A new branch-and-bound algorithm is presented to solve the two-sided assembly line balancing problem of type 1 (TALB-1). First, a pair of two directly facing station is defined as a position, and then the two-sided assembly line (TAL) is relaxed to a one-sided assembly line (OAL). Some new lower bound on positions are computed, and dominance rules and reduction rules for the one-sided assembly line balancing problem of type 1 (OALB-1) are extended and incorporated into a station-oriented assignment procedure for the TALB-1 problem. Finally, the tests are carried out on a well-known benchmark set of problem instances, and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed procedure is efficient. 相似文献

This paper investigates a variational approach to the nonlinear stochastic inverse problem of probabilistically calibrating the Robin coefficient from boundary measurements for the steady-state heat conduction. The problem is formulated into an optimization problem, and mathematical properties relevant to its numerical computations are investigated. The spectral stochastic finite element method using polynomial chaos is utilized for the discretization of the optimization problem, and its convergence is analyzed. The nonlinear conjugate gradient method is derived for the optimization system. Numerical results for several two-dimensional problems are presented to illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of the stochastic finite element method. 相似文献

Kahweol, a compound from Coffea arabica, possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antitumour properties. However, an anti-adipogenic effect has not yet been reported. In this study, we have shown that kahweol has an anti-adipogenic effect on 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Kahweol significantly inhibited the differentiation of intracellular lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes, without being cytotoxic. It also downregulated the expression of adipogenesis-related gene, including an adipocytokine, adiponectin. This anti-adipogenic effect stems from an ability to inhibit key adipogenic regulators, including PPARγ and C/EBPα. These results demonstrate that kahweol significantly inhibits the differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells, and suggest that it has potential as a novel anti-obesity treatment. 相似文献

We evaluated organosulphur compounds in Allium vegetables, including garlic, elephant garlic and onion, using high-performance liquid chromatography. Among organosulphur compounds, elephant garlic had considerable γ-glutamyl peptides, and garlic had the highest alliin content. Onion had low level of organosulphur compounds than did elephant garlic and garlic. In addition, antioxidant capacities were evaluated by oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) values and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2′-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging assay. The results showed that garlic had the highest antioxidant capacity, followed by elephant garlic and onion. Furthermore, a positive correlation was observed between antioxidant activities and organosulphur compounds (R > 0.77). Therefore, our results indicate that there was a close relationship between antioxidant capacity and organosulphur compounds in Allium vegetables. 相似文献

Superconductivity is observed in a new nontoxic cuprate system Ga-Ba-Ca-Cu-O,with T_c=82 K for Ga Ba_2Ca_5Cu_6O_(14+δ)(Ga-1256)and T_c=116 K probably for Ga Ba_2Ca_3Cu_4O_(10+δ)(Ga-1234)or Ga Ba_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(8+δ)(Ga-1223),respectively.All compounds are fabricated by solid state reaction method under high pressure and high temperature.Samples are characterized by resistivity,magnetization and X-ray diffraction(XRD)measurements.The temperature dependence of magnetization measured in both zero-field-cooled and field-cooled processes on one sample(S1)shows two superconducting transitions at about 82 K and113 K.The estimated shielding fraction for the phase with T_cof 82 K is about 67%,while the fraction for another phase with T_(c )of 113 K is quite small.The XRD Rietveld refinement for S1 indicates two main phases existing in the sample,Ga-1256 with fraction of about 58%and non-superconducting Ca_(0.85)Cu O_2with fraction of about 42%respectively.Thus,we can conclude the superconducting phase with transition temperature of 82 K is due to Ga-1256.The resistivity measurement also confirms the superconductivity for S1,and the resistivity reaches zero at about 82 K.The temperature dependence of magnetization for another sample(S2)shows much higher superconducting shielding fraction for the phase with T_cof 116 K,which may be a promising prospective for the synthesis of Ga-1234 or Ga-1223 phase. 相似文献
