polymyxin B in pork, beef, chicken, milk, and eggs.  相似文献

The phase transition of layered manganese oxides to spinel phases is a well‐known phenomenon in rechargeable batteries and is the main origin of the capacity fading in these materials. This spontaneous phase transition is associated with the intrinsic properties of manganese, such as its size, preferred crystal positions, and reaction characteristics, and it is therefore very difficult to avoid. The introduction of crystal water by an electrochemical process enables the inverse phase transition from spinel to a layered Birnessite structure. Scanning transmission electron microscopy can be used to directly visualize the rearrangement of lattice atoms, the simultaneous insertion of crystal water, the formation of a transient structure at the phase boundary, and layer‐by‐layer progression of the phase transition from the edge. This research indicates that crystal water intercalation can reverse phase transformation with thermodynamically favored directionality.  相似文献

This paper presents ride comfort and driving stability performances of electronic control suspension (ECS) equipped with controllable electrorheological (ER) damper and appropriate control strategy. In order to achieve this goal, a cylindrical type ER damper which is applicable to Macpherson strut type suspension of a mid-sized passenger vehicle is designed and manufactured on the basis of the required damping force level of an existing passenger vehicle. After experimentally evaluating the field-dependent damping force and dynamic characteristics of the controllable ER damper, ECS consisting of sprung mass, spring, tire and controller is established in order to investigate the ride comfort and driving stability performances. On the basis of the governing equation of motion of the suspension system, five control strategies (soft, hard, comfort, sports and optimal mode) are formulated. The proposed control strategies are then experimentally realized with the quarter-vehicle ECS system. Control performances such as vertical acceleration of the car body and tire deflection are evaluated in both time and frequency domains under various road conditions. In addition, a comparative work is undertaken to investigate inherent control characteristics of each control strategy.  相似文献

Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) has diverse physiological functions and plays important roles in health and disease. In this report, we focus on its function in the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, including IL-6 and IL-8, which are implicated in several autoimmune diseases and host defense against infection. IL-1β activity is markedly dependent on the binding affinity toward IL-1 receptors (IL-1Rs). Several studies have been conducted to identify suitable small molecules that can modulate the interactions between 1L-1β and 1L-1R1. Based on our previous report, where DPIE [2-(1,2-Diphenyl-1H-indol-3-yl)ethanamine] exhibited such modulatory activity, three types of DPIE derivatives were synthesized by introducing various substituents at the 1, 2, and 3 positions of the indole group in DPIE. To predict a possible binding pose in complex with IL-1R1, a docking simulation was performed. The effect of the chemicals was determined in human gingival fibroblasts (GFs) following IL-1β induction. The DPIE derivatives affected different aspects of cytokine production. Further, a group of the derivatives enabled synergistic pro-inflammatory cytokine production, while another group caused diminished cytokine production compared to DPIE stimulation. Some groups displayed no significant difference after stimulation. These findings indicate that the modification of the indole site could modulate IL-1β:IL1R1 binding affinity to reduce or enhance pro-inflammatory cytokine production.  相似文献

We measured the electroencephalogram (EEG) of young students in the relaxed state and in the state of the mathematical activities. We applied the detrended fluctuation analysis and Kolmogorov–Sinai entropy (KSE) in the EEG signals. We found that the detrended fluctuation functions follow a power law with Hurst exponents larger than 1/2. The Hurst exponents enhanced at all EEG channels in the state of mathematical activities. The KSE in the relaxed state is larger than those in the state of the mathematical activities. These indicate that the entropy is enhanced in the disorder state of the brain.  相似文献

We have enhanced color-rendering property of a blue light emitting diode (LED) pumped white LED with yellow emitting Y3Al5O12:Ce3+ (YAG:Ce) phosphor using addition of Pr and Tb as a co-activator and host lattice element, respectively. Pr3+ addition to YAG:Ce phosphor resulted in sharp emission peak at about 610 nm through 1D23H4 transition. And when Tb3+ substituted Y3+ sites, Ce3+ emission band shifted to a longer wavelength due to larger crystal field splitting. Y3Al5O12:Ce3+, Pr3+ and (Y1−xTbx)3Al5O12:Ce3+ phosphors were coated on blue LEDs to fabricate white LEDs, respectively, and their color-rendering indices (CRIs, Ra) were measured. As a consequence of the addition of Pr3+ or Tb3+, CRI of the white LEDs improved to be Ra=83 and 80, respectively. Especially, blue LED pumped (Y0.2Tb0.8)3Al5O12:Ce3+ white LED showed both strong luminescence and high color-rendering property.  相似文献

Numerical analysis is investigated for the high-power double-clad fiber lasers and experimental results using different microscope objectives for focusing into a Nd-doped rectangular double-clad fiber also performed. The numerical analysis includes dependence of output power on output mirror reflectivity, absorbed pump power, loss, and fiber length and pump power distribution for the cases of one-end and two-end pumps with 20 dB/km loss. Calculated conversion efficiencies are 76.36%, 69.73%, and 63.84% for lossless, two-end pump, and one-end pump fiber lasers, respectively. Slope efficiencies from absorbed pump power/output powers measured using microscope objectives are 16.8%/182 mW, 53.8%/351 mW, 24.9%/1240 mW, and 13.9%/649 mW for magnifications of 5×, 10×, 20×, and 40×, respectively.  相似文献
