Voltammetric trace determination of ubiquinones at mercury electrodes   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Summary Voltammetric methods were developed for the determination of ubiquinones on the basis of their adsorption and redox behaviour at mercury electrodes. Linear calibration plots were obtained in the concentration range between 10–4 mol/l and 2.3·10–5 mol/l from differential pulse voltammetric measurements under experimental conditions avoiding significant adsorption of the analyte. A remarkable decrease of the detection limit down to 10–7 mol/l was achieved with the help of adsorptive accumulation of ubiquinone molecules at the mercury electrode followed by differential pulse detection. The resulting non-linear calibration plot was explained with a model, which takes into account both adsorption and diffusion of the analyte.  相似文献

Oxidative insertion of [Pd(PPh3)4] or [Ni(cod)2]/PPh3 into the C-Cl bond of various 2-chloroimidazolinium- and other -amidinium salts affords metal-diaminocarbene complexes in good to excellent yields. This procedure is complementary to existing methodology in which the central metal does not change its oxidation state, and therefore allows to incorporate carbene fragments that are difficult to access otherwise. The preparation of a variety of achiral as well as enantiomerically pure, chiral metal-NHC complexes (NHC = N-heterocyclic carbene) and metal complexes with acyclic diaminocarbene ligands illustrates this aspect. Furthermore it is shown that oxidative insertion also paves a way to prototype Fischer carbenes of Pd(II). Since the required starting materials are readily available from urea- or thiourea derivatives, this novel approach allows for substantial structural variations of the ligand backbone. The catalytic performance of the resulting library of nickel- and palladium-carbene complexes has been evaluated by applications to prototype Suzuki-, Heck-, and Kumada-Corriu cross-coupling reactions as well as Buchwald-Hartwig aminations. It was found that even Fischer carbenes show appreciable catalytic activity. Moreover, representative examples of all types of neutral and cationic metal-carbene complexes formed in this study have been characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

We ask the experts in global optimization if there is an efficient solution to an optimization problem in acceptance sampling: Here, one often has incomplete prior information about the quality of incoming lots. Given a cost model, a decision rule for the inspection of a lot may then be designed that minimizes the maximum loss compatible with the available information. The resulting minimax problem is sometimes hard to solve, as the loss functions may have several local maxima which vary in an unpredictable way with the parameters of the decision rule.  相似文献

The tetramethylammonium hydroxide-water system has been studied by low-temperature differential thermal analysis and X-ray powder diffraction. The melting diagram was constructed for concentrations between 66.7 and 100 mol% H2O. It shows the existence and stability ranges of as many as eight crystalline hydrate phases:- and-Me4NOH·2H2O (phase transition at –85°C, decomposition atca. 105°C), Me4NOH·4 H2O (melting point 44°C, incongruent), and-Me4NOH·5 H2O (phase transition at 42°C, melting point 68°C, congruent),- and-Me4NOH·7.5 H2O (phase transition at 6°C, melting point 16°C, incongruent), and Me4NOH·10 H2O (melting point –20°C, incongruent). The structures of all these phases, except the already known one of-Me4NOH·5 H2O, were determined from single-crystal MoK diffractometer data. The decahydrate and the high-temperature forms of the 7.5-hydrate and the pentahydrate are genuinepolyhedral clathrate hydrates, the first ones reported of a strong base. Their mostly novel three-dimensional anionic host structures, formed by the hydrogen-bonded OH ions and H2O molecules, arefour-connected throughout, in spite of their proton deficiency which is apparently leveled by disorder. Disorder also affects the enclosed cationic Me4N+ guest species. Like the low-temperature form of the pentahydrate, that of the 7.5-hydrate has a clathrate-related, but not fully polyhedral structure, some of the oxygen atoms being three-connected only. The tetrahydrate presents the rare case of both a hydrogen bond of the type OH...OH2 and a (deprotonated) water-channel structure. This is fully ordered and apart from that can be derived from the polyhedral one of the-pentahydrate just by removing the appropriate number of water molecules from certain positions. The structures of- and-Me4NOH·2 H2O contain identical one-dimensionalspiro chains [HO(HOH)/42] with the hydroxide protonnot participating in the hydrogen bonding. Using X-ray crystal structure analysis of the title compound the positions of all the atoms (including all H atoms) in the monoclinic unit cell with the parameters a = 13.900 Å, b = 5.138 Å, c = 17.956 Å and β = 91.05° and the space group P 21/n were localized. The existence of an intramolecular N—H(N)…︁ O(1)-bridge was inferred, whose H-bridge acceptor predominantly is the π-electron density of the carbonyl group. At the same time the H(N) atom participates in the intermolecular bridge N H(N)…︁ O′(1) to the symmetry-equivalent neighbouring molecule. H-bridge-like interactions of the two phenyl hydrogen atoms H(6) and H(15) to the carbonyl oxygen O(2) have also been inferred from the torsion angles.  相似文献

A formal gold‐for‐chromium transmetalation allowed the gold carbenoid species [Cy3PAuCAr2]NTf2 ( 11 ) (Ar=pMeOC6H4‐) to be obtained in crystalline form. The structure in the solid state suggests that there is only little back donation of electron density from gold to the carbene center of 11 and hence very modest Au? C double‐bond character; rather, it is the organic ligand framework that is responsible for stabilizing this species by resonance delocalization of the accumulated positive charge. Because 11 is capable of cyclopropanating p‐methoxystyrene even at low temperature, the discussion of its structure is deemed relevant for a better understanding of the mechanisms of π‐acid catalysis in general.  相似文献
