Combined Brillouin spectra collected at visible, ultraviolet, and x-ray frequencies are used to reconstruct the imaginary part of the acoustic compliance J' over a wide frequency range between 0.5 GHz and 5 THz. For liquid, supercooled, and glassy glycerol, J' is found to be linearly dependent on the tagged-particle susceptibility measured by incoherent neutron scattering up to ?1 THz, giving evidence of a clear relation between acoustic power dissipation and density of states. A simple but general formalism is presented to quantitatively explain this relation, thus clarifying the connection between the quasielastic component observed in neutron scattering experiments and the fast relaxation dynamics probed by Brillouin scattering. 相似文献

We have studied the influence of the amphiphilic model peptide N-acetyl-leucine-methylamide (NALMA) on the dynamics of water using extended frequency range depolarized light scattering (EDLS), between 0.3 GHz and 36 THz. This technique allowed us to separate solute from solvent dynamics and bulk from hydration water, providing both characteristic times and relative fractions. In the temperature range 5-65 °C, a retardation factor from 9 to 7 is found for water hydrating NALMA. Moreover, in the same range, a hydration number from 62 to 50 is observed, corresponding to more than two hydration layers. This strong perturbation suggests the existence of a collective effect of amphiphilic molecules on surrounding water molecules. 相似文献

A new voltammetric method, based on the use of single‐use pencil graphite electrode, was developed for the quantitative determination of cefdinir by square wave voltammetry. Chemometric optimization strategy was used to select the suitable values for three experimental parameters (pH of the supporting electrolyte, frequency and square wave amplitude) by applying a 33 full factorial design model. The optimal voltammetric conditions were found to be pH 5.0 for supporting electrolyte (Britton‐Robinson buffer), 43 mV for square wave amplitude and 108 Hz for frequency. Square wave voltammograms of calibration, validation and unknown samples were recorded between 0.0–1400 mV under the optimized voltammetric conditions. Linear regression equation was computed in the linear working range of 0.5–20 μg/mL by using the relationship between the concentration and peak current at 600 mV. The optimized voltammetric method was validated by assessing the analysis results of validation samples. Then the proposed method was applied for the quantitative determination of cefdinir in three different pharmaceutical preparations, namely film‐coated tablets, effervescent tablets and powder for oral suspension. It was concluded that the proposed voltammetric method was suitable for the quantitative analysis of commercial pharmaceutical preparations containing cefdinir. 相似文献

Metal–organic framework (MOF)/polymer mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) have received significant interest in the last decade. MOFs are incorporated into polymers to make MMMs that exhibit improved gas permeability and selectivity compared with pure polymer membranes. The fundamental challenge in this area is to choose the appropriate MOF/polymer combinations for a gas separation of interest. Even if a single polymer is considered, there are thousands of MOFs that could potentially be used as fillers in MMMs. As a result, there has been a large demand for computational studies that can accurately predict the gas separation performance of MOF/polymer MMMs prior to experiments. We have developed computational approaches to assess gas separation potentials of MOF/polymer MMMs and used them to identify the most promising MOF/polymer pairs. In this Personal Account, we aim to provide a critical overview of current computational methods for modeling MOF/polymer MMMs. We give our perspective on the background, successes, and failures that led to developments in this area and discuss the opportunities and challenges of using computational methods for MOF/polymer MMMs. 相似文献

Staudinger reaction of dppm-CN (5) gave the corresponding bis(N-phenylphosphinimino)acetonitrile system (6). Deprotonation with LDA furnished the corresponding anionic ligand 9. Its reaction with [(CO)(2)RhCl](2) gave the corresponding kappa(2)N,N'-chelate complex 11. X-Ray diffraction revealed a non-planar boat-like conformation of the six-membered chelate ring in the crystal. Treatment of 9 with [(nbd)RhCl](2) gave the six-membered chelate complex 12 which features a different twist-like structure in the solid state, as does 13, which was formed by reacting 9 with [(cod)IrCl](2). 相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the level of organochlorine pesticides use for treatment of tomatoes, eggplants and cucumbers in Kirklareli, Turkey. Eighteen organochlorine pesticides were identified in vegetable samples using microwave or Soxhlet extraction, and results were obtained by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. The optimized conditions were 1 mL/min for flow rate in the mobile phase, 1 μL for injection volume and 70 V for fragmentation potential. The analytical parameters show that the microwave oven extraction procedure provided the best results when compared to the Soxhlet extraction procedure. Samples were prepared for analysis with hexane?dichlormethane (1: 1, v/v, 40 mL) using a solid-phase extraction method. The limits of detection and quantitation for the eighteen analytes were between 0.02–0.26 and 0.06–0.87 μg/L, respectively, and the relative standard deviations of the migration time ranged from 2.4 to 8.9%. The recoveries of surrogate spiked in vegetable samples ranged from 70 to 116%, respectively. The obtained concentrations of pesticides in all vegetables studied were proved in the range of ND–123 μg/kg. The organochlorine pesticide sum was below the legal limit, except for Endrin and Methoxychlor, which requires a further elucidation of the organochlorine pesticides pollution sources in the region. These studies on accumulation of organochlorine pesticides were necessary for accomplishing a comprehensive ecological risk assessment. 相似文献
