The 13C NMR spectra of 17 methyl- and ethyl-substituted tetrahydrofurans and 58 alkyl- and aryl- substituted 1,3-dioxolanes are reported. For the cases in which substituents recur, additive substituent parameters are calculated and compared with similar parameters in cyclopentanes and in 6-membered rings. Summary The reagent piperidinium piperidyl dithioformate forms with copper in aqueous solution a yellowish brown complex which can be extracted with carbon tetrachloride. The copper-PPDF complex in carbon tetrachloride solution has maximum absorption at 434 nm. A spectrophotometric method for determining copper has been developed as the reagent has been shown to form a definite complex.
Zusammenfassung Piperidinium-Piperidyl-Dithioformiat (PPDF) bildet mit Kupfer in wäßriger Lösung einen gelbbraunen Komplex, der mit Tetrachlorkohlenstoff extrahierbar ist. Dieser Extrakt zeigt maximale Absorption bei 434 nm. Eine spektrophotometrische Methode zur Kupferbestimmung ließ sich auf Grundlage dieses Verhaltens entwickeln, da das Reagens eine definierte Komplexverbindung bildet.

New Spectrophotometric methods for the assay of clozapine (CZP) in pure and dosage forms are described. Method A is based on the oxidative coupling reaction of CZP with 3-methyl-2-benzothiazolinone hydrazone hydrochloride (MBTH) in the presence of ceric ammonium sulphate to form a coloured species (max 570 nm). Method B is also based on the oxidative coupling reaction of CZP withP-,N,N-dimethylpheny-lenediamine dihydrochloride (DMPD) in the presence of sodium hypochlorite to form a coloured species (max 690 nm). Method C is based on the formation of coloured charge-transfer complex between CZP and chloranilic acid (max 540 nm). Regression analysis of Beer-Lambert plots showed good correlation in the concentration ranges 2–25, 10–120 and 15–300 g/ml for methods A, B and C, respectively. The validity of the proposed methods was tested by analysing pharmaceutical dosage forms containing CZP and the relative standard deviation values were within 1.0%. 相似文献

Glucoamylase from the thermophilic mold Thermomucor indicae-seudaticae was purified by anion exchange and gel filtration chromatographic techniques using a fast protein liquid chromatographic system. The structure and thermal stability of this unique ‘thermostable and neutral glucoamylase’ were analyzed by circular dichroism (CD). T. indicae-seudaticae glucoamylase (TGA) contained typical aromatic amino acid (tryptophan/tyrosine) fingerprints in its tertiary structure. Analysis of the far-UV CD spectrum at pH 7.0 and 25 °C revealed the presence of 45% α-helix, 43% β-sheet, and 12% remaining structures. The α-helix content was highest at pH 7.0, where glucoamylase is optimally active. This observation points towards the possible (α/α)6 barrel catalytic domain in TGA, as reported in microbial glucoamylases. Thermal denaturation curves of the pure protein at different pH values revealed maximum stability at pH 7.0, where no change in the secondary structure was observed upon heating in the temperature range between 20 °C and 60 °C. The observed midpoint of thermal denaturation (T m) of glucoamylase at pH 7.0 was 67.1 °C, which decreased on either sides of this pH. Thermostability of TGA enhanced in the presence of starch (0.1%) as no transition curve was obtained in the temperature range between 20 °C and 85 °C. The only product of TGA action on starch was glucose, and it did not exhibit transglycosylation activity even at 40% glucose that can also be considered as an advantage during starch saccharification. 相似文献

Scheelite type BaMoO4 nanofibers were prepared by using acrylamide assisted sol–gel process and electrospinning technique. The prepared Scheelite BaMoO4 nanofibers were characterized by using TG/DTA, XRD, FTIR, FT-Raman and SEM–EDX techniques. Thermal behavior, crystalline phase and structure of the prepared BaMoO4 nanofibers samples were confirmed from the analysis of the obtained results of TG/DTA, XRD, FTIR and FT-Raman respectively. SEM micrographs along with EDX showed the formation of one dimensional (1D) nanofibers 100–350 nm diameters and existence of Ba, Mo and O elements in the BaMoO4 nanofibers sample. The electrical conductivity of BaMoO4 nanofibers as a function of temperature 200–400 °C under air was evaluated by analyzing the measured impedance data using the winfit software. Various metal complexes of 7-iodo-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid (ferron) were found to be selectively extracted into immiscible alcohols. Vanadium(V) is almost completely extracted into n-butanol in a single extraction from solutions which are 0.05 M in sulphuric acid. A sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method can be based on this extraction. Beer's law is obeyed up to 15.3 μg of vanadium per ml; the sensitivity of the color reaction is 0.011 μg of vanadium per cm2 at 430 mμ. The interference of iron(III) can be eliminated by adding excess pyrophosphate. The extracted species appears to contain vanadium, ferron and n-butanol in the ratio 1:2:4. 相似文献
