Volatile species of Zn were generated by merging acidified aqueous samples and sodium tetrahydroborate(III) solution in a continuous flow system. The gaseous analyte was subsequently introduced via a stream of Ar carrier into the inlet tube of the plasma torch. Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used for detection. The operating conditions (chemical and physical parameters) and the concentrations of different inorganic (hydrochloric, nitric) and organic acids (acetic, citric, oxalic, tartaric) were evaluated for the efficient generation of Zn vapour. A detection limit (3sigma(blank)) of 4.6 ng mL(-1) was achieved. The precision (RSD) of the determination was 6.9% at a level of 250 ng mL(-1) and 4.7% for 1000 ng mL(-1) (n = 10). The efficiency of the generation process was estimated to be close to 50% in HCl. The possible interferent effect of transition metals (Cd, Co, Cu, Cr, Fe, Mn, Ni), hydride forming elements (As, Ge, Pb, Sb, Se) and Hg on Zn signal was examined. Numerical methods that preserve geometric invariants of the system, such as energy, momentum or the symplectic form, are called geometric integrators. In this paper we present a method to construct symplectic-momentum integrators for higher-order Lagrangian systems. Given a regular higher-order Lagrangian \(L:T^{(k)}Q\rightarrow {\mathbb {R}}\) with \(k\ge 1\), the resulting discrete equations define a generally implicit numerical integrator algorithm on \(T^{(k-1)}Q\times T^{(k-1)}Q\) that approximates the flow of the higher-order Euler–Lagrange equations for L. The algorithm equations are called higher-order discrete Euler–Lagrange equations and constitute a variational integrator for higher-order mechanical systems. The general idea for those variational integrators is to directly discretize Hamilton’s principle rather than the equations of motion in a way that preserves the invariants of the original system, notably the symplectic form and, via a discrete version of Noether’s theorem, the momentum map. We construct an exact discrete Lagrangian \(L_d^e\) using the locally unique solution of the higher-order Euler–Lagrange equations for L with boundary conditions. By taking the discrete Lagrangian as an approximation of \(L_d^e\), we obtain variational integrators for higher-order mechanical systems. We apply our techniques to optimal control problems since, given a cost function, the optimal control problem is understood as a second-order variational problem. 相似文献
The primary structure of macrodontain I, a peptidase from Pseudananas macrodontes fruits, was determined using Edman’s degradation. The enzyme is a non-glycosylated peptidase composed by 213 amino acids with a calculated molecular weight of 23,486.18 Da, pI value 6.99, and a molar extinction coefficient at 280 nm of 61,685 M?1 cm?1. The alignment of the sequence of macrodontain I with those cysteine peptidases from species belonging to the family Bromeliaceae showed the highest identity degree (87.74%) against fruit bromelain. A remarkable fact is that all these peptidase sequences show two Met contiguous residues (Met121 and 122) and the nonapeptide VPQSIDWRD located in the mature N-terminal region. Residues Cys26 and His159, which constitute the catalytic dyad in all cysteine peptidases, as well as active site residues Gln20 and Asn176, characteristic of Clan C1A, are conserved in macrodontain I. The 3-D model suggests that the enzyme belongs to the α?+?β class of proteins, with two disulfide bridges (Cys23-Cys63 and Cys57-Cys96) in the α domain, while the β domain is stabilized by another disulfide bridge (Cys153-Cys201). Further, we were able to establish that the cysteine peptidases from P. macrodontes are involved in the anti-inflammatory activity. 相似文献
In this paper the relative efficiency of the forest sector of 28 EU/EFTA countries during the period 2010–2015 is assessed using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Three non-discretionary inputs (persons employed, forest available for wood supply and initial growing stock) are considered. The outputs are roundwood production, gross value added and final growing stock. The proposed DEA model not only computes efficiency scores but also improvement targets. The countries with the lowest efficiency scores during the period under study are Greece, Bulgaria and Italy. In the second stage, a fractional regression model is fitted and the factors that have an influence on the estimated efficiency are identified. The factors that have an influence are GDP and belonging to the NORTH Europe and CENTRAL-WEST Europe regions. Quantitative estimates of the partial effects of these factors are provided. The results can contribute in providing guidance towards the best practice in roundwood production.
Three new polynuclear compounds based on a dicarboxylic acid ligand are reported. In particular, two Cu(II) coordination compounds, [Cu2(H2O)6(Hbzlidp)2](CF3SO3)2·2H2O (1) and [Cu(NO3)(Hbzlidp)]∞ (2) (bzlidp2? = N-benzyliminodipropionate anion), and a Ni(II) dinuclear compound, [Ni2(H2O)4(bzlidp)2] (3), were synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Different structures were obtained depending on the reaction conditions. The structural analyses reveal that 1 was formed by dinuclear [Cu2(H2O)6(Hbzlidp)2]2+ units built by two copper(II) ions joined through two Hbzlidp? ligands, while 2 was formed by pairs of Cu(II) centers bridged by four syn,syn carboxylate groups to generate “paddle wheel” units. The dinuclear copper units are arranged in a rhombus type grid, in a 2-D layer structure. In both cases, the N was protonated and not coordinated to the metal center. Compound 3 was formed by [Ni2(H2O)4(bzlidp)2] neutral dinuclear units, with octahedral Ni(II) centers. Solution studies of the ligand–M(II) systems (M(II) = Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, and Pb) were also carried out. 相似文献
In this study the ultrastructural technique was used to analyze seminiferous tubule cells of the triatomine species Panstrongylus megistus, Rhodnius pallescens and Triatoma infestans. The data obtained provided evidence of the phenomenon known as persistence of the nucleolar material in initial spermatids at early differentiation. Our results confirmed the presence of the nucleolus and its products during spermiogenesis up to the formation of the axoneme and during spermatid elongation in all three species studied, similar to the process that takes place during cell division. In early spermatids, the nucleoli had a reticulate appearance and a well defined nucleolonema in P. megistus; showed a clear distinction between the fibrillar and the granular component in T. infestans; and had a compact aspect in R. pallescens. In this study, ultrastructural analyses at spermiogenesis indicated that these nucleolar products may represent RNP complexes that will probably be needed at early spermiogenesis when important changes such as chromatin condensation and acrosome and flagellum formation take place. Therefore, it was concluded from the ultrastructural analysis that the triatomine nucleolus does not totally disappear but remains as corpuscles that gather to form the next nucleolar cycle that in the case of meiosis, will be completed if fertilization occurs and a zygote is formed. 相似文献
A new class of low molecular mass organogelators, the fluorous derivatives of gallic acid 1–3, is described. The gelation properties have been examined in a large variety of organic liquids. The corresponding analogs possessing alkyl instead of semiperfluoroalkyl chains (4–6) do not display any gelation properties, thus revealing the key role of perfluorinated chains in the aggregation/gelation process. Gels have been studied by scanning electron microscopy, revealing the presence of three-dimensional networks of nanosized fibers. In the case of an instable gel, SEM images showed that these elongated fibers curl up into nanoballs, failing to create the entangled network responsible for solvent entrapment. 相似文献
A straightforward solid phase-based strategy for the rapid generation of two small libraries of trans 3-alkyl-substituted β-lactams is described. For the glycine-derived library, a controlled excess of nonactivated acid chlorides was used to prevent oxazinone formation. The second library involved the attachment of Fmoc-protected p-aminophenol to Wang resin for the preparation of structurally-closed analogues of known cholesterol absorption inhibitors. This strategy allowed us to introduce diversity in the three variable positions of the β-lactam ring. 相似文献
