The molecular structure and benzene ring distortions of ethynylbenzene have been investigated by gas-phase electron diffraction and ab initio MO calculations at the HF/6-31G* and 6-3G** levels. Least-squares refinement of a model withC 2v, symmetry, with constraints from the MO calculations, yielded the following important bond distances and angles:r g(C i -C o )=1.407±0.003 Å,r g(C o -C m )=1.397±0.003 Å,r g(C m -C p )=1.400±0.003 Å,r g(Cr i -CCH)=1.436 ±0.004 Å,r g(C=C)=1.205±0.005 Å, C o -C i -C o =119.8±0.4°. The deformation of the benzene ring of ethynylbenzene given by the MO calculations, including o-Ci-Co=119.4°, is insensitive to the basis set used and agrees with that obtained by low-temperature X-ray crystallography for the phenylethynyl fragment, C6H5-CC-, in two different crystal environments. The partial substitution structure of ethynylbenzene from microwave spectroscopy is shown to be inaccurate in the ipso region of the benzene ring.  相似文献

New zinc acetate based complex compounds (of general formula Zn(CH3COO)2·1?2L·nH2O) containing one or two molecules of urea, thiourea, coffeine and phenazone were prepared namely: Zn(CH3COO)2·2.5H2O, Zn(CH3COO)2·2u·0.5H2O, Zn(CH3COO)2·tu·0.5H2O, Zn(CH3COO)2·2tu, Zn(CH3COO)2·cof·2.5H2O, Zn(CH3COO)2·2cof·3.5H2O, Zn(CH3COO)2·2phen·1.5H2O. The compounds were characterized by IR spectroscopy, chemical analysis and thermal analysis. Thermal analysis showed that no changes in crystallographic modifications of the compounds take place during (heating in nitrogen before) the thermal decompositions. The temperature interval of the stability of the prepared compounds were determined. It was found that the thermal decomposition of hydrated compounds starts by the release of water molecules. During the thermal decomposition of anhydrous compounds in nitrogen the release of organic ligands take place followed by the decomposition of the acetate anion. Zinc oxide and metallic zinc were found as final products of the thermal decomposition of the zinc acetate based complex compounds studied. Carbon dioxide and acetone were detected in the gaseous products of the decomposition of the compounds if ZnO is formed. Carbon monoxide and acetaldehyde were detected in the gaseous products of the decomposition, if metallic Zn is formed. It is supposed that ZnO and Zn resulting from Zn acetate complex compounds here studied, possess different degree of structural disorder. Annealing takes place by further heating above 600°C.  相似文献

The molecular alignments obtained from a previously reported pharmacophore model have been employed in a three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship (3D QSAR) study, to obtain a more detailed insight into the structure-activity relationships for D(2) and D(4) receptor antagonists. The frequently applied CoMFA method and the related CoMSIA method were used. Statistically significant models have been derived with these two methods, based on a set of 32 structurally diverse D(2) and D(4) receptor antagonists. The CoMSIA and the CoMFA methods produced equally good models expressed in terms of q(2) values. The predictive power of the derived models were demonstrated to be high. Graphical interpretation of the results, provided by the CoMSIA method, brings to light important structural features of the compounds related to either low- or high-affinity D(2) or D(4) antagonism. The results of the 3D QSAR studies indicate that bulky N-substituents decrease D(2) binding, whereas D(4) binding is enhanced. Electrostatically favorable and unfavorable regions exclusive to D(2) receptor binding were identified. Likewise, certain hydrogen-bond acceptors can be used to lower D(2) affinity. These observations may be exploited for the design of novel dopamine D(4) selective antagonists.  相似文献

The tris-bipyridine ligand3a and its stoichiometric Rh3+ complex have been prepared. Cyclovoltammograms of the complex at pH 7.4 using a glassy carbon disk electrode reveal a strong reduction peak at –620 mV and two weak reduction peaks at more negative voltage. The reduction potential of the new complex is shifted by 300 mV to more positive values as compared to [Rh(bipy)3]3+. There is no reversible reoxidation peak of the Rh(I) complex formed due to the decomplexation of one of the three bipyridine units in the course of the transition Rh(III)Rh(I). The Rh(III) complex of3a was also studied with respect to its function as a possible redox mediator for the electrochemical regeneration of NADH from NAD+. The preparative electrolysis of the Rh3+ complex of3a in the presence of NAD+ yields a selective formation of NADH, whereas NAD dimers were not detected. On the other hand, a significant acceleration of this reaction compared to [Rh(bipy)3]3+ was not observed.  相似文献

A single-line flow-injection system with a straight tube reactor is proposed for investigating the dynamic response behaviour of ion-selective electrodes. The principle of the method is based on the fact that the concentration—time curve at the electrode surface can be described theoretically in the flow-injection system under certain practically realizable conditions. The response of the ion-selective electrode to that input signal can be measured experimentally. Thus, knowing the input and the output signal of an ion-selective electrode, an appropriate model describing its dynamic behaviour can be selected among the relevant models existing in the literature. Theoretical expressions for predicting the transient response of ion-selective electrodes in the flow system when the rate-determining step is an ion-transport process through a diffusion layer or a kinetic process were elaborated.  相似文献

The static and dynamic aspects of the Jahn-Teller (JT) interactions in the 3p(E') and 3d(E") Rydberg electronic states of H3 are analyzed theoretically. The static aspects are discussed based on recent ab initio quantum chemistry results, and the dynamic aspects are examined in terms of the vibronic spectra and nonradiative decay behavior of these states. The adiabatic potential-energy surfaces of these degenerate electronic states are derived from extensive ab initio calculations. The calculated adiabatic potential-energy surfaces are diabatized following our earlier study on this system in its 2p(E') ground electronic state. The nuclear dynamics on the resulting conically intersecting manifold of electronic states is studied by a time-dependent wave-packet approach. Calculations are performed both for the uncoupled and coupled state situations in order to understand the importance of nonadiabatic interactions due to the JT conical intersections in these excited Rydberg electronic states.  相似文献

The Au-.CO2 ion-molecule complex has been studied by gas phase infrared photodissociation spectroscopy. Several sharp transitions can be identified as combination bands involving the asymmetric stretch vibrational mode of the CO2 ligand. Their frequencies are redshifted by several hundred cm(-1) from the frequencies of free CO2. We discuss our findings in the framework of ab initio and density-functional theory calculations, using anharmonic corrections to predict vibrational transition energies. The infrared spectrum is consistent with the formation of an aurylcarboxylate anion with a strongly bent CO2 subunit.  相似文献

The newly adjusted energy-consistent nine-valence-electron pseudopotentials for K to Fr are used to calculate spectroscopic properties for the neutral and positively charged alkali dimers using coupled cluster and density functional theory. For the neutral dimers the static dipole polarizability was calculated. The coupled cluster results are all in excellent agreement with experimental values. The density functionals used can give quite different spectroscopic properties especially for the dipole polarizability, with the Perdew-Wang PW91 functional performing best.  相似文献

A biosensor for the specific determination of hydrogen peroxide was developed using catalase (EC 1.11.1.6) in combination with a dissolved oxygen probe. Catalase was immobilized with gelatin by means of glutaraldehyde and fixed on a pretreated teflon membrane served as enzyme electrode. The electrode response was maximum when 50 mM phosphate buffer was used at pH 7.0 and at 35 degrees C. The biosensor response depends linearly on hydrogen peroxide concentration between 1.0x10(-5) and 3.0x10(-3) M with a response time of 30 s. The sensor is stable for >3 months so in this period >400 assays can be performed.  相似文献

From racemization studies on optically active [2.2]metacyclophanes substituted in position 4, the parameters of activation for the inversion of the tenmembered ring were found to be: G 423 =31.5 kcal/mole, H =27.5 kcal/mole and S =–10 Cl/mole.Racemization does not occurvia bond forming or breaking; the value for the inversion barrier is not affected by substituents in position 4 and therefore corresponds to the value of unsubstituted [2.2]metacyclophane, whereas substituents in the bridge exert a distinct influence. These results can easily be explained on the basis of the isoconformational concept.
