针对传统的三帧差分法提取的运动目标存在大量的噪声和空洞,提出了一种改进的三帧差分运动目标实时检测算法。该算法采用Surendra背景提取算法提取有效背景,对视频流中连续的三帧图像分别进行背景减除,得到的结果作为反馈对背景进行选择性更新,利用HSV颜色空间去除阴影后进行三帧差分,将差分结果进行“与”运行,通过将中间帧背景减除结果与“与”运算的结果进行“或”运算,这样可以得到运动目标的完整信息。实验结果表明,该算法能够快速、完整、准确地检测出运动目标,可有效应用于实时监控系统。  相似文献

介绍基于光腔衰荡光谱技术的光学湿度测量装置.该装置具有高真空兼容性,衰荡腔由低膨胀的殷钢制成,并利用其自身的自由光谱范围实现光谱的自标定.使用单个在1.39 μm的半导体激光器,实 现了从真空、高纯氦气中痕量水汽,一直到大气湿度的测量,可测量的水汽分压范围极大:0.1 μPa~1 kPa.该光学湿度计可用于作为基本水汽标准,以及测定低温下水(冰)的蒸气压.  相似文献

A wealth of studies have confirmed that the low‐field hysteresis behaviour of ferroelectric bulk ceramics and thin films can be described using Rayleigh relations, and irreversible domain wall motion across the array of pining defects has been commonly accepted as the underlying micro‐mechanism. Recently, HfO2 thin films incorporated with various dopants were reported to show pronounced ferroelectricity, however, their microscopic domain structure remains unclear till now. In this work, the effects of the applied electric field amplitude, frequency and temperature on the sub‐coercive polarization reversal properties were investigated for 10 nm thick Si‐doped HfO2 thin films. The applicability of the Rayleigh law to ultra‐thin ferroelectric films was first confirmed, indicating the existence of a multi‐domain structure. Since the grain size is about 20–30 nm, a direct observation of domain walls within the grains is rather challenging and this indirect method is a feasible approach to resolve the domain structure. With NaOH as precipitation agent and NiSO4 · 6H2O as raw material, Ni(OH)2 particles were synthesized by infinite dilute method and sintered at 300°C for NiO. The synthesized NiO particles with a structure of cubic crystalline phase are well dispersed and ball-flower like with a diameter of 500 nm. The electrochemical tests show that the NiO particles have relatively high capacitance and excellent capacitive retention. The good structure and excellent performance suggest its promising application in supercapacitors.  相似文献

Poly(D,L‐lactide‐co‐glycolide) 50:50 (PLGA)/graphene oxide (GO) nanocomposite films were prepared with various GO weight fractions. A significant enhancement of mechanical properties of the PLGA/GO nanocomposite films was obtained with GO weight fractions. The incorporation of only 5 wt% of GO resulted in an ~2.5‐fold and ~4.7‐fold increase in the tensile strength and Young's modulus of PLGA, respectively. The thermomechanical behaviors of composite films were investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis. Results indicated that the values of Tg and storage moduli of the PLGA/GO composites were higher than those of the pristine PLGA. The improvement in oxygen barrier properties of composites was presumably attributed to the filler effect of the randomly dispersed GO throughout the PLGA matrix. In this work, we also studied in vitro biodegradation behavior. PLGA/GO composite films were hydrolyzed at 37°C for periods up to 49 days. Because of the presence of GO nanosheets, degradation of composite films took place more slowly with increasing GO amounts. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Qualitative screening procedures have been developed for the rapid detection and identification of the metabolites of nerve agents in the urine samples and extracts using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The combination of negative electrospray ionization (ESI) using a C18 column and water-methanol mobile phase modified with ammonium formate provides a rapid screening procedure for nerve agent degradation products with limit of detection of 1 ng/mL in the precursor-ion analysis. Also, determination of the alkyl methylphosphonic acids was carried out by the SRM scan mode with the limit of detection of 0.1 ng/mL. These procedures will be applicable to the trace analysis of metabolites of nerve agents in human urine matrices in the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) proficiency test.  相似文献

The antibacterial activities of a kind of novel peptide from Plutella xylostella (pxCECA1) on methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Escherichia coli (E. coli) growth were investigated by microcalorimetry. The heat flow power–time curves of MRSA and E. coli growth in the presence of pxCECA1 were recorded using the 3114/3115 Thermal Activity Monitor Air Isothermal Calorimeter based on ampoule mode at 37 °C. Some parameters including growth rate constant k, maximum power output P max, total heat output Qt, generation time t g, growth inhibitory ratio I, and half-inhibitory concentration of the drugs IC50 were obtained to elucidate the antibacterial activity of pxCECA1. The results showed that k, P max, and Q t decreased, but I and t g increased or delayed with the increase in pxCECA1 concentration. The IC50 of pxCECA1 on E. coli was 6.122 μg mL?1 and MRSA was 7.809 μg mL?1. It could be concluded that pxCECA1 had stronger inhibitory effect on E. coli than MRSA. In vivo test was simultaneously performed using an E. coli and MRSA infection model to validate the antibacterial activity of pxCECA1. The results revealed that pxCECA1 with broad spectrum antimicrobial activities hopefully represented a class of promising substitute of antimicrobial agents.  相似文献

CaFe2O4/MgFe2O4 nanowires with heterostructure had been successfully synthesized by electrospinning method. The obtained samples were systematically characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐Ray diffraction (XRD), UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectra (UV‐Vis DR) and Environment scanning electron microscopy (ESEM). The novel CaFe2O4/MgFe2O4 nanowires exhibit an enhanced photocatalytic activity for degrading of tetracycline (TC) under visible light. Compared with bare CaFe2O4 or MgFe2O4 samples, the prepared CaFe2O4/MgFe2O4 (Ca:Mg:Fe = 3:2:10) composited nanowires show the best photocatalytic performance with a degradation efficiency of 40% after 150 min reaction time. This enhancement is attributed to the heterostructure of CaFe2O4/MgFe2O4 nanowires, which effectively repress the recombination of photo‐generated electrons and holes. Based on heterostructure and energy band positions, the enhancement of mechanism under visible‐light enhances the photocatalytic activity.  相似文献

This research aimed at the investigation of the effect of formation factors on the light crude oil during the high temperature air injection process. For this purpose, thermogravimetric and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy techniques were combined to investigate the light crude oil and oil mixed with formation water and sand at 58, 250, and 450 °C, respectively. The results showed that at different temperature range, the mass drop rate presented different trend and the formation water and sand increased the activation energy of the oxidation reaction. The formation sand exhibited the excellent catalytic effect at relative low temperature. The oxygen addition reaction massively was trigged at 250 °C, and the bond scission reaction dominated at 450 °C. With different additives at different temperature range, the type, concentration, and produced timing of the products presented different tendency.  相似文献
