Natrium-Sensor mit ausgepr?gter Diskriminierung von Kalium- und Lithium-Ionen auf der Basis einer Carrier-PVC-Membran

Zusammenfassung Aufgrund modelltheoretischer Überlegungen bezüglich der unterschiedlichen Kaliumselektivität einiger Transportantibiotica aus der Valinomycin-Gruppe ist zur Erzielung hoher Selektivitäten eine ausreichende Rigidität der Hohlraumstruktur zu fordern. Daher wurde in Analogie dazu für die Konzipierung eines hochselektiven Natrium-Sensors ein in seiner Ringflexibilität eingeschränkter überbrückter Hemisphärand als ionophorer Carrier in eine PVC-Membran inkorporiert. Das natriumselektive Membransystem weist eine Selektivität gegenüber K^– von 460:1 und Li^– von 2179:1 (K^–1 _Na ^+–S⁺) auf. Diese hohe Diskriminierung beider Störionen wurde anderen natriumselektiven Membransystemen gegenübergestellt.

Ka/Q band GaAs IMPATT amplifier technology

GaAs IMPATT diodes are capable of generating 2 to 3 W simultaneously with 18–22% efficiency in the 33 GHz to 46 GHz frequency band. The design of the amplifier circuits which utilize these devices is discussed. The circuit design is based on a 3-step closed form algorithm. The first step is a passive circuit characterization with an automatic network analyzer. In the second step, a computer is used to generate diode device lines. The third step is load line synthesis for predictable operation. The resulting performance is described. 2 W over a 2GHz bandwidth was achieved simultaneously with a minimum gain of 12 dB.     

Herstellung von 1-Aminoalkan-1,1-diphosphonsäuren

1-Aminoalkane-1,1-diphosphonic acids 1 , 2 or 3 are formed in the reaction of carboxylic acid amide dihalides or carboxylic acid amide hydrohalogenides with phosphorous acid. Phosphorus trihalides plus water may be used in lieu of phosphorous acid in the reaction with carboxylic acid amides. With formamide either aminomethanediphosphonic acid ( 1a ) or 2-oxo-2-hydroxy-5-amino-1,4,2-oxazaphospholidine-3-phosphonic acid ( 5 ) are obtained depending on the reaction conditions.
